We were pretty sure we had punctured our right rear inside tire on our Mercedes Itasca Navion Motorhome. Chris was so helpful in getting us the specific tire we needed, which we picked up, to have installed at a location geographically closer to our rig. Long story short, the tire was good, but the small extension valve had been cross threaded by a previous installer; therein, not allowing air to be let out or put in. We thought we might use the new tire by replacing the spare but it was in prefect condition. I sheepishly called Chris back, asking if he would take the tire back with a restocking fee. Since the tire had not been mounted he said “sure” he would take our return. Much to my surprise, he refunded us completely, no restocking fee and even gave me a new extension valve which was not cross threaded. On my third set of tires for my vehicle in 10 years buying from them. They are a pleasure every time i bring my vehicle in for tires. i am usually in and out and over the years, i have gotten a few mishaps with nails etc and they took care of me every time. Hopefully, this company stays around for the long run. i will be coming back and letting family and friends now about the great service.

Excellent customer service! Blew a trailer tire en route to pickup a horse. They had the correct size in stock, and said it would take about an hour. 15 minutes later they were bringing it out completed! The tech even mounted it for us.

Had a brake job on my Ford Van last week. Brakes are great...I schlep grandchildren so good brakes are a must. ALSO... when driving Van home from picking it up...two young deer were in the middle of the road totally confused. Brakes were great and I was able to slow quickly enough to swerve around them. 4 stars because I dont want to harm the business. I tried to use this business twice recently with no luck. First I needed to buy 4 summer tires to be mounted and balanced on some new 22 inch wheels. They said they cant do this because they dont have the correct machine. Hmmm, a tire shop... They recommended other places to go. Went to VIP, no problem. Few weeks later I needed two large farm tractor tires. Called and spoke to commercial sales. They said they would look into pricing and get back to me. No call back. Ok Im done trying to use this local business and will have to go elsewhere. Just surprised as these were pretty simple jobs they could have made some money off of and dropped the ball.

Customer service was great. I pulled up with a flat tire, I ran over a pretty large screw. Even though they were pretty close to closing they managed to evaluate the tire and get me back on the road within the half hour.

Great place for tires and minor auto repairs. Everyone who works here is very personable, trustworthy and customer-oriented. The only only drawback is that the rate for work is $90/hour. This limits the type of repairs I would conduct there.

Over the years Ive been to many tire stores and have found them all to be very sneaky and always trying to sell you things you do not need or bait and switch prices. Stratham tire is the opposite, they give you very friendly and honest options for your needs and the price is the price you pay, no extras added in the end. Very good fast service. Would highly recommend them over any other tire company.

I bought 6 RV tires and was treated very well. But after going to Florida and back I was not happy with the balance of the tires. They completely removed all the tires and spun balanced them and at no cost to me. I am very happy with the new balanced tires. I will always go back there for all my tire issues.

I would recommend this place to everybody they treat everyone like family and never have they pushed a sale infact they once looked at my car and told me that the repairs someone else had said was needed was wrong and that instead of spending over a thousand it would cost me 20ty to patch a hole. Love these guys we send our moms there because we know they wont be taking advantage of.

Its hard to find businesses that match great customer service with a passion to make new sales. Stratham Tire definitely pushes their sales of new products ahead of their willingness to repair what you want you bring them. Do not expect honest evaluations of the rims and tires you need remounted if they can make more money from selling you new stuff. I was told that my one year old trailer tire and rim was unfit to remount when neither was damaged. The paint on the rim was barely scratched. I remounted the tire myself and it is holding pressure fine. Hand remounting is not easy...

This was my second attempt to do business here and the last. The first time we were told that they couldnt help with a tire plug because they were cleaning up which was two hours before close.A few months later we tried again. As the counter was approached the gentleman continued his conversation full of cuss words on the phone, then hung up and was as rude as he could be.
