Love this Store.. Very helpful staff. Always a nice experience there. They do a great job managing inventory for the items I shop with them for.

People that work at Michaels are rude at best. No one want to help you they just wanna look to see if your going beto take something without paying for it. There are lots of fun projects if only someone would out you in the right direction.

Still so very expensive, even with my coupon! But Im starting more jewelry crafts, so hopefully Ill accumulate points and get better discounts.

All the staff members at this location are friendly & very helpful! 10/10“Mylee” was the checkout employee.She asked if I found everything I needed.I said I got the last pack of the 16x20. 5 pack canvas. And wish there were more.She called ok the headset. And asked to see if there were more in back.They had some.Another employee went on back and got me TWO more 5pks of the 16”x20” canvas I wanted.I was so happy 😀Great service.I’ll definitely be back 💯I got some canvas & paint.

I was there during a theft! It was very sad to see that people are still so desperate and doing whatever they can. Its not the store its the sadness of the state of the people. Michaels is great and this particular store has great customer service!

This store is by far, cleaner then any South Bay Michaels. The staff was hard at work stocking, straightening and clearing. Though the checker up front was overwhelmed during my visit, when she called for assistance, staff came and helped and immediately reduced the wait for check out. Im amazed at the organization, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Found art pens pretty fast and got through checkout very quickly. Store was clean and well lit. If you are into arts and crafts this is the place for you.

Went here looking for an odd sized frame for a custom poster I had made on Etsy for Valentines day. Hobby Lobby didnt even carry the size I needed so I found myself at Michaels. I was able to find the frame I needed but because it was a rare size the selection wasnt super great. Also paid slightly more than I wanted to, but overall happy with my visit.

I really wish they would take down the clearance sale tags once the merchandise is gone. Makes me wonder on what I missed out on. It would also be nice if they had NEW stuff in there once in a while.

I really enjoy shopping at Michaels but the long line, waiting to pay, is frustrating.

Horrible service, messy, and unorganized. Waited over 20 minutes for them to unlock the spray paint...left before they arrive. Items in store were not organized and a lot of items were either broken or open packages.

Placed my first online pick up order, all went very well employee in pick up was very polite. I was in and within 6 minutes max. Great Job.

They had a make your slime day however that wasnt the case. The person showing the children how to make the slime did not let them make it themselves. My granddaughter is pretty much pro at making slime and it wasnt what she had expected nor myself.

Is good and safe, looks clean inside the store, but outside looks like a smoker have a breaks over there, thousand of cigarettes butts no good.

I visited Michaels in Antioch with my daughter in law last week. Havent been in this type of store for probably 2 decades. As soon as l walked in to my right l saw jewelry. Oh my purple bead bracelets. I love purple. Then silver earrings. Both both. Then looking at jars for bathroom stuff. Young lady come over & asked to help me. Explained what l wanted. She showed me a pretty caddy that was perfect. You would have thought l had won the lottery. Haha it was the find of the day. I will be going back to browse.

Slow and messy.

They pulled together a couple custom mats for me that came out just on time and for a reasonable price.

It has almost every art supply I could want or need. The quality of those said art supplies are also very good. My only complaint are the prices. I feel like they are marked up much more than the actual worth of the items.

Michaels is amazing! If you want to make personal gifts, they have everything ready for you to be creative. If you want to decorate your house, their stuff is great too. The prices are fantastic too, and they always have sales going on. And guys, theres plenty there for you to choose from too.

This is my go to place. I love it when they have their yarns on sale. Staff are very accommodating, and Marrisol went out of her way to help me look for certain type and color yarn.

I absolutely love this store very sad there is only a few still standing.You can find just about anything for your creative mind. They even sell really good candy here too.The service is good & they keep there lines rolling. Not a very long wait at all. The store set up is very well put together.

They have a lot of art supplies and crafting stuff which is cool but, they have no craft beer. I had to go to More Beer in Concord for beer crafting supplies.

Beautiful selection of Swarovski crystal beads and delicate beads every type of bead you could imagine to make charm bracelets or charm necklaces or delicate delegate bracelets and even rings. I was truly surprised at the selection that they had thought it was absolutely beautiful.

I enjoy browsing the store for deals on candles and oils for diffusers. Well I also like the artificial flowers and plant boxes. They have great ideas for home décor also and a good price.

The store use to be a great place to pick up art supplies, not any more. If you are a beginner artist you will find the basics.

This is a good store, it just didnt have what I was looking for. I wanted felt strips with adhesive. It took me awhile to find the felt as it did take me awhile to find someone to ask. All they had were squares, nothing remotely to what I was looking for. We ended up going to Home Depot and they had what I needed.

Is 3 stars a bad review? Ive been going to this craft store forever. I definitely prefer the older store that was located in the east county mall. It was easier to find items and the store layout was better. The merchandise is stacked high and is hard to reach. Michaels needs an over haul, a new designer or something!!After going into Hobby Lobby an (OCD dream), I cant really say the store is clean and organized. I can say the customer has always been consistent. Everyone is always friendly and is more than willing to help you. The cashiers always offer you a coupon to save an extra buck. They recently starting asking if you are a member their members rewards program. They didnt try to hard sell me either.I went in looking for peacock feathers and ended up with a small package. They do have different merchandise than their competition so its definitely worth shopping there.Michaels I do love you, just step your game up!

Nice store and staff, last few times Ive been they have definitely been understaffed during a sale. Long lines make for an unpleasant visit because everyone (who probably hasnt worked retail) gets reallll grumpy.

Its Michaels lol I can be in this store for hours. They have so many items for various crafts and projects. With the coupons you can get a really great deal. Something I dont like is that Michaels doesnt have a dedicated baby shower section, which is quite surprising. This isnt specific to this location though, its just in general.

I just like Michaels because it is easier on the pocketbook and 90% of the items are not religious.

I love Michaels! That day went in for a specific brand of yarn, they didnt have the color that I wanted so went with a different color. Going to go back and see if they have the color that I wanted when I finish with this yarn I bought from them.

Love to bring my daughter in here every chance I get to see her creative wheels turning. Its awesome they have free classes to learn the craft suitable for the season and I cant speak highly knowledgeable!

Well stocked with all the stuff for projects. Prices OK and staff was courteous.

Came in to do some pricing for an even. No one had a problem with me looking around and snapping pictures. I didnt buy anything and i wasnt followed or harassed. Peaceful!

Love Michaels Crafts. They have a great selection of crafts, frames, vases and bottles. I have so much fun looking at their beads and stickers. They, also, have a lot of artificial flowers.

Great trained staff, clean, very organized. A bit pricey, but a lovely store. Has great supplies for fine art.

Everything you need except fine art supplies. Very poor selection of convenience colors in oil. Very few 200mL tubes of paint. Considering they are the only store for real artists, they can bump up their game.
