We had them measure cut and install a wall to wall bathroom vanity top. The previous top had been removed by myself. The staff at the business were very friendly and helpful. The workers were very prompt and efficient. We were hesitant to get side splashes and the gentleman who came to measure told us he thought we would like the results better with the side splashes due to our walls bowing. We agreed and now that its done I think he made the correct call. I would definitely recommend them. They cost almost the exact same as the one we ordered from Lowes, that we had to measure ourselves, install ourselves and took 8 weeks to get here only for it to be wrong. So we spent the same amount and they measured and installed it. Wonderful!

I had a great experience here! I loved how knowledgeable the staff was and really walked me through the whole process keeping my personal needs in mind. I priced out other options, everywhere else was drastically (at least two times) more expensive and the product often didn’t compare. They were fast and did a great job! They’re busy so scheduling had to happen a little ways out from when I visited, but they came when they promised!

First all I am a licensed contractor in another state that owns a few houses in the Pittsburgh area. I am a real person and have been in the business for years so I have some experience with granite. I walked into the store and everyone was extremely professional. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy. They gave me several nice options and the price was fantastic. They do all the fabrication on site(unlike others that are just middlemen) and the work is good. When it came down to paying and signing the contract I dealt with the owners son-in law who was extremely helpful and gracious. He seemed more interested in making a long term customer than a one time deal with maximum profit. I was able get a higher quality stone at a lower price than my wholesale connect. I get complements on it all the time on it. Also, the installers were great as well. Highly recommend. They are honest, affordable and really nice people.BTW. once granite is cut..it is cut. A fabricator is only as good as the information he receives. Make sure you take time to ask questions about everything(overhang,coverage,ect) There is a standard way of doing things but it may not be what your expecting. So make sure to point at all concerns and you will be happier with the outcome(regardless of where you go). Just some advice

Absolutely amazing! This is a family-owned business, their prices are the best around, and the service is unbeatable. From the office staff, to the measuring guy, to the installers, everything was so easy and professional. We had one small issue with a small piece they installed (through no fault of their own), and they went above and beyond to make things right. Dont look anywhere else. Seriously!

New Giant Stone did our kitchen granite up in Franklin, PA. They came to measure and again for a very difficult install. They were fantastic!!! I LOVE the beautiful honed granite and the installers were so nice. Never a complaint about the install.

Giant Stone did a fantastic install job on my counter top and cabinets. Great selection of stone. Cabinets and granite look great. Great price. These people are very nice and want to make sure you are happy. We had a few hiccups but I am very pleased with the outcome.

Walked through the warehouse and was given one price on granite $20/sq ft.. Call to give my deposit and was quoted a different price for the same Stone $42/ sqft.. Then was put on the phone with another person and they gave me a different price $28/a sq ft. the same Stone no honesty. As a contractor they lost a lot of business that I would have forwarded their way. Also did not care whether they lost a business or not.

Awful experience. They came and measured shower pieces. All the pieces were cut incorrectly. They refused to come fix the issue on site so I had to make 4 trips there to try to get them to fit. Afterwards, they told me “we don’t do shower pieces”. Avoid at all costs. No sympathy or care for their customers.

Very helpful and professional from Endies relaxed-but-very-helpful sales approach in-house, to visit to our home for measurements, to quick install and gorgeous craftsmanship of final product. The selection in the warehouse is varied and very affordable, and our new granite kitchen countertops are simply beautiful.

Really great selection and excellent pricing - I had a bathroom project with an unconventional sink top - they were able to get in to template and then installation in less than a week.

Just got finished with the granite in my personal home. Giant Stone did a perfect install. Very timely and the pricing was very reasonable.The owner Jimmy was personally involved.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

Visited Giant Stone in January. Chad sold us a Granite Countertop. My husband went back the next day after we did some research online and discovered bad reviews. The owner stated that the reviews were do to previous ownership. We continued with the job. My husband measured our countertops and we went to put down a deposit of half of our estimate. Chad came to create a template with his measurements. Chad stated in my kitchen that removal and haul away charge would be $150 which was NEVER mentioned in any conversation...ok fine. We received an invoice through email for almost $400 over the first estimate...and the removal fee was $200 not $150. I called Chad and questioned the invoice including measurements and removal fee...because I was frustrated he told me to take my business somewhere else! We did! Good thing! Giant Stone measurements were incorrect! We went with Quality Granite Outlet! Very beautiful granite...2 week turnaround! Awesome job by Quality Granite!

Horrible installation. They measured my countertops wrong and when they installed them its uneven. On one side of my kitchen the countertops hang over 2 3/4 inches and on the other side they hang over less than a 1/4 inch. It looks ridiculous. They dont match up with the upper cabinets on the end and I cannot put a backsplash. There is also a seem at the sink, the weekest point, and its obvious. The color they chose for the seem is not even close to what the color of my countertops are. I do NOT recommend buying from here. Its been about 2 years since I used them and Im still upset every time I look at my kitchen. Dont make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else.

Gave Giant Stone $2500 deposit, which they cashed, and never fulfilled work or purchased stone. Business changed ownership ..neither party willing to reimburse. STAY AWAY!
