Bad customer service, lazy employees, no refunds or exchanges, and I almost got choked to death by some black guy here at this store. Definitely would not recommend to anyone looking to buy a vape or smoking necessities.

Note ; this review is about New Shop opened in Central Islip.Very cool store which carries all smoking related products candy,Masks,drinks,best all inside very helpful staff those are real success of store.

The only reason why I didnt give this business 5 stars was because they are never wearing mask in this establishment. Great products and great service. Just the whole no mask thing drives me a bit crazy.

Disgusting attitude, lousy stock and employees don’t wear masks. Go elsewhere.

I asked if they had myle ecigs and immediately the cashier answered with a sour attitude telling me he didnt have any so I asked if he could sell me anything similar and he just said no once more. If you dont want my business so be it trash attitude cashier. Not to mention all the employees sat there with no masks on.

Decent prices

This is place is awesome! I stopped by here on my break and wanted to check it out. They were so friendly and helpful! Im not from Suffolk county but I would definitely take a drive out there. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I need assistant. I was just browsing but they told me if you have any questions feel free to ask. Jason the Owner even came out and showed me a few things and some of their customers favorites! They were so professional and I love it there! Definitely would recommend people coming to this place!!

This store is great. Prices are amazing I recommend this store to everyone I know. As soon as you walk in they make you feel at home. I been to plenty of smoke shops, I have never seen such amazing customer service and prices.

I spent a whole bunch of money thinking I’m buying something new. the box was ripped but he assured me it was new then I bring it home it doesn’t come with batteries. He says I have to pay for that. So I go back because I live relatively close. I get batteries and it burns out. Go back he fixes it. But I can already see the merchandise he sold me was faulty and stuff was missing out the box. I asked the owner for an exchange or refund. He tells me it’s not possible then proceeds to point to a sign that says that. I told him I can’t get a refund and i was sold a faulty product he proceeds to fix it and say I don’t sell broken stuff. I go home hoping that I won’t have any problems but of course when I go to sleep I look at my G320 and it’s not charging or turning on. I left it and it turns on and shows all batteries are at zero and says low battery. I plug the charger in for an hour it stayed at zero percent. Until it fully shutdown. I can’t even turn it on anymore. Don’t buy here if you want something you can guaranteed give back if it doesn’t work. Go online and you’ll get a warrantee and, everything that’s suppose to be in the box. Now I have to go back and see what’s wrong with it again. Instead of getting my money back on something that i don’t want and is faulty

This new spot is dope. There isnt too many vape shops in the area so to have one so close to home is great. The owner Jason was very helpful in helping me out with a couple of products. I would definitely recommend anyone to check the spot out.

This is definitely my favorite smoke shop on the island. Always chill in there and they always have what I need . Recommend everyone to go here !

I PURCHASED A MYLE DEVICE EXACTLY 13 DAYS AGO AND IT’S ALREADY DEFECTIVE. I BROUGHT IT BACK, AND WHAT I THINK WAS THE OWNER, SAID THAT I BURNED THE BATTERY BY CHARGING IT OVER NIGHT. I NEVER HAVE CHARGED IT OVER NIGHT AND HE’S REALLY GONNA GO THERE AND BLAME ME. IT’S NOT THE BATTERY, IT LIGHTS UP AND DOESN’T EVEN HIT. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME IF IT WAS ONE DAY LATER BUT 13 DAYS SN’T A SHORT ENOUGH TIME???? SERIOUSLY BIGGEST DOUCHE BAG. I’M A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND THIS MAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS.

I walk in and immediately the owner starts following behind me, telling me I have sticky fingers and threatened to break my hand. All I could do is laugh, 5 foot tall old man was no point in taking it serious. I’ve never even been in the store, don’t even know why he goes around accusing people of stealing. It’s a low class smoke shop, what more could I expect? Wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone

Its a nice shop but not much variety for vapors very little to choose from. This shop is way different from cloud 9 in Smithtown

Went in looking for a new kanger tech vape but instead they put me onto the smok vape pen and I couldnt be happier with it! I received excellent friendly service and I will absolutely be going back again:)

I went there looking for something specific and they had it I was very pleased with the service from the owner and his nephew

The worst first and possible the last impression. Even before I entered the store, the workers had an displeased expression on their faces that was very unwelcoming and made me feel so uncomfortable as I stuck around to browse. Not even 3 minutes being in the store I was approached by one of the employees who asked if I wanted to see anything in the showcase. I politely declined and than he asks me Oh so youre not going to by anything? What? Are you kidding me? Ive worked in retail for many years and worked on commission and never would I ever think it was okay to ask a customer or a potential customer that! I told him I was just browsing (again it was my first time checking out the store so I kinda just wanted to see everything that they had) and told him if it was a problem for me to be browsing and he said yes!?! WHAT!? I get that the store is brand spanking new which means the people that work here were not trained for very long but that does not mean you can make anybody feel bad about checking out merchandise? You would think that he used to work in cosmetics judging how rude and pushy he was!
