Our Tucson that we bought brand new from this exact dealership has had the check engine light come on repeatedly. We keep getting the run around from the dealership. Last time they said theyll order a part and get back to us. That call never came and the check engine again turned back on. We do all of our suggested maintenance. My partner went to pick up the car and they said that didnt install the part we had been waiting on because there was no part that needed to be installed. But changed our oil, which didnt need to be changed and managed to squeeze $90 out of us, just like the previous visit. The icing on the cake was the sales rep, then asks her to give him a five star review on the link hell be sending her. And I quote, he said that his family will greatly appreciate it. The audacity of this person. Well my family would greatly appreciate if these guys did their job and do what they say they were going to do. We live over half an hour away and have to sacrifice days off to work around their schedules. We bought the car because were on a budget. Were better off now, then we were four years ago when we first purchased. I just feel horrible for the people that dont have the means to afford something of better quality. If you have to buy a Hyundai, go across the bridge to a dealership that values their customers. I have other reviews on Google and dont just get on here to to throw tangents. I have many great reviews on places I frequent.

Do Not Use this place!! The service department is the worst place I have ever dealt with. We have been using this dealership for over 22 years when it was Parr Hyundai. Bought our first brand new car there! 2001 Hyundai Accent. All of the maintenance for our 3 new Hyundais that we bought from them, have been serviced there, UNTIL NOW!! The Gross Incompetence we experienced getting my very well maintained vehicle serviced was beyond belief. During there Inspection found almost $7000 in repairs that were in dire need of being done. Small problem, half of the things, they did themselves within the last couple years. At least if your going to rip me off for Needed repairs, you would look at the ones you already charged me for. And $40 for wiper blades! The same ones from auto parts that are $5. I know, because I just replaced the wiper blades myself a few months ago.

I recently had a poor experience which I would like to share. I usually refrain, but this was outstanding in that regard. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks waiting on parts. I was given a different eta every 2 days or so. I was not offered a complimentary rental despite the fact that one of the repairs was specific to a recall. I had to borrow a family vehicle. Lucky for me, that was an option so that I could continue to get to work. My car was returned to me only after I paid in full-and afterwards, my insurance company refused to pay the full amount of the claim, citing up-charging in parts and labor. Which brings me back to service. When my car was returned, the old, broken parts were not disposed of. My car was not clean, but rather the car parts left in the floorboard of my passenger side for me to dispose of myself. Based on what they charged for labor, the courtesy of clean up would have been the very least they could have done.

The buying process was perfectly cordial. My situation changed and I needed a larger vehicle very unexpectedly, so I traded the 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited I had purchased from Haselwood Volkswagon in 6 weeks later to another dealership in this auto group (for $3k less than it was sold to me, which is a story for another day).I contacted the Finance team at Haselwood Hyundai to request cancellation of the extended warranty and Perma Plate (which was never applied), and was told it wouldnt be an issue. It has taken 15 days of incredibly frustrating communication, prodding, and multiple trips to the dealership and the warranty/Perma Plate is STILL NOT CANCELLED.I will never purchase another vehicle from Haselwood, and my recommendation is that you not either.

We were brought over to this dealership from one of the partner dealers and had no intention of buying a Hyundai but the staff there were able to show us several vehicles and got us set up with a beautifully equipped new Palisade. Dawn was extremely helpful and offered a no-pressure experience that we really appreciated. Don was awesome in getting us set up on the sale and out the door quickly. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and will buy from them again for certain.

Took 3 visits over the course of a year to fix my AC trouble. In the span of the year my extended warranty expired so it ended up costing me a big chunk of money for two of the service visits. Wont ever spend anothe dime at Hazelwood.

Sold a car here for a navy friend over seas. We came in three times and was turned away over missing paper work despite speaking to them and ensuring that we had everything we needed. When finally selling the car had to wait more than 2 hours for financing due to people who were purchasing vehicles getting priority. Almost forgot to mention we had an appointment that was seemingly meaningless.

6000 mile maintenance on my Kona. They tried to charge me over $65.00. When I told the rep that the maintenance was free he just took me to my car; no questions asked. Now what are the odds that a Hyundai dealerships service department isnt aware of Hyundais free maintenance for 36,000 miles? About zero. I believe that they were just seeing if I would pay. Then I get home and review the invoice and realize that they didnt do the tire rotation thats supposed to be part of the 6000 maintenance. So they didnt even do the entire free maintenance that they tried to charge me for. Draw your own conclusions.

Like other people have posted, dishonest and try to pretend like the prices are limited time to push a sale. Lying about options in a model they dont currently have stocked to attempt a sale of one they do. Ended up going to the dealership in Renton who were very straightforward and honest in comparison, left with a car for very literally 15% LESS than this one marked for the exact same car same trim. I rarely review but I hate the dishonesty that is so pervasive in stealerships.

I have owned three Santa Fe’s, he owned a Sonata, I had a Kona which I loved but wanted something a little bigger so we just purchased a 2021 Tucson limited. Wonderful experience. Very professional and they practiced safe guidelines instituted by the governor to ensure customer safety. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the full military rebate. Set up a test drive for the veloster N. Because I was obviously interested in it and wanted to make my final decision of trading my current car for it after the test drive. The sales lady that helped me was friendly. BUT!!! Whoever approached me, which was probably a manager there, taller male maybe 6 ft tall. Came up to me and rudely stated! Well we just don’t let anyone test drive our sports cars. Unless you’re trying to buy it, understand. As my mood literally changed from comfortable and welcoming to IRRITATED AND OFFENDED!!! I took my keys and left very mad. How unprofessional that you advertise a vehicle to be test driven, set up an appointment with me than waste my time! By saying I can’t test drive a car that was advertised unless I was trying to buy the car. Which makes absolutely no sense! I’ve tested the Kia stinger with no hassle and that car has over 300 horsepower! Why would I ever buy a car without test driving it. No worries I went to Toyota and there amazing friendly staff got me into a car I wanted. Whoever the manager that approached me with rude intentions should find a new job because you sir definitely are not fit to help people. I will never go back here or recommend this dealership to anyone. I had intentions of buying because I was interested, you’re actions lost a customer and gained a negative honest review. I hope no else has to experience this place like I did. Go somewhere else, you won’t regret it.

This review is for the service department. I took my Hyundai in because of a problem that involved the battery/alternator/charging system. Had the appointment, they gave me a rental car prepaid for one day. I made everal phone calls over the next 4 days without being given a prognosis then they said my car was ready to pick up. All they did was order a battery from Seattle. My part of the rental car was almost $350.00. If they told me it was the battery I would have used the rental car to pick it up and save the rental fee. Wont go here for any reason again.

This is not a good place after you make the purchase of the car and the purchase of the warranty. When it is time to utilize the warranty, no knows why the other person does not have the paperwork, when asked to come in and they will straighten it out with you, you are then ignored for well over an hour and leave ! Was not the first time this has happened or the first person it has happened to . I have been treated far better by smaller companies and will NEVER recommend anyone here again!

I have a 2015 VW TDI (selling it back at Haselwood in April). I found the EXACT car that I wanted in Bellingham at the EXACT price (5k under MSRP). They didnt hassle me to buy from them or pick a car on the lot.Instead, they said give us 500 upfront to secure the car. Give us 2 days to get it here for you, inspect it, and detail it. In the interim they said lets look at any further discounts or options to buy the car for even cheaper. Who does that???From buying the car with Patrick and Luke, to walking into the finance office and allowing me to call Navy Federal to get my loan right then, I cannot complain for even a second.Buy local! Work with this team! At least come in and have a coffee or some free food and let them educate you on the products that they sell.

At first, I thought I was so lucky to have bought from this dealership. They seemed honest, family friendly and customer service oriented. I bought a brand new Santa Fe from them and paid extra for the all weather floor mats. I made sure to request the trunk/back liner because I have a dog. They told me they were on backorder, so it would be a few weeks before I received them. I was fine with that. Well...5 months later they hadnt shipped me any mats even though I had already paid for them. So I called...they apologized and said it would be a week (they forgot to order them). When they arrived, all that came was the front liners, nothing for the back. I called, internet chatted, left several voicemails, emailed the customer service manager 2 times and no response from them. So, I drove all the way down from Marysville to Bremerton to talk to somebody in person. I showed up, they apologized and filled my gas tank for my troubles. I met with a guy named Don, who handled my situation. I explained everything and he told me he would make it right. A day later, Don text me and told me I needed to talk to the customer service manager named Mike. I responded with why? I drove 2 hours to talk to you guys, cant you relay the message? Now you are making more of a headache for me after I drove there 2 hrs one way? No response from Don. I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service they gave especially since I spent 28K with them. I work in retail, and I would have resolved this situation myself instead of forcing my customer to keep trying after they had attempted of 5 times themselves. Needless to say, they finally did send me the back liner after I spoke to Mike but I would not recommend to buy from them. I bought the extra package including oil changes, but wont even bother taking it to them. They can have my $400 dollars because it isnt worth dealing with them. Ive found that the Everett Hyundai dealership has much better customer service.

Somehow I got extremely lost on my way there.. They were very patient with me and pushed my appointment back! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions also they were super funny and kind to my eight-month-old son. In the middle of my car getting serviced I had left the diaper bag in the car and one of the guys at the front desk just ran and grabbed stuff from his car to help me out honestly it was a really great experience and I only plan on coming back to these guys from here on out!!! this was my first visit!

We took our vehicle in for some wiring issues. Our service consultant, Nina Shaw was great to work with! She has worked hard with our warantee company to make sure the items were covered under warantee wherever possible, and also kept us in the loop of the progress. The experienced technician has displayed attention to detail to make sure our vehicle was fixed properly. This particular job was a big job because a major wire harness needed to be replaced so we wouldnt have on-going issues with our vehicle wiring. Overall, our experience here with the service consultant(s) and technician(s) was very professional. I now feel I can trust them whether I take in our vehicle for minor maintenance or a problem that seems major. Thank you.

I have always received excellent service from this business. I later purchased this car through Haselwood.Furthermore, I have experienced outstanding warranty care from Hyundai. Apparently, there has been a big change recently.They dont answer their phone, nor do they respond to messages left on their voice mail. I gave up and drove down there to make an appointment for warranty work in person (90 mile roundtrip). I was given an appointment 3 weeks later. I showed up for the appt and was told they could not complete the work because they didnt have the necessary parts!I sent a letter to their General Manager and laid out all the problems I experienced with his staff - no response. I no longer recommend them - they have convinced me they dont care about my business.

Bought my Hyundai Tucson here. We feel we were treated fairly and received a decent deal. I had my first oil change here (free) and the service was decent but slow. I was on time, there were 3 check in staff, and I waited more than 15 minutes to be checked in. The whole process was about 90 minutes; 3 x longer than Jiffy Lube.

I find it better to be here at the Hyundai service department then I felt at the Ford service department. The Ford service doesnt understand how to fix my Hyundai Tucson and I had to have my time done over again within 2,000 miles after Ford promised that they did do the job but I found that my time belt was OLD after I had problems with my Tucson on the road choked and burned rubber scent and couldnt make it past 40 mph. I have been trying many places for this truck and I feel that I should trust the maker.

Unprofessional, rude and disorganized. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. I showed up on time as scheduled and they claimed they couldn’t find my appointment and stated more than once that they “hated their online system” and it wasn’t reliable. They suggested I wait and they’d get to me when they could. No thanks! I spoke to a manager by phone and she tried to claim I changed my appointment date. This never happened, I made the appointment for my day off of work and had no reason to reschedule. I’m new to the area and will find another place to take my car.

I was sold a maintenance package and they will tell you, you can use it anywhere and that is only for this store. Purchased a brand new car back in 2014, it was a 2015 hyundai elantra, At the time i purchased both GAP and extended warranty under the premise that i would be able to refund both back if i paid the car off and sold it and never used either. Back in Nov of 2018 i sold the car and went into the haselwood dealership with proof to claim my refund. I sat down with a nice lady who explained to me everything was in order and we filled out paper work. Was told 2 weeks for refund to arrive in my account. 1 month passed and no refund. I called back and this time spoke with a gentlemen who said he was working on it and would call me back if there was any issues. Several weeks went by and i made several attempts to call the dealership and left voice mails. Never had one call returned. I began asking staff to not place me on hold or voice mail and to try and find someone to let me speak to over the phone with and every time it would send me to voice mail after 4 mins. Here we are in January i still have not gotten one phone call back or my refunds. I feel terrible knowing i recommended this dealership to both my parents who have purchased several 2018 models from haselwood. as well as my company who has been purchasing from them for years. I can no longer in good faith recommend haselwood to anyone. They are amazing of course when you are purchasing from them or attempting to get service but god forbid if you do you not come with a commission. Ill be making a drive out to the dealership to make one final attempt at collecting my refund before exploring other options. Plenty of other Hyundai dealerships to deal with outside of kitsap that may treat their loyal costumers better,

Service/Parts department charged 35.50 (parts) and 24.55 (service) for a single headlight bulb change. When I called to ask why it was so expensive and that I could buy two headlight bulbs for 31.99 at OReilly, staff just said that is how much they charge period. So two headlights would cost 71.00 just for parts. Very unreasonable in my opinion, it should not cost this much just for parts that I can less than half price at retail.

It was an acceptable visit, I got a bit of pressure from the sales guys which I hated. But thats whats to be expected, and in general I felt I was treated fairly.
