By far the best service Ive ever received. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. One of the girls helped me with an issue printing, she took her time and made corrections on the computer herself. Thank you π
Employees are poorly trained in both printing and shipping. I only cone here because it is so close to home, but theres much better service at the Fullerton location. Saves time to go there first unless Im using the self-printer
This location has literally the worst service ever. They made me bring my package over 3 times and every time they would ask me to change something with the way I package my item. Its not my first time shipping an item, and Ive been to other fedex or competitors location & had never experienced the poor service Ive experienced here. If you dont want to be disappointed, avoid this location if you can.
No one wanted to help me! Stood at the counter waiting for one of the 5 employees to stop chatting with each other until I finally stopped one of the gals walking by. Wow! Isnt it their job to notice when a customer walks in? I wont use this store again. Poor customer service.

They would not let me ship more than 10 items. I was referred by fedex that I can drop off 20 small packages. Right after I was told I couldnβt they happily took 21 packages from another customer. I didnβt know they can select who they serve. Very upsetting feeling that I did not come in angry or upset. I simply walked in and asked if I can drop off 20 small packages. I let them know their customer service person gave me this address to drop them off.

I had an absolutely incredible experience having to ship a suitcase from this FedEx location. The staff was so nice and helpful and patient. They seem to know all of their regular customers and were incredibly thoughtful in their greeting of their customers. I would definitely want to return to this FedEx again because they seem to really care about doing a great job and providing excellent service. They made a bad situation really good and they are just great. Its nice to see people working with a smile and doing a great job at what they do.

On March 1st, Daniel went above and beyond and helped me meet an extremely important deadline. I made a mistake and waited too late to send in my order, luckily he had some available time and was able to quickly turn around my order. He made me look like a rock star, when in reality he was the rock star. Cheesy AF, I know, but I was so impressed that I took the time to write this. Even though it took me a while to get my act together and make this post.
Since when did FedEx become the packing police? I was trying to return an item and the facility refused to except it because it made some noise as you turned the box. The entire box is filled with packing Styrofoam. I find it hard to believe that FedEx ships every package without making any type of noise. And were not talking about anything thats breakable. I even spoke with a manager who basic stood by their policy. Theyre willing to charge you extra to repackage the item so that sounds very convenient for them as a business. Very poor customer service. Take your busy elsewhere.
After a long time waiting on the phone to get an estimate on international shipping she gave me a 21$ estimate while in the shop they told me 216$ so itβs just a huge waste of time just calling you!!
I was here the other day to get some copies done and i was helped by a gentleman with a beard and glasses. I cannot recall his name i am only able to describe him. Anyways, as he helped me, another customer needed assistance to make some copies so they headed over to the machine to do so. As they approached the machine that was not in use, a lady that was near there didnt want then to use it because she needed it. Again, it was not in use at the time! I like the way the gentleman handled himself professionally and advised the rude lady that since it was not in use, and its the only machine available they would use it to make a quick copy. The rude lady still didnt understand and walked away while he assisted the other customer who needed copies done. I will be coming back for services here because of the customer service and professionalism demonstrated here
Far better than the ship center on Chapman in Fullerton. The printer at the other shop prints with scratches on the paper so it ruins all the color copies. The workers have been nice at the shop in Brea. The printers are in good working condition and there is never a wait.
It has been two days and FedEx has failed to contact me regarding my prints. I have had to call three times to get my status. They said the machine was down, and they didnt get my email. Then I had to resend it again, and they said it would be a couple hours, and I would get a call. No call. I call the next day, and they place me on hold to research, then tell me my order is ready. Where is the follow up and customer service? Im going to Walmart or Target next time.
It is what it is. I only print so thats all I know about. If you use Authenticator like I do then Drive printing doesnt really work but attaching and emailing to their service works fine.
I am only giving this location one star because the review wouldnt let me do it without any stars! I walked in looking for help and was met with a rude Ill be right with you, only to wait for over 30 minutes before I just gave up and walked out! The staff at this location are the worst, most rude arrogant retail staff I have ever encountered. If I didnt know any better, I would have thought that I was invisible, as I waited while the staff looked right through me. They couldnt take the hint that I was waiting for assistance STILL as other people walked in and got served while I was ignored. I wish I could give their superiors at their corporate a piece of my mind. Their arrogant rude staff callously waisted my precious time.
The staff in this location was great, this is for fed ex in i shipped to mexico some days ago, asked for a total estimate so my family in mexico wouldnt pay anything. days pass and i get a call from my family saying fedex mx wants more money for my package to be delivered. first and last time i use fedex
Use FedEx store to fax often. Rates are okay. There is never a wait when I visit. Clean and welcoming.
Went in to print my movie ticket but I couldnt because both printers were occupied. Both with had notebook full of papers they were copying. I asked the employee behind the counter if he would print it up but he said he couldnt and I would have to put an order in. I went to Staples where they were happy to help and I will now take my business to instead of FedEx /Kinkos

Worst FedEx shipping experience ever. Clerk tried to make me buy a $10 box when I am doing a RMA return from a store, using the same box, shipped to me via FedEx... When I said no they told me they cant ship it.What a rip off place. I left and drove to an actual FedEx office, dropped the box off without any problems.Avoid this place!

Never had a shipping problem but Ive been ignored by employees before waiting over 15 minutes to simply drop off an RMA package.
This place is terrible, customer service is pathetic. I have been in here and denied on at least seven to ten different packages for completely outrageous reasons. I leave, take it to UPS or USPS, and they accept with no issues. I will NEVER be back to this facility and encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere.
