On my birthday recently I used a Groupon to get highlights and a cut and deep conditioning treatment. My appointment was made quickly and the customer service is on point. I even got a phone call from the hair stylist asking if I’d like to come in earlier because she had an appointment cancellation. The salon itself is modern and clean, also not crowded. My hair care professional Jessica did an amazing job and she really put in a lot of effort but gets it done at a fast pace. She gave me the most thorough deep conditioning treatment and massaged the conditioner into my scalp for several minutes. I would recommend the salon and definitely Jessica.

Got a haircut, color, and blowout from Adele at the Merle Norman in Brentwood and she was great! She was running a little behind but very much made up for it with the time spent making sure my color and cut were just right. Very sweet and friendly hairstylist. Will definitely return. I’ve been going to Jessica for my hair for over 2 years and she is phenomenal. She always gets the cut exactly right and does a great job with color. Sometimes I don’t know what I want with my highlights, but her recommendations always turn out great. She’s also super nice and personable and I always enjoy going. Highly recommend!

Loza did a wonderful job styling my hair and threading my eyebrows and facial hair. She is a true artist. I was so happy with the outcome. She was willing to spend more time to cater to what I wanted and was so nice and professional. Went back and got a keratin treatment with loza again and loved it. Highly recommend!

Jessica is fabulous! I always get so many compliments on my hair. She is quick but thorough and will listen to what you really want in a cut and color. Love her!

I have gone here a few times for highlights with Jessica and was very happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, about a week and a half ago I had an appointment and due to the Hurricane on the east coast, Jessica was stuck in an airport and wasn’t able to come in. I had made the appointment at the end of my last one (8 weeks prior) and it was my birthday weekend. I wait for almost 20 minutes before I start walking around looking to see if there were even people working. I go over to the girls in the spa section and they told me that my appointment had already been marked canceled but no one called or left any voicemails. No one scheduled me back that day and I was thinking someone would have called to still haven’t heard back from anyone.

My stylist Loza is amazing!!!!! She is been doing my hair color for as long as I can remember. I get so many compliments on my hair everywhere I go. Go see Loza and you will not regret it 😊

I have been seeing Sonja for a facial, brow wax, eyelash tint for 10 + years. Wherever Sonja goes, I go. She is a very capable aestician . Sonja constantly updates her skills by attending continuing ed classes. She has all the latest equipment and best. makeup and skin needs. I got a massage there recently with Stasha and OMG I loved it!!! I got the Thai herbal Compress massage, which was spectacular. It was this ball full of herbs that she heated up in hot water and then pressed into my sore spots, the best part was she let me keep the ball and its reusable up to 5 times! At the end she told me about different stretches i should do to help with some of my soreness. Im definitely going back!

Ive been going to this salon for nearly 3 years. I am so thrilled with the experiences Ive had in both the spa and the salon!! Sonja is a miracle worker! Ive recently started seeing Sarah at the salon part and she is the sweetest! I had a keratin treatment that had transformed my life!! She is so kind and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her with my hair completely! This place is a hidden gem! Im lucky to have found this Salib and day spa. I dont need to look anywhere else for any beauty treatments! Trust me, you are in qualified hands and this location!!!

Had such a positive experience, cant wait for my next visit with Grace! So relaxed right now, My 1st Microdermabrasion and I can honestly say even just after a couple hours my skin looks n feels great. Itz like when u get a haircut and a weight is lifted except the weight has been lifted off my face, all those dead skin cells gone, awe feels refreshing! Everyone is so kind and Grace is highly professional and takes the time to really understand your skin issues to give you the best treatment. Using the Groupon was a piece of cake, no extra hidden costs. I am one happy Mama!

I bought a massage through Groupon. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Bed wasn’t prepped, masseuse was 25 minutes late, even the massage was handled so unprofessionally. No quiet music or relaxing sounds. Only did the back of my body. I have no words. I ALWAYS tip off total cost of massage so Idid this anyway because people have to eat, but this was HORRIBLE! I was so sad because I don’t get many luxuries like this in my life. What a waste!!

I had a massage with Stasha this week, aromatherapy and NMT. She found and helped with the sore/tension spots, I recommend this massage.

Be warned! Stay away! My hair has been butchered! Here is my full review with photos.My friend recommended this salon with her groupon and told me to see Rachel. I made my appointment with Rachel, hired a sitter for that date and a week later was at the salon for my hair trim, conditioning treatment and blow-dry. The haircut occurred two days ago. Sarah greeted me at the register and said that she was my stylist. I said no, I asked for Rachel. She said somehow they messed me up in the system and gave me her. There is no they, these girls run this part of the shop, they gave me Sarah bc I purchased the cheaper option with no color. Im pregnant, I cant do color! Next, she pointed to Rachel and said She is booked the rest of the day and my only option was to turn around and go home, or get my simple hair trim done with her. The way Sarah said it tipped me off that she KNEW they had already done me wrong by switching my appointment to her bc she seemed to expect me to leave. I already had a sitter, and I made the trip out here.This by the way was the bait and switch as now I have heard of other women experiencing the same thing. I am not alone! I wish they would have shared their reviews-it could have saved me heartache and $500-1,000! You book with the master stylist Rachel, and you get Sarah-who butchers your hair because she is still learning. I didnt care about the groupon price, Im used to paying a lot for a haircut, but I just moved here and needed a good stylist at a reasonable price. Id pay $100 for a hair trim bc Im used to paying $200 for a hair trim. I was not trying to go cheap, I was here on my friends recommendation. The hair wash was very uncomfortable and the conditioning treatment was just me laying over that sink with conditioner in my hair. Not like what I would get at a real salon where you sit under a dryer. She told me she was doing my hair that way bc I also bought an eye brow wax so she tweezed them (she didnt know how to wax apparently so she plucked out each hair at a time-ouch!) while my hair was sitting in cold conditioner absorbing nothing. That should have been another warning sign but I stayed for my hair trim. I told Sarah to trim as little as possible, my hair goes down to my shoulder blades. In the front it lightly frames my face and I asked her to trim up my fringe-I used the word fringe as I have NO layers. I told her absolutely no layers, only a simple tiny trim of less than an inch-a clean up of a style I already had and loved. Then whack--she cuts off the entire front right side of my hair!!!!! Over a foot off! I immediately started crying. Sarahs sister Rachel comes over and does the left side showing Sarah this is how you cut it, see? and telling me this isnt a big deal, it will grow out in a few weeks. They used me as a guinea pig. I didnt sign up for this. Since when does hair grow out over a foot in a few weeks? I was in utter shock. Rachel kept asking me about my pregnancy trying to get my mind off of this and Sarah kept trying to defend herself saying that this was what I asked for...no, bc every other stylist knew how to do this and Rachel knew how to do it, but Sarah obviously didnt know how. I now wish I had raised my voice and yelled, and demanded full refunds, but Im a lady and just was horrified and in shock. I wanted to believe them that it wasnt so bad. Rachel said she would fix it if I came back in a couple of weeks and I wanted to believe her. They didnt charge me for the eyebrow wax and handed me some generic 20% off coupons that they give out to just anybody. To have this fixed Im going to have to pay for hair extensions. My hair is thin and hard to grow, I cant have the rest of it chopped off also. This is going to cost me around $500-1,000 to have fixed. At my baby reveal party yesterday everyone noticed. Everyone saw what was done to me. What should have been a happy day for me was a sad one because my hair looks terrible. I rarely put out reviews anymore but if I can save you the trouble then it will be worth it.
