Very rude! Bad customer service! I’ve seen with other customers and myself. Will never return. Islandia location is much cleaner anyways

The store is nice prices seems fair but I’m a early bird and have lived in bayshore most of my life I could have went to 8 different hair supply stores and this place would still not be open the lady say they open at 10 but most beauty supply stores open at 9-9:30 this is a bad start if they think they are going to make enough to stay open I have sat outside waiting and they have already lost 10 people I’ve been counting while here.The two stars could have been 3 but the store is new so I’ll give them a chance for my update

Its a great store. Love it!!

The store is very clean. The man, who opens the door for you to grert you as you enter is friendly. The wigs are a bit over-priced, when compared to the Feel Beauty chain on Jamaica Avenue. If you ask the manager/owner for a reduction in price, he will accomodate you and remove 10%.The mirror is too close up front near the register. Most women want privacy when trying on wigs and would prefer to have the mirror toward the back. Unlike Jamaica Ave, the help does not style the wig to your face nor offer to cut the lace. Be prepared to buy and carry.

This store is only 2 blocks from where I live and although they dont have many products I felt to support this new business and have been there a decent amount of times. This past Friday 6/28/19 around 4:15ish my daughter and I were in there to grab a few things and the owner and some Spanish girl kept following us as if we were about to steal, we had no bags or anything and I was wearing my uniform I had just gotten out of work. I was so upset and just wanted to walk out and not even give them my money. I will never EVER go there again, and advised my daughter as well. They will never see another of my hard earned money. I will resume going to micasa on Suffolk Avenue or Popcorn in central islip. This store doesnt even have a large variety of anything, so the nerve. Do yourselves a favor and dont bother going here.

It’s 9:45am on a Saturday and the store isn’t open. There’s NO posting on door with regards to time the store opens up.
