Always get there smoothies and their coffee is amazing. The workers are nice and complimentary. I used to go there any time after school and do home work or relax. Its a great place to go anytime you need time to yourself.

Love Crazy Mocha. Very nice atmosphere a lot of good choices for drinks. Youre not stuck with coffee if youre not in the mood and there are some decent pastries. Good place to meet with friends.

Very lovely coffee shop. Lots of variety, lots of love when it comes to the brew. I appreciate care when it comes to life. And they certaintly care. Prices are a bit high for coffee. But the quality is what drives the bargain. Its a wonderful place. Lovely decor, and just a nice place for friends or even lovers or even just yourself to spend some time.

Mmmm yummy coffee! All sorts of different combos and flavors and all drinks can be made cold or hot. They have little yogurts and cold sandwiches, lots of biscotti, and breakfast sandwiches, cookies and rice Krispy treats! Free wi-if available and it’s a good quite place to hook up your laptop and get some work done while you sip on you’re favorite latte or mocha!

The taste of the drink was good, but it was more of an iced coffee than, the frozen one I ordered, no whipped cream or anything for $5 I would expect more, no customer service skills either. Just wanted to stand there and drink their smoothie and not be bothered so on that note I will stick to starbucks 🤷🏽‍♀️

We were informed by the employee that we should return our cup to the counter because it inconvenienced her last time we were there. Then she informed me there was no coffee..... at a coffee shop. The owners should really start taking a look at this place. The employees are really attitude-y.

The man who was working asked me what I needed, I told him, he made it, gave it to me and never said thank you or have a good day or nothing, put the beverage on the counter and walked away, I will be buying my coffee elsewhere, perhaps where they appreciate my business and understand that without customers they have no job

Crazy mocha is a good choice for coffee. It has a more uniform look than a smaller neighborhood shop, but has very good coffee and friendly staff.

Lately the employees here (Brentwood) seem more interested in sitting outside and smoking with their friends than making drinks. And then they get the order wrong to boot. Waited 5 minutes one morning while a girl finished her cigarette. Really makes the customer feel like an inconvenience. Been going to Crazy Mocha for a decade or more. I remember Kiva Han employees doing the same thing right before they went under.

THE CRAZY MOCHA! WILL NEVER BE AT THE TOP OF MY LIST! THERE MUFFINS ARE GOOD! BUT THEY MAKE THE WORSE LOTAE THAT I EVER TASTED. I HAVE TASTED QUITE A FEW IN MY LIFE TIME. FROM STARBUCKS ON DOWN, BUT THE CRAZY MOCHA LOCATED ON BROWNSVILLE ROAD IN BRENTWOOD WAS THE WORST. IF THAT WAS THEIR VERSION OF A LOTAE, I CAN ONLY IMAGE WHAT THEIR VERSON OF A DECAF CUP OF COFFEE IS! ITS A NICE PLACE TO GO AND KEEP WARM ON A COLD SNOWY DAY. OR EVEN STAY COOL ON A HOT SUNNY DAY. BUT WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO MY TASTE BUDS IN THAT COFFEE SHOP, ITS A FLAT OUT. NOT!
