This location goes out of their way to support the military, which is great. They have a table set up with 13 cups of coffee in honor of Marines who died in August. The staff is pretty friendly and fast with making your order.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! The drive through lines are ridiculously long. Its also dangerous because of the way its set up. Plus not everyone honors who was there first. I went through the drive through when there wasnt a line and thought I got lucky! Nope! It took forever for a person to ask for your order. Then I got to the window and it took several more minutes and there was no one behind me. After finally getting my orders, I was disappointed because they messed up my drink and I got pumpkin bread instead of the banana bread I ordered.I was told this was a training starbucks and that was why they were sooooo slow and making mistakes. Im all for people learning and very patient. Ive been the new person before. But when I let them know nicely my orders were wrong, I got an attitude and she said oh well. Really? I hope theyre teaching customer service because this individual needs it.This afternoon, I went to this starbucks (at 1830. They say they close at 2030), the drive through was blocked and the store was closed. This is the 3rd time they did this! Only reason I come to this one is its by my elderly, disabled mother when I go over to be with her. I dont like the idea of having to go somewhere more distant but it looks like I might have to just do that. I really like the starbucks on Bucklin Hill when Im in Silverdale.Im glad many are happy with the service theyre getting here. I havent been lucky here and its not cheap so I would like to get what I paid for. Its my little treat to myself. I cant recommend this store and Ive had friends who stopped coming here because of the poor service. Too bad. I hope they can turn things around and stop closing the store when theyre supposed to be open.

Opens at 0430. But they are not ready to do their jobs until 0530. If you cant keep posted business hours. Change them. Pretty simple!

I know it is just me but their coffee is too strong. I needed a spoon to blend my drink but none was offered. Not a fan.

This Starbucks is always so kind. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is. They are making their pumpkin drinks right now and they make my caramel, pumpkin creme frap so well! Its a pumpkin frappuccino with no coffee, Carmel syrup with Carmel drizzle, whiped cream, pumpkin spice powder and a little bit of salt made with almond milk.

Always kind to customers and they strive to get your order just right!

I usually just get my easy Hot Chocolate with two shots of peppermint... But today I tried the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappe and jeeeeez. Its fantastic. 10/10 recommend

Ordered a Cookie Crumble Frappacino. Drink had no flavor, tasted of shaved ice and just whip cream. The only similarity to a blended drink was the whip cream. Will not order again.

Umm.. ordered 6 drinks. 2 were handed to me I asked the rest to be put in a carrier (which holds 4) girl said ok, then the extra drink I will just hand you Umm ... 4+2 is 6 but... stupid math...SMH!

Too slow. They dont put enough people on, and the line goes down the street. I went inside the building to see if I could get my coffee drink a little faster but I couldnt. I go to other coffee stands, the products are not that different.

Its says its open. I go to drive through menu to order but no one responds. The menu lights are on. And I wait before watching other cars ahead do the same thing. Still no one was taking orders. When I get to the window where the exchanges are made. Starbucks employee s are closing the window, locking with the bar lock that keeps the window closed. Look like they were hiding. Why say your open and have employees there and not provide service to your customers. Two other cars came behind us going through the same thing.

What can I saw that hasnt been said about most Starbucks already? The counters, tables, and bathroom are usually in good clean order. Since there are still covid restrictions in place that prevents inside sit-downs, or use of the now vacant area that usually had all the items needed to doctorate up your drink.Its not too hard to keep a clean and quick shift due to covid. Nearly everytime I go to this establishment for my next dose of jitter juice, I am in awe with the speed in which I make it out of the drive through. Ive never left dissatisfied with what I received. If there is a problem it is quickly corrected, and on occasion I get to keep the wrong drink too, further feeding into the caffeine addiction we Washingtonians suffer from.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted promptly, in a professional and friendly manner. Someone walked off with my latte and I inquired about it as my friends had their drinks already. As soon as I did the barista apologize and happily made another. She was friendly and cheerful the entire time. ALL Starbucks should strive to be just like this store!

Lol, the lobbys closed due to air quality while employees are smoking right infront of the door? Sounds like the lobby is closed due to laziness to me. Not going to wait in a 20 car line they cant get through at a decent rate.

Friendly service as always. Would usually have several orders when co workers found out I was going to Starbucks on my break. They never messed up any of them, which even when all the half caf, double caf, tall, short and extra hot confused me just ordering it, they always got it right.

I visit this place every Thursday morning for some fellowship/coffee time with a friend. Good atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff. The space and parking lot are a bit tight, but the staff make it worth it.

Love it with one exception. I dont like how the buildings design allows it to echo. People werent being very loud but it makes everybody sound louder. When you feel you need earplugs to read your book, the building is designed wrong. I know nothing can be done about it now but I feel that that takes away a star in your rating, from me

Its Starbucks. consistently good coffee (not GREAT, but consistently good). The staff is what makes Starbucks GREAT!

They dont update their inventory, so more than once Ive had issues when Im on to go and trying to order ahead, then theyre out of what I ordered when I arrive. They usually order a substitution, but it slows the whole process down. Otherwise, its a typical Starbucks making the consistent drinks you have come to know.

Cool location with a awesome sliver view of the water. If you are a non-suburbanite and want to go into the store be prepared to wait for five cars to be served before you are. This store is built to serve the long line of people who prefer not to get out of their car and come into this awesome well-lit store. The staff here is so nice! Even when they are busy, they still acknowledge me, even just to say it will be a minute before they can get to my order. Such a wonderful location to grab a drink. The atmosphere is a bit loud, but they have a big meeting table that is perfect for a quick morning get together.

Ok, so the coffee is basic Starbucks. But my BIGGEST complaint is that we brought our own cups, clearly said this, and it was noted on the screen. When we got to the window they had to go cups waiting for us-cups, lids, sleeves, and stoppers. I’ve seen this before, they will make the drink get it all ready to go and then pour it into a personal cup.THAT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL CUPS DUDES!Starbucks, I would rather wait for my drink to be made and poured directly into my cup rather than have waste.

Boo to the gal that would not open the window at 5:05am this morning. She threw up her five fingers telling me not open until 5:00am. My phone read 5:05am. I would like to think my phone was correct and the clock that she was looking at on the wall hanging above her was incorrect. Needless to say, she would not open the window with a courtesy smile and gesture, because I am the idiot.

This Starbucks has an odd drive thru. You make a fairly sharp RIGHT turn just before reaching the window, so long-nosed cars (probably even short ones) may find it difficult to match window-to-window without hitting the curb. I didnt want to bump the curb, so I stopped at a sharp angle to the window. I ended up needing to pull past the window, straighten out, and back into place--in a Ford Fusion. I hope if you know what to expect perhaps youll have a better time of it than I did. Anyway, the mocha breve was still just as delicious as ever. The drive thru operator wasnt unkind.

One of my favorite Starbucks, the employees here are always prompt and friendly. The drive-thru line can get pretty congested, mostly due to the limited size of the parking lot, but Im not holding that against the location or its employees.

Showed up at 8:50 to the drive through and waited about 2 minutes till I finally said hello multiple times... I got nothing back. Decided to drive up to the window and saw nobody inside keep in mind y’all aren’t supposed to close till 9... unless Google maps has y’all working hours wrong?

They are very hit or miss with regards to mobile orders. Theyre a relatively busy Starbucks so during peak work hours, I opt to do a mobile order and pick up inside under the guise that would be better than waiting in the long line of cars. This location has more times than not, totally disregarded my mobile order . Today I was ignored when I walked to the counter but when a tall blonde walked in, they miraculously were able to greet and serve her despite me patiently waiting. If picking up a mobile order you basically have to yell at them like a hooligan, be a white blond lady, or just skip this location all together and save time and money..

So far all the Starbucks that Ive gone to out here are very nice and polite

I appreciate the employees at this location. They take the time to get to know & realise who their regular customers are & thats big! I love being able to walk in and they greet me by name, wave and ask what size green tea im getting today or if im switching it up on them. That little bit goes a long way & they do it with smiles on their faces.My top favorites are Tori, Layne, Kara(no longer there), Faith, Logan and a few more whose names I cant remember! Im sorry!They do an amazing Job making you feel special & greeted & asking how the days going & all have brilliant smiles & exceptional customer service! I love seeing them all daily! Its Starbucks. Two coffees a day from them on average, should cut back. I try the other coffee snobberies just to see if anything is that much better, cant beat Starbucks. Hipsters will deny but they just arent being honest.
