Wow, just got alignment and tire rotation with balancing done today, because I purchased life time alignment and new set of tires a while back. I was not expecting that I am not paying anything for the service at all. The people that works there were very helpful, honest, friendly, and professional. I am doing review out of how impressed I am with Firestones lifetime alignment deal. One of the best value purchased I ever bought for Honda Civic Si. Alignment in every visit is $100. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves to save.
I wish I took photos of the state they left my husbands car in. He had to get on the ground to put on a spare because they left him with a flat tire. After 30 minutes he was able to get one of the mechanics to help him put on the spare. Which they should have offered to do for us over the phone if our tire wasn’t holding air. Might I add our tires were holding air when we dropped the car off. We only went in for an oil change and care check. We also accidentally left the wheel well there after the mechanic put on the spare and when we went back to get it our tire that wasn’t holding air seemed to be holding air pretty well when we came back for it. I will never go here again. Also they left all our tires low on air. I think they were peeved we didn’t want tires with them because when they called to tell us we had a flat we said we have a tire place where our tires are warranted so we asked they just fill them with air. I honestly think they just refused after telling us they would. I really hope I am wrong! I was so upset when I arrived and saw our car like that. And when I asked them to put the spare on they said it would be another hour. It was already 2pm and we dropped our off our car at 10am. Crazy. I am pregnant and I did raise my voice at this point. I was livid. Worst customer service and I have been going here for a year. Never before had any problems. I think they were not happy we were going somewhere else for tires and that’s why they did this. Again I really hope I am wrong. I hope it was an oversight leaving a customers car like that to be picked up. All four tires low on air and one completely flat. I hope they didn’t do that on purpose.
I dont like giving bad reviews. But they need more help on Sunday 🤠
Definitely a 0 star. i had a scheduled appointment that they needed to reschedule due to short staff. thats fine. so i rescheduled for a day they assured me a simple oil change would take less than an hour. flash forward 1.5 hours later, they still havent even gotten to my car! then they tell me they can take me next. i had an appointment and they prioritized walk-ins. very irritated. not coming back.
I always go to firestone for all my needs, I think the managers name is Sherrie texeira, shes very friendly and knowledgeable! It seems as if shes always working alone, very hard working and on top of her game! (Give that lady a raise!) She always figures out the issues with my car since I really dont know anything. I come here for car service but keep coming back for the customer service !
Wasted time and paid less down the road 7mins away at America’s Tire! I was told over the phone that I was good to go ahead and bring my two dismounted tires in for replacement over the weekend, which ever day Sat or Sun was good for me. This was confirmed late Friday by calling in the day before. I pulled up at approximately 12:30pm Saturday, after I dismounted two front tires on a large work vehicle, but suddenly, in just one morning of being opened, I was told it was fully booked all weekend and i would have to try again on Monday (Labor Day). So I had to load up my two tires from their bay and take my 30min job else where. Im down to pay more for convenience being that I self manage my business with 7 vehicles keeping busier than I would have it, but not for an unreliable service such as this experience. This place does not care for it’s commercial accounts and I have done many services in the bay area at multiple firestone sites under this business and it always seems shifty depending on the location. Because of this experience, it will be my last transaction. Do not rely on confirming a plan with them in advance. In addition, I learned that my back up vendor Les Shwabs was more expensive and not as busy as the next shop I decided to try. I learned that America’s Tire near Home Depot just down the street was the busiest shop out of all, but with more help on-hand, and better prices, they were quick to assist. I pulled up and less then two minutes I had someone at my car window asking how they could help. There was literally no where to park. I am thankful for this experience today to have been able to save over $140 on my two tires compared to Les Shwabs quote and approx $110 less than Firestone’s. If I had to bring in any additional tires, I would be saving a lot more money quickly. I think I will treat my family out for dinner tonight, so thanks for the lesson Firestone 👍🏼 Save yourself money on your next tires at America’s Tire 🇺🇸
When I first called I spoke to Sherri to get a quote, she was really kind and knew what I was looking for and understood the issues I was experiencing. Later on, while waiting for the repair and tires I spoke with Robert about other tires and cars Ive had, again he was really kind and really knowledgeable about vehicles in general. They both went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about my account and more questions about my brakes or other services and concerns they saw with the car. Id also like to add that Lopaka stayed and finished the job with my car way past his time to leave and took the time to finish the job, again above and beyond my expectations! I spoke with other customers that had also taken their cars here and heard the same that they also come back because of the work and trust of this team to get the job done right. In a couple of hours while waiting I observed their experience and knowledge was consistent with wanting to help others, I saw one customer who was rude to Robert, he had a cool attitude toward him and gave an understanding of service levels and expectations of the wait times for the service he wanted and scheduled an appointment.
Sherry, does a wonderful job taking Amazing care of the Customers! All the toys should care about people and their cars as much as she does
Very kind people, very helpful, I will be going back again.
Ahmed got me waiting for 2 hour for a service that they didn’t do terrible customer service
They apparantly do not want to work on toyota prius.. I was discouraged by service man there to leave my prius .
Great place but they scratched one of my new cragar rims, Told her Im ok as long as it doesnt rust, showed manager and she said they would note it
If nice but hard to find front door
Poor customer service. This location had me drive to another Firestone in a different town to purchase two car batteries I needed. I was told I could bring my old battery cores to this location with my receipt to receive a $20 refund for each core. After lugging them into the store and waiting in line, manager Sheri told the cashier to tell me that the other Firestone made a big mistake in telling me I could return the cores to this location and wouldnt honor the refund. They said if I wanted that refund I need to take them back to the Firestone in the the other town. I asked to talk to the manager Sheri but was told she was busy in a meeting. Wont be giving them my business again.
Very nice staff
Its ok.
The service advisors are great and the mechanics know what they are doing. I usually do my own maintenance on my cars. I bring them here when I dont have the equipment (alignment or tires) or cant figure out what is going on. They are always helpful. If you make an appointment for normal stuff, its pretty quick. You cant make appointments for diagnostics or brakes, so make sure you go early to get into the work bay faster...
Went in for an oil change. These guys are professional and offer solutions. They helped me get credit to help the strain on my wallet after finding another problem, and got me out the door in reasonable time. Give them a try, they might impress you.
Replaced tires six months ago for $700. picked up nail.Going to charge me to repair nail hole because I did not buy their rip off hazard insurance.Would give zero stars if possible.Follow up two days later: wrote Firestone with a complaint. They responded with a bunch of corporate baloney and wanted to know invoice number etc etc. They have all this data in their database as was demonstrated at the store. Thats it...done with Firestone.Meanwhile went to Brentwood Tire and got the job done in 10 minutes. Told him about my experience and he said what they wont do for you, I will wouldnt charge me a nickle for the repair. So the owner atr Brentwood tire, with one simple gesture, won my familys business form this point forward. Good riddance to Firestone.
I came in to get a rear back light replaced and was in and out in 25 minutes! The lady who did the repair was friendly, professional and on her game.
Went in to make an appointment to install two tires and wheel alignment. Sherrie, store manager, got me in right away. 1 hour later I was driving down the road. They also did a complete vehicle check (free) while I was there. I definitely will be back. Thank you Sherrie and your staff.
Im sure the oil change and tire rotation went well, but the lobby of this place was filthy. Floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks and the two lone armchairs had large patches grime. And to top things off, Firestone has eliminated WiFi. Appearances speak volumes and this stores presentation is woeful.
If can do 0 stars would. Avoid this place at all cost. Customer service the worst I’ve ever experienced. Took 2 hours to start car after appointment time and then left car on lift for 2 hours to go work on another “appointment” completely disregarding my car.
Worse customer service after hour and a half car was still sitting. Left without service. Waste of time.
So a few years back I bought an Interstate battery here. I bought an Interstate battery for the quality and warranty.Fast forward to now, there is a crack in the top of the battery which is causing the acid to leak and destroy the positive terminal.I called here beforehand to verify my warranty. The girl on the phone said no problem bring it in for pro-rated coverage. Awesome. When I get there the lady behind the counter accuses me of hammering on the batery or that my alternator is over charging. I explain that is not the case. The vehicle it came from is well maintained and driven back and forth to work.I dont appreciate being accused of mistreating the battery. That is the last thing I would do to a $160 battery🙄 The lady was very condescending. The only reason they get two stars is that she honoured the warranty.
The guys there are great and the manager Sherrie is awesome. Will always come back for tires. New only
Weve been doing business with Firestone for 50+ years. Theyre our go-to place for auto repair when the vehicles are out of warranty. Theyve always treated us fairly. We have lifetime alignment on our vehicles so were here every six months maintaining the vehicles.
Ive been taking my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Mark III conversion van to this Firestone Service Center for its routine maintenance and service since 2016. The store manager Sherry and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and efficient in my vehicle service needs.
Went in to drop MY MOTHERS VEHICLE off with HER OWN FIRESTONE credit card to pay for the services (brakes) and I was told that they would not accept HER FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD, TO PAY FOR HER CAR, from me because of OTHER FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS!!!!!!????????????????????????(not to mention SHES been a customer for years...rountine checks..HAS A WHOLE ACCOUNT IN THEIR SYSTEM AND EVERYTHING) AND AFTER TRYING TO SUGGEST MULTIPLE WAYS OF VERIFYING HER IDENTITY (faxing in her Drivers License) IN ADDITION TO HER ACTUALLY CALLING IN AND TALKING TO BOTH LADIES THERE SHERI AND VERONICA she was still told that they could not take HER FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD from me...SERIOUSLY...TALK ABOUT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE... SAD TO SAY BUT IM REALLY FEELING LIKE THIS IS A RACIAL ISSUE AND WE ARE COMPLETELY DONE WITH FIRESTONE FOR GOOD!WE WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE... O AND AGAIN LADIES AT FIRESTONE THANKS FOR NO HELP!!!!!
They say they are Complete Auto Care wrooooong they cant even do a rear main seal what a joke.
Firestone offers lifetime alignment and wheel balancing/rotating, which would be great... If I could ever get a decent turnaround time from this place. Every time I go in they ask me if I can keep my car there for up to six hours! It takes 20 minutes to to balance wheels and less than that to rotate tires. The Firestone next to the Concord mall was able to offer me a decent turnaround time no problem, why is it so hard for this store to offer the same? I realize it gets busy but come on, I shouldnt have to wait half a day for something as simple as a tire rotation. If I didnt already pay for a lifetime wheel balance/rotation plan then I would take my business to Americas Tire instead.
I have been bringing my car here for the last few years and I have had nothing but positives experiences. As others have stated they do want to keep your car there for most of the day but I usually plan for that when I need auto repairs/new tires so I am not just sitting around so I usually drop off the night before and they start work the very next morning and then it is usually done by noon. Customer service experience has always been positive too...
Don’t take your car for oil change there! I had several issues since I went there and found oil in my driveway. 1st time they forgot to tighten down the plug causing a drip in my driveway and second time they screwed around with my oil filter adapter by prying and damaging it causing it to leak. I had to trouble shoot myself since they screwed it up on purpose trying to create work for their shop. See they don’t make much on oil changes so they always try to bring up issues to get business. I don’t try to bash anyone business but they caused me a lot of headache trying to figure out why all of a sudden is my car leaking oil in my driveway after I took it there. It took me a while to figure out where the leak is coming from but i figured it out. Absolutely untrusted and will never go back.
Went in to check my tire censors. They said the only sensor that wasn’t working was the front left one. The cost to replace it would be $122I called Les Schwab (0.3 miles away from this Firestone, on Lone Tree Blvd) and they tested all of the sensors for free. Turns out only sensor that WAS working was the front left one (only intermittently).I checked the diagnostic and the mechanic at Les Schwab showed me as he scanned each sensor- sure enough! Only semi-functioning sensor was the one Firestone said didn’t work!Firestone tried to charge me about $250 more than Les Schwab to replace 4 sensors.BUT they do have a daily deal at Firestone! For every service provided, youll pay top dollar & they’ll throw in their industry-best poor customer service!
Sherrie is lacking when it comes to customer care. Everything she said or did with me was rude or awkward.Made me feel stupid... Come back over here I still need some information from you(I was standing 7 from her while she stared into the computer screen for minutes)
Its unfortunate that this company is unable to provide quality service
Do not got to this place. They add extra labor and parts to jobs to just get extra money. Brought in own tires to get replaced and want to charge me money for new air pressure sensor that are not failed on my car and used excuse as they might fail after we just change your tires. Talk to customers like we are stupid and gullible.
Long wait time, wasn’t notified when car was finished
Only been once; service was fast and everyone was very kind. They did try to tell me my car battery was going dead, but when they said replacing it was $288; price seems insanely high; now Im not sure of their value, will have to price check.....
They were very nice people that work there, i did have issue with one of there emplyees, just a little rude for me, first bay close to the main door, but managment was on point and knew there products.!! prices were completive to other local tire shops . ( even walmart ) shop here nice people!!
The Customer service was really good but if you dont have an appointment its first come first service. I will recommend it and the quality of work is great.
I always bring my cars to this Firestone for maintenance. Their service is friendly and I feel I get honest advice about my vehicles health. Been in the area for 3 years and Ive never had a problem with their service.
I purchased 4 tires for my Acura MDX on black Friday. They had a monster sale and best deal around for 4 new tires.Their customer service was great. Manager Robert was straight forward and honest.Definitely I recommended.
Great serice. Only tire repair open on Sunday.. 3 hour wait. Because i did not have appointment. Friendly.. Clean restroom and fresh coffee and great Ac
Sherry, the manager, has always been very honest and even warned me about complications that may arise from things Ive done with my car. The rest of the staff follow her lead.
Kind and personable easy to work with
Excellent customer service, Xoung the mechanic was great explain me the job he performed plus the future maintenance I have to do in my car.
Sherry is such a pleasure to work with. Always makes sure that your car is running and good shape.
We have been going to Firestone since the early 90s. I feel confident in their knowledge and service. We bring all 4 of our vehicles there.
Good quality service. Kinda pricey but no worse than dealership for repairs. Maintenance prices reasonable
So I took my 72 nova in for a alignment, when I got it back it was pulling bad to the right I called and scheduled a new opt when I showed up the employee Erika said the tech who was going to do the work would be out to my car wait for him there 15 minutes later i start walking to the building and out walks a tech from the bay and yells can I help you? Before I could answer he’s walking to my car so I said “ok you must be the one working on it then “we get to the car and I open the door and start to show him how to turn the ignition on and how to shift as a lot of people have trouble shifting my car he asks my to demonstrate and I said I am then he yells “we’ll do it !” rudely. I got out of my car and started walking back in the building he then throws the clip board at me and tells me to “take my hot rod somewhere else” . I go inside and explain what I just experienced with there tech Zong. Erika tells me it’s not there job to be nice to people it’s ours” (the people working up front). I asked for a refund and she gave it to me.As I walked back to my car Zong was in the bay making baby crying sounds.Im a 41 year old male with a family. He looked 45 or so...........WOW
Went here all the time for my rideshare car maintenance. they work fast and timely. also i recommend this place for rideshare car inspection. thanks guys!
I absolutely would NOT recommend this Firestone location. I pulled up to get an oil change, and I see two mechanics chilling out and relaxing in the garage. So I asked one of them how long it would be for an oil change, he tells me 6pm because they were supposedly real busy. (it was 2:45pm). This young man didnt offer to schedule and appointment, or fit me in. And I couldnt understand how he could tell me that theyre so busy, when I could clearly see that him and the other young man were busy doing a whole bunch of nothing. Very lax and nonchalant attitude. Not a good customer experience, and they CLEARLY dont want to make any money.
If I could just rate this place for a half Star I would! First time here and definitely my last! Made 11 am appt just to change my tires and it took them almost 3 hrs to get it done. 3 hrs just yo change the tires. Too far from what the lady told me that it’ll be done for an hour or so coz I have appt. If I didn’t tell them I got some appt to go I’m probably wasting more time of life there for another couple of hours. Unbelievable. Poor time quality and poor management.
Great service. Good price. Awesome Customer Service.
Sherri and the staff here at the Brentwood Firestone realty took care of my car and I after a different store screwed up my oil filter. I will be back to use them.
Always courteous and friendly. They do great work
Usually do a good job
Long wait times even with an appointment but they did my alignment good so I cant be that mad.
Always get quality service, waits can be long if you dont make and appointment
They try to up sell you things you dont need by offering discount tire rotation wrapped into a 40 minute copleat inspection. If you just want the tire rotation they charge twice the amount for the rotation! This will most likely be my last visit here.....can you say RIP OFF!
Wanted to get a oil change but I was told that we needed to leave car for the entire day because we did not have appointment. There were only 3 cars in the service bays. I guess they only have 1 mechanic
I had an appointment for 3pm on Wednesday June 14th 2017. I dropped off my company fleet vehicle for a 30k mile service. They said it would take a few hours. I never received a call, and they close at 6pm. They locked my car in their bay overnight, and when I finally got ahold of someone the next morning, I found out no service was done to my car. I received a call 20 min later, informing me my vehicle was done. I pick up my vehicle and park it. Today, I go out to my vehicle and have a completely flat rear tire. I call and immediately they get defensive and tell my they only rotated the tires (which is not completely true, as the psi on all 4 of my tires was different, which means they at least added air) and I must have picked something up on my drove home. Now I am here a third day in a row for basically an oil change. As a 24hr on call employee, this is just unacceptable. I was already told by my company to not bring my vehicle here again, but with the service I received here the last couple of days, I will not be bringing any of my personal vehicles here anymore. Which is unfortunate as there are not many places near me that provide a one stop shop for maintenance.Edit: They just finished fixing my tire. Apparently the tire was leaking from its bead. They are charging fleet for a flat repair, even though I drove 28,500 miles with no issue on this tire, but the 3.5 miles I drove home from this place caused the issue. This place is a joke.
I came to this Firestone in January because I had a really bad puncture in my passenger front wheel. I ordered a set of Potenza S-04s from Sherrie (I think shes the manager there?) and she was pretty friendly to me at the time. I waited about an hour and a half for the service to be completed. On July 4th on my way back from work, I saw my tire pressure light had turned itself on. Once I got home and checked the pressure, it was down about 9 psi, so I just refilled it and assumed nothing of it. The morning of the following day, the tire was completely flat. I refilled it and sprayed soap/water around the tire assuming there was a puncture. The leak seemed to be coming from the valve stem. (Ive only owned the tires for 5 months at this time). I went back to Firestone the same morning and discussed my problem with a guy named Dominic (really nice guy, I recommend you seek him out if hes working). After he came back from checking the tire with me, he was kind enough to vouch that tire itself didnt look like it was damaged. Sherrie was stern and stated, despite my disagreement and the fact she didnt personally check, it was deemed to be road hazard related (no real signs that it was nicked, scrapped, etc). I decided to pay the fee to replace the value and move on. Well, last night ANOTHER valve stem started leaking on the rear passenger tire (seriously?) I HIGHLY doubt this was road hazard related and it made me very mad about the first one (I guess the driver front and rear are bound to fail sooner or later). I went down to Les Schwabs and they didnt even charge me to replace the stem.... despite the fact I didnt even take my car there to get the tires worked on!! The wait time was relatively the same. What was the bonus of me visiting the competition? The tech who worked on my car asked if I was pulling my tire stem because there wasnt any signs that something hit the stem (maybe my cat has been pulling my stems when hes mad?)Edit 2: Im going to leave the majority of the original post because its important to show my clarification. I went into Firestone again because the same tire (front passenger) that was worked on started leaking again. Sherrie was at the front desk and I told her of the situation. I decided to be more constructive by mentioning the tech whod happen to work on my car the two times Ive had this issue (his name wont be posted for privacy and potential harassment). She promptly tackled my problem and even apologized that I was charged for the last valve stem (honestly, I could have mis-remembered about mentioning it was the valve stem particularly last time because I can get flustered having to deal with these issues before work). She also refunded me the last charge from Dominic which she didnt have to do, but she felt personally inclined to make things right. When all is said and done, Firestone is a pretty awesome place when youre objective and cool-headed because Sherrie did take the time to hear me out when most corporations/chains simply dont and generally enforce policy. You might wanna catch her early in the morning though because after 9, I notice customers start coming in droves (I was there at 8 this morning I was still behind 3 people. Les Schwabs isnt different in that regard). When youre under that much pressure and a customer is being rude (like I most likely was before work that day) its hard to be nice regardless of the situation. (Ive done bookkeeping for an auto garage in the older part of Antioch and their customers gave me headaches despite the fact I never had to deal with them). When Firestone replaced the valve stem this time, they did see that the tech working on the tires wasnt properly installing it (maybe he didnt have experience on my particular models rim size) and Im sure hell be taught so he doesnt repeat the problem! :DI did remove an after-note I placed as well because it was rude and I shouldnt have done it. I also changed the second sentence because I bought a set, not two. A couple of grammatical fixes were made as well.
Repeat customer
The service adviser, Sherrie Texteria was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant . The technician, Anthony Guitierrtez knew what to do and was fast . I got what I needed and was happy with the visit and the price.
Professional and quality work, my go to place for maintenance. Make an appointment to avoid the long lines.
They ALWAYS have great customer service... Ive been coming here for 10 years!
6/26/16- Disappointed!! Went in today b4 9, which it was not open yet. The store rep stopped me to tell me today we are taking appointments only. No walk-ins because that are overbooked from Saturdays work. WOW!!! Overbooked = bad managing. SMH. So I ended up going across the street Tri City Xpress Lube and I got my oil changed done in 20 mins.Old review- Great service. Been going there for 8 years.
How does one appreciate a 4 hr wait for balance and rotation?
Dont waste your time and certainly dont waste your money
I would never normally say this but if I could I would give them negative stars. With an appointment it took two hours of waiting for them to say, they can’t repair the nail in my tire and it’s over $200 for a new tire. I will not go back.
Ill never stop coming here, the staff is great
They are too expensive. Surprisingly, the dealership can be less expensive for routine things such as an oil change
Good Friendly And Professional Fast Auto Care
They didnt follow my instructions on where to put the new tires and had to remove and replace them.
Its a typical firestone. Be ready to set through the BS. Oh and get changed way to much. I normal only go here for the lifetime alignment. But make sure they show you the before specs before they start the work. The van fake the results if they dont show you first.
Another big box auto maintenance place.
Today, October 23rd I call Firestone to make a appointment for oil change, tire rotation and fix a leaky tire. Sherry told me no need for appointment just bring it in and we will get it taken care of. Upon my arrival I was told I would have to leave my car and pick it up at the end of the day. What a waste of time as I had driven 15 miles because I had always used Firestone when we lived in AZ. Never again😡
Took me on short notice with dead battery.
The customer service is so weak
Service with a smile and very thorough.
This place is a joke. 10am they stop accepting cars... including loose tires off the car
Good service, a bit slow
Friendly staff and efficient work
The Management went way beyond what I imagine to meet my needs thank you Sherry, and the Mechanics Elvis is the man thank you
I like Firestone but .. The white lady shearn manger one of bad n disappointed person working there unfortunately
Only wants to sell you the high grade car parts.
Customer service was excellent and the technician took time and explained what was wrong w my car,
$1,000 not sure how i feel about it yet....
Really good buisness
Good service but a bit expensive
Sheri is awesome!
Open at 7 am oil change went well.
Nice and quick service
Who’s working at 🔥 Firestone Complete Auto Care
