Came here for notarized service for a work assignment. Line was not too long, service seemed straightforward, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Not bad if you ask me.Plenty of parking outside, and the store itself doesnt feel claustrophobic.Inventory-wise, theres a decent amount, but this is UPS, not the USPS. So if you forgot tape to seal a box that you have to ship out, these folks will tape up your box for you... Gratis.All in all, decent place to get delivery and notary services started.

First time experience of UPS ship store ever. It was SO easy!!! Store was already open before posted business hours and the guy at the counter was just delightful!

In and out in seconds, every time.Note: One time I didnt tape up my box and they said it costs to tape it up there, which is a weird policy. But the guy was nice enough to do it for free because I didnt know.

Ok if u just need to drop off, but otherwise slow service. I also needed to print my labels since I ran out of ink at home and the self-service prints here cost $1.50 each! Down the street Office Depot self service prints are 12cents each. Fast and easy to use with state of the art stuffs. The printer/copier here however is old, it couldnt even read my usb, had to go thru with the computer and that computer was oold! It took literally took 10-15mins to boot up to read my pdf files; it wasnt even off. Update your hardwares guys if your going to be pricey. Not competitive at all. Need to remind myself not to come by here unless dropping off.

Have had a PO box there for a number of years. Ive always had the best experience whether shipping, receiving or document handling.

Fast & friendly

They lost my mail because I wouldnt pay extra to use ups to mail a document. I paid for an envelope, postage, a copy of document and got it notorized. A month later the document never made it to Northern California.

Zero stars late a lot my shipment was mistreated they sent it to me in the envelope where they put it in Mexico they did not put it in the hard cardboard envelope to protect them You call them to support complaints and they take a long time to answer and for them to tell you to do it online and your time wasted your important documents damaged and so that they tell you that they are going to check in Mexico to see what happened and in the meantime I already lost my important documents and my waiting time I will not send anything again, not that they send me anything for UPS thanks bye
