If you’re looking for the best price and best quality products I would shop here this has been my go to for about a year and a half now. Plus the lady who works there is very kind and helpful.

Highly overpriced for vaping products. I asked for a box of coils for my caliburn Uwell G pod vape and each coil was 6.99. So thats 28 dollars for a pack of 4. Online its 10.99 for a pack of 4. Nearly 3x the price. Plus for the caliburn system was 40 at the store, 24 online.Save your money.

Hands down this spot is the ultimate one stop smoke shop! Ive never seen a smoke shop with so much stuff and such a wide variety of everything. They have some of the most impressive glass pieces Ive seen around the area. They have Cookies and Backwoods gear, pretty much anything you can think of, they have it or can get it. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to all the products they have. They literally have every single one of my favorite disposable vape flavors, plus everything is more than reasonably priced. Excellent service, Sam in particular quite helpful. They have everything you need and theyre willing to work with you if you just need separate parts which is basically unheard of. Most of the people that you deal with in smoke shops arent that good with customer service or bedside manner or whatever you want to call it but this place is five stars for sure.

I found this smoke shop through yelp and google for my hookah needs since I moved to town. I enjoy starbuzz brand and Smoke Shop is one of the only ones in my area that have what I like and keeps it in stock for me. Always friendly and helpful. Also, with the pandemic theyve stocked other items people may need and I really appreciate them for that! Purchased disposable masks and hand sanitizer from them when the larger stores still were out so dont forget to check them out if wave 2 comes down.

I’ve been going to this Smoke shop for several years and they are the best in town . Their inventory is great and if they don’t have it they will order it for you. Also Paul and his staff are very knowledgeable and very patient as I sometimes ask questions on products and need extra time. The shop is clean and organized and the merchandise is fairly priced and unique. One night I arrived when they had closed and he unlocked the door and let me in to buy what I needed. I recommend anyone to try this smoke shop because you will not be disappointed.

Dont trust the business hours. I live nearby and try to come shortly after opening hours and nearing closing hours and they arent open. Its happened to me several times. Also, one of the employees is rather rude. They have decent pricing though its their only saving grace

This place is usually cool when the lady is working there she’s super nice but today this guy was super rude to me. He kept staring at me in a rude way. He acted super rude like he didn’t even want to help me. Never coming here again. Worst customer service ever. This is seriously the first bad review I’ve ever written.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a smoke shop(I dont expect much). Horrible customer service, worker seemed inconvenienced I was even there giving them my business. Improperly marked pricing on item I was buying and when I told him of the error he would not honor the price or give me a refund. I had to refuse to leave until he called a supervisor to correct the problem. They refunded me most of my money, but on the one item I did purchase they changed me 30% tax. I would not recommend this store to anyone for anything. Ended up going to Fantasia smoke shop and received excellent customer service from nice friendly staff. Drive the extra mile its worth it.

Nice smoke shop everything you need.

This place is GARBAGE. Ive been going there at least once a week for cape juice, and Ive finay had it. Ill drive out of my way to a better shop even though this one is right near my house. They lie, and screw you out of your money. I was sold a $50 vape mod, thats poor quality and horrible for $80 dollars. And I wasnt told the price until after I paid and came back inside. I bought several juices and cartridges with it so I didnt know what the total should be until I added it up in the car. When I tried to take it back less than 2 minutes after purchase he told me he could not. So I have a crappy product and am down 80 bucks. I will NEVER go back here.

This is not the smoke shop to go to. The owner Paul looked me in the eye and lied! I dont want to go into detail about my situation, but this smoke shop can care less about you. He only shows interest when you have cash at hand and when the exchange is made hell turn around and act like he never met you. OVERALL bad experience. I dont know why i didnt stick to my usual smoke shop FANTASIA. Go there you will not be disappointed and its right down the street, worth the extra mile.

Im a long time smoker with an admittedly bitchy attitude and several phobias, including that of dirt and germs. This is the only smoke shop I will go to because the employees are great, the product is great, the store is clean, and the prices are competitive. They have had quite a few...dickheaded customers who really love to let their ignorance show, but thats nothing to hold against Paul or his wife. I have been coming here everyday for almost two years and will continue to do so. If youre looking for a great smoke shop, this is the place to go. Did I mention that if they dont have what youre looking for they will look into getting it for you? How can you beat that?

This is easily one of the best shops in the East Bay, or at least one of my personal favorites. I usually go in to get stuff for my vaporizer, but they have tons of stuff ranging from every kind of tobacco product, glassware, lots of novelty items, and a massive selection of ejuices and mods for vaping. They have hundreds of flavors ranging from all prices, and they are always getting new stuff in or have deals on existing merchandise. There are also tons of mods there that can grab the attention of vapers of all skill levels. There are starter kits, tons of Evods, mechanical mods, regulated box mods, RDAs and RTAs, as well as fresh coils for those who arent into rebuildables. They even have pre-coiled atomizers for those who want to get into dripping that way you can have something to vape right out of the gate, I just recently picked up a Sigelei 150 watt box mod from here and its doing me a great justice.The staff are fantastic, and very knowledgeable, and friendly. Ive seen them help out tons of customers that have had questions for them. They also make good use of the Five Star loyalty system which gives you points depending on which items you purchase, and the loyalty gifts suit anyones needs. Ive even claimed one myself and got a free juice.I would recommend this shop to anyone anytime. The excellent service, good prices, and sheer variety of merchandise is enough to many anyone looking for any of this kind of stuff very happy

If your looking for adult toys at this place. forget it! very poor selection. And dont wander into that back room that looks like the rest of the messy store. If you dont want people in the back you need to put a door there!!!
