Great customer service at this location and the ambiance is beautiful outside. Roses everywhere and when the wind blows it smells of sweet roses from all the fresh blooms. Wonderful atmosphere and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy nature.

Well they got my guava drink wrong and gave me a Passionfruit tea with Guava. I wouldnt recommend. The line was long but they were busting it out trying to get everyones order which I do appreciate. Thanks for everyones hard work.

Mobile ordered 15 mins before arrival and still had to wait 15 mins for my order. The drive thru was definitely the focus and I would have saved time by skipping the Mobil order all together.

Just started today. You must buy min. of 3 drinks to get a tray/carrier. Difficult to carry 2 drinks when you use a walker. This is going to brake the store? Pretty sad, the service has been slower at the drive up window in the last several weeks, now this. Scratch this location from my stops.Thank you! They changed their policy back on getting trays pretty quickly. As we get older and physical abilities change things like trays become more important, as silly as that sounds. Your 4 stars again.

Second time i stopped at this location. Theyre 2 for 2 after waiting in line, they acted with attitude and like we were bothering them. Ill go down the street to Dutch Bros where theyre kind and appreciative

Its a hit or miss service. Sometimes the workers are extra nice and sometimes service is a blah..! It just depends on whos working. Other than that I usually get my coffee fix here because it close to me. Drive thru sometimes gets really long, its not worth the wait.

This is a great place to go after school with friends! It is conveniently located for both teachers to go during lunch. As well as for kids to go, however the only downside is that sometimes on Wednesday since kids get out early it is quite crowded. The service is usually good, when they get crowded it degrades significantly. Sometimes they run out of items and is quite annoying. Overall an amazing location.

I am super impressed with this location! There was at least 17 cars in line, so I walked my happy butt into the store to find no less than 20 people ordering or waiting for there order. They had at least 8 people behind the counter, all friendly, efficient and working as a team. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Kudos, team, you rock!

Service is “ok”. My question is why doesn’t this SBUX ever have French Roast whole beans? ( this was an issue pre-Covid too). It is a classic dark roast that EVERY coffee shop has. This morning as an alternative I ordered Italian roast on my app. All good. Nope. When I came to pick up, out of that too.Dear Manager, stay on top of inventory.Thanks.(All first world problems of course, but annoying just the same).

I have tried visiting this location a number of times and am disturbed by the chaos in the store. I had a very nice girl wait on me last Sunday, but this is not always the case. It took over25 minutes for my order to come up. Everyone else in the store had been served, including the 4 or 5 customers who ordered after me. At least the drink orders were correct, which is not always the case here.

This is the only drink be through location in town. Which means drive through lines are often long. Certainly NOT their fault. Most of the staff is friendly as well as well mannered.However with close proximity to a junior high it is a nightmare during the after school hours. And the lounge area could be cleaner, as well as it would be nice if the trash was emptied more often.All that being said its a good place to hang out and people watch. I do wish they were open later since there is really no place in town open till 11 where you can get a cup of coffee and a piece of pie.Now if only Starbucks served pie

Never walk in! The number 1 priority is the drive through. watched 15 cars zip thru the drive in while I waited for my drinks. Next priority is online orders. If you walk in your the lowest level of priority, and its obvious. Since I ride my bike everyday, Ill be looking for recommendations for a more walk in friendly environment.

Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. I wouldnt have cared about this at all if even one of the five employees tried to look at me, acknowledge me or maybe even smile. They were training new partners, they were extremely unprofessional and lacked any customer service whatsoever.

I like going to Starbucks. But dont care for the way they treat their young patrons. They are. Too nice to them. Give them water free and just for the asking and then they leave empty cups all over. They should be told its wrong. Its part learn ing. Starbucks has to help teach. As well as us old folks. We owe it to them.

This location was extremely busy. It was unclear where to place your order and condiment area was in a narrow walkway. However, my mocha was fantastic and the outside tables were one of the best Starbucks patios Ive seen.

This store has become quite busy but they handle that customer volume quite well. There are usually 7 employees or more. Starbucks standard quality, nothing more or less.

There are 2 major locations i cannot say enough about! I680 and Monument Blvd. In Pleasant Hill Ca. 94523 as well as Brentwood and Balfour in Brentwood Ca. 94513 they are both extremely busy locations that do not allow that to interfere with their incredible customer service.

The new girl was rude. I spend a lot of money there and I was treated with disrespect and talked down too. They just list a loyal customer. I will never go back to Starbucks again. I dont spend that much time and money in a place to be treated like a thief.

I like the service here, they have never been bad for me, and they make good drinks. The people are quite friendly and will complete your order quickly. They also have a nice seating area that is great for hanging out with friends. In the end, this is a nice Starbucks, and I recommend it.

Easy access right on Brentwood Blvd anchored in the corner suite. Has a convenient drive through and plenty of parking if you want to walk in. Been to this location a few times and always received good service.

Im not one to go out of my way to complain or leave bad reviews, but I can never just walk in, order and receive the correct food/drink at this location. I dont drink coffee so I typically just order a food item and a tea (if that) and I am ALWAYS charged for the wrong size or given the wrong size or I wait and wait and wait for food that never comes. Specifically this morning, I order an almond croissant, as it is displayed in the window, I am charged for an almond croissant and after waiting very patiently for 30 minutes, I ask if they have forgotten about my order. I am then informed that they do not have almond croissants.... how long was I supposed to wait before you told me or asked if there is something else I would like? Something like this happens EVERY time!!! Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my work... but I do NOT suggest going here. This is not good customer service.

I was unfortunate to be behind a car with either a current or ex employee. They sat at the window chatting with at least 4 separate employees for 14 minutes. By the time I pulled up to the window for my two drinks, which werent ready, 10 cars had lined up in the drive thru behind me.No money was exchanged by theemployee car. She received 2 drinks. One hot, one cold.My time spent in the line was 18 minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks. This is totally unacceptable.

I stopped by at this Starbucks, I asked for a Vt Carml Frapp and a Strbry Ovrnght Grn. Paid for my order, I asked for a water and one of your employees thrown the Grande size water on the counter without even saying a word, a customer asked for a water as well... he got a Vt size water! This is AFTER I put a dollar bill in the tip container!! What?!?!?? N0T NICE!

I recently moved to Brentwood and I love the customer service I usually get. Tonight must have been my off night because the crew seemed to be in a rush, especially the lady that seemed to be in charge. No hello, no smile, just took my order, cut and dry...very dry! At least the guy that made my daughters frap was pleasant. Thats why I gave 3 stars.

Very nice Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. Drive thru is usually packed with a long line, but goes quickly enough.

This Starbucks is always, always out of a lot of things, they will have one iyem for like 2 days in a row and then out of stock for 3 days, so if your like me and like to get the something everyday, good luck they will only have any given drink for 2 days in row unless you get basic coffee . The manager needs to get on top of inventory since this is a very busy Starbucks they need to ordering more . I eill most likely be driving out of my way just to go to a better stocked Starbucks from now on.

Its a Starbucks. What can I say? It is like every other Starbucks. They have many choices of coffee and tea. Some snacks like little cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.

The drive thru line here is insane in the mornings and extends throughout the entire parking lot blocking traffic to all the other businesses nearby. The savage customers have no regard for anyone but themselves and will race through the parking lot to secure their spot in line and will block all through traffic so that nobody can pass to get to the other businesses. They really need to do something about the poor drive thru and parking lot layout. Starbucks will never be worth dealing with this madness. Folgers it is.

Near closing time, odered Mocha Frap with soy milk for the first time. The manager herself came around at my first sip and told me to let her know if I dont like it so they could make me another without soy.

Out of all the drive thru Starbucks in the area this one seems to be the most efficient and rarely sold out of items.
