It started with Robert coming to our home and not only giving us an estimate, but inviting us to his showroom to really talk about how to make the bathroom look amazing and show us how it would look. He and his wife were patient and gave suggestions on what would work best for us. The high standards of Royal Kitchen and Baths continued with the crew that worked in our home. Alex and his assistant were always on time, extremely clean and ever so polite. We are very happy with the process that we hope Robert will renovate our kitchen at some point. Absolutely fantastic. Robert and crew helped us remodel 2 bathrooms, resizing both to make room for a 2nd shower. They arrived daily, on time and just worked. I’ve never seen a crew just do their work, and do it so well. They took one lunch break and that was it. The quality of the work from the plumbing to the tile work and finishing was SPECTACULAR. I constantly look at the bathrooms because they are that good. I cannot recommend Royal enough. If you have kitchen or bath project, there is no other choice. They are the best. Period!

Royal Kitchen & Bath did a total bathroom remodel for us, and we couldn’t be happier. It is a big decision when remodeling and Robert made it simple. I planned on using him right after I met him. Robert gave me a price $10,000 less than other businesses that I had gotten estimates from. The work is phenomenal. Joseph, Caesar and Louis showed up every day on time and when they were done they cleaned everything up. Robert came daily to check the work. This bathroom is now a showpiece in my home. I had two bathrooms done by Royals Kitchens and Baths. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both. The show room has many different options to choose from to pick your style. The entire process was smooth and easy. The workers were professional, friendly, respectful of property, on time and took great care with maintaining dust/debris and cleaning up at the end of the day. As nice as all of that is, the true highlight of Royals Kitchens and Baths is Robert, the owner. Robert is extremely personable, professional, always available and very responsive to calls/text. He was on-site most days to check in and monitor daily progress. This kind of customer service can not be matched and is hard to find today. If you’re looking to redo your bathroom or kitchen Royal is the way to go. We did what everyone else does, we shopped around, but once we met with Robert and he explained what Royal could do for else we were sold. Robert showed up for the estimate at the time he said, he then set up an appointment with us to review the bathroom design with his wife (who has terrific ideas) and shares them all with you. We set a start date, Memorial Day Monday where his team showed up on time, covered the foyer of our house with paper, lined the stairs with drop cloths and each night before leaving cleaned the entrance way of any debris. As for the finished bathroom we couldn’t be happier, the new bathroom looks terrific, his team is easy to work with, they answer all your questions and make any last minute changes you may request. I had a very less than 2 weeks to completely refinish a bathroom to be safe for the elderly homeowners, and Robert and his crew worked around the clock to get the job done. (They gutted the whole bathroom to replace the tub with a step-in shower, switch the placement of the sink and toilet, install a comfort-height toilet and safety grab bars, fully retile the walls and floor, and repaint.) They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate about the situation and gave me an excellent deal. I couldnt have been happier with the results and was incredibly impressed that they finished ahead of schedule! If you are trying to decide between contractors, you should have no hesitation in choosing Robert and his team. 1000% recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

Robert and his staff are very professional. They are meticulous and very neat. We had our master bath completely remodeled and attention was paid to every detail. It is without any hesitation that we’d recommend Royal Kitchen and Bath.

We had a leak in our shower pan that existed for quite a while and we kept trying to do patch jobs to put off the fix because we knew it was going to be a large undertaking (removing shower doors, removing the floor tiles and a row of tiles up the wall, putting down a new shower pan, installing new tiles on the floor and row along the wall, installing a new saddle, and re-installing our shower doors). We were adamant on having a single reliable contractor do the job to ensure there were no hiccups or confusions between the various specialties. I contacted Royal Kitchen & Bath and Robert came over to give us an estimate. This job, while a HUGE project to us, is much smaller than the jobs that RKB usually take on. But after explaining our concerns and relaying our wiliness to wait for availability, Robert agreed to take on our shower! We were fortunate enough to find the EXACT tiles that were used in our existing shower at the local tile store and purchased them, patiently waiting for RKB to come tackle our shower. We followed up a few times checking in on availability and after a month or two, an opening in their scheduling appeared and the work began! In 5 short days, we went from leaky shower, to fully functioning beautiful shower again! We were finally able to use it today and we couldnt be happier! The guys even installed a new shower head I ordered to really tie the bow on the finished product. The workers were incredibly polite and did a wonderful job containing the mess when working. If I needed another project done, I wouldnt hesitate to call RKB again!!

I cannot speak more highly of Royal Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I were searching for contractors and businesses because we were in need of a bathroom renovation due to a leaky pipe that was leaking outside the house from my cantilever. In any case, my bathroom was the original from 1968 and needed to be updated despite the leak.To my dismay, I came across countless names of handymen, contractors and corporate run businesses. However, some didn’t call back, some came and wasted 30-45 minutes of time without giving me an estimate and some showed up on the wrong day! Several wanted me to do some work myself, such as shop and haul new materials to my home, something we just don’t have the capability to do!I knew what I wanted, an up-to-date bathroom, a total remodel with an acrylic enclosure and tub, a water saving toilet and brushed copper, or oil rubbed bronze hardware. I was pretty clear in my vision. That vision was challenged by several people… why did I not want tile… people do tile now…. everyone does tile…. The bottom line - I just didn’t want it and I didn’t appreciate having to justify what I wanted! It wasn’t a cost issue, I just didn’t want tile!That is when my wife surprised me with an appointment and said, “I have another guy coming for an estimate from another company.” I was done and highly frustrated at this point, but entertained the idea of meeting yet another person.The appointment was for 6pm and Robert knocked on the door at 5:55pm. He looked at my bathroom, understood what I wanted, didn’t argue or question my reasons, AND gave me a fair price right on the spot! Within 10 minutes he left the estimate, a brochure and directions to the showroom and said it would be done, paint ready, within 4-5 days! It was SO painless, I couldn’t believe it! In 10 minutes, I was ready to cook dinner, and he said, “I’m not going to hold you up, we all have families and it’s just about dinner time.” It was totally respectable!My wife and I went to the showroom and I was totally surprised! I thought the remodel was going to be crafted with basic and substandard Home Depot products, (and I had accepted that) BUT…. NO! OMG! I could actually make this my dream bathroom and at an affordable price with REAL GRANITE! I picked out all the ‘oil rubbed bronze’ fixtures. I choose the floor tile which is the latest and greatest ‘super trendy’ ceramic that looks like wood. And the beautiful well-made real solid wood dove tailed drawer cabinet and vanity! I wasn’t sure this was really happening and thought I needed someone to pinch me to wake up from my dream. But wait, is this going to cost more? NO, this was all included in the estimate!Roberts’s crew was nothing but professional, polite, punctual, personable, hardworking and CLEAN beyond belief. Robert came to the job almost every day, and on several days, he was there at the beginning and end of the day to see how things were coming along, to give directions and to see if we had any questions. They started the day at 8 or 8:30 in the morning and worked all day, with barely any break, until quitting time. I can’t say enough. They cleaned up every day. There were no tools or supplies left out to trip over, no residual dust and all of the debris was neatly placed in the dumpster. And did I mention the dumpster was owned by Royal Kitchen and Bath and included in the price of the project? Also, a big win for us!This was a smooth renovation and easy to schedule. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom - right down to the new door!I am SO happy we chose to go with Royal Kitchen and Bath! I would recommend them to anyone, and will be calling again in the future for more work in our home. They will be our go to guys for any large project. Came to house for quote, said we do everything but paint cabinets. So I found a guy to paint cabinets. Called them back to have a meeting. Than told me no we only do full gut jobs. Seems like an excuse to me. Probably thought I was going to be cheap becuase I wanted the cabinets painted. Fact was the cabinets where fairly new and in amazing condition. I was planning on spending a lot on the kitchen. All together we planned on spending 20k on a very 220 sq foot tiny kitchen

This is our second bathroom done by royal since we were so happy with the first we got the second one done within a year. Robert and his wife are very hard workers and honest. Their workers are clean,neat and eager to please. They also do tile floors so while they were doing the bathroom we got a quote and they did the tile floor in the den as well. I was very pleased with their work ethics not very common to see these days. I would highly recommend them.

When My wife and I first met Robert and Nadia, we knew immediately this was the company we wanted to work with. We first met Nadia a a Home Improvement show in January of 2020. Before meeting her husband Robert, we were sold. I can strongly recommend Royal Kitchen and Bath. We just had them completely renovate a full 5 x 8 bathroom in our house. They completely stripped the bathroom down to the studs and then re-built it. The crew was on-time everyday, placed drop clothes from the front door all the way up the stairs to the bathroom, and cleaned up every day; you would never know that a major renovation was in-progress! This is a small business owned by Robert and his wife, and they are the nicest, easiest people to work with. Robert oversees all work daily, and he can easily be reached on his cell phone. We obtained quotes from several Renovators, but Royal was by far the most responsive and helpful, and they always promptly returned my calls. The entire renovation was done in 6 days, just as he promised. We are very happy with our new bathroom, and look forward to working with Robert on future renovations next year.

Royal remodeled one bath and complete demolition through redesign of master bath. We worked with Robert and secured all materials through Royal. The soup to nuts Job was done as expected, on time and within budget. I would recommend speaking to Royal, in fact since my work was completed, Royal contracted and completed my Son’s kitchen and has just completed my daughter’s auxiliary kitchen.

Saw an ad in a local paper for Royal kitchen and bath we needed our bathroom redone for handicap accessible the owner and his wife were so nice and accommodating. The workers were clean, precise and very respectful. The bathroom came out fantastic and we will be calling them back for future remodels. On a scale of 1-10 10 being the best they are an 11.

Robert (owner) was very personable and really paid attention to detail from the first time he entered my home to provide an estimate. He and his staff were very accommodating throughout the entire remodeling of our bathroom and always presented as respectful. The job from start to finish took 7 days which was exactly what Robert had estimated prior to the start of the demolition/remodel. His employees were so clean with their work that not 1 spec of dust from the demo/remodel appeared outside of the bathroom. The finished product was pristine and immaculate and Robert checked in with me post remodel to make sure everything was working correctly. We had a minor issue with our bathtub/shower faucet and Robert had the same staff members come to my home within a week to rectify the problem and once again, they completed the job in a very clean manner. My wife and I are already discussing utilizing Royal Kitchen and Baths for our next bathroom project. My wife and I really did our homework when it came time to remodel the entire first floor of our house (kitchen, bath, dining room, living room, windows, doors, and floors). We spent numerous time researching and meeting with contractors for ideas and estimates. With a flexible work schedule, we had time to meet with many. The moment we met Robert from Royal Kitchens and Baths, we knew he was the one. Robert showed the patience and understanding of what my wife and I were trying to accomplish and he had wonderful ideas for those details that we were indecisive about. To make the decision process even easier for us, his pricing was extremely fair and attractive. Once we signed and the work began, his crew was outstanding. They were professional, clean, and talented. Another thing we were impressed about during the construction was that Robert was often at our house monitoring the work and, at times, even performed some tasks. The project was completed in a timely manner as Robert explained to us prior. The quality of work was beautiful. My wife and I are so happy with the results and was fortunate to have no issues. Robert remained patient with us and accommodated us throughout the project as, at times, we requested some changes in the original plans. Our friends and family that were familiar with how our house looked before the construction cant believe it is the same house. And for all our friends and family who came to our house for the first time after the construction, each and everyone of them made compliments about its beautiful looks and design. Working with Royal was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We picked out what we wanted at the showroom, easily scheduled our project when the materials were ready, and are so pleased with the final product. The team was very professional; they kept our house clean and worked on consecutive days to get our half-bathroom finished in under a week. I will definitely be contacting Royal again for future home renovating needs.

This has been one of the best renovations Ive dealt with . The job was a total gut on a second bathroom . Robert was easy to work with, crew including his wife were great. Helpful, flexible. Crew here before 8am, neat and professional- no qualms about leaving them in the house. Finally the bathroom came out great. I plan on using them on other projects.

We found Royals advertisement in a local home improvement magazine. We thought Robert and his wife were very helpful and had plenty of options to choose from in their showroom. We liked them because they were family-oriented and they came to our house everyday to make sure that the bathroom was done to perfection. They answered any questions we had along the way. We wanted to do a small renovation - not a complete bathroom overhaul. Every other company we talked to (and met at local home shows) would not take on the small project - but Robert not only did the project, but he did it in a short amount of time and nearly to perfection - and at a price we felt was reasonable for the amount of materials & work involved. We wanted to get rid of our old 1970s sinks and shower curtains in two bathrooms and install inexpensive but nice looking sink vanities (with storage) and glass shower doors instead of the ugly dirty curtains we’ve been using. Four weeks after signing the papers, his team was in my house, and completed both bathrooms in about 7 hours time. His staff was courteous, professional, and best of all - good. It’s only been 24 hours since install but everything looks so much better than before. I would definitely recommend RKB and Robert for other projects - and when I am ready to redo my kitchen or third bathroom, he will be my first phone call.

I met Robert, the owner of Royal, at a trade show and got an estimate for a complete bathroom remodel. I recommend this company because Robert is really the only person you talk to. He gives the estimate, gives you his cell number and sets up the crew on day one. Any time you text or call with a question, he responds immediately. Then hes back for final inspection. His crew was professional and pleasant, and didnt make a mess. No slick salespeople or upsells. A few months later I noticed a crack in the grout and called Robert, he came right over with a helper and touched it up. Just great service all around for a reasonable price.

As a single mother i needed to make sure to hire the right contractor to redo my bathroom. I got 3 quotes from different contractors and Royal was not the least expensive but it certainly was the most professional and trust worthy in my opinion.I met with him and his wife at his showroom to pick out all the materials for the bathroom and sign a contract, they make it really easy, 3 weeks later my bathroom was done, i am very happy with the end result.

I got multiple estimates and decided to go with Royal. Robert was unbelievable! He was quick to respond to texts, offered flexible times to see his showroom and checked on the bathroom multiple times before it was completed. He even came back a week after I paid him to fix little things that were bothering me. He is top notch and highly recommended.

We initially hired Robert to renovate our bathroom. He has now done our entire house (kitchen, main floor, basement)! His prices were extremely fair and he had a great selection of materials. We found most contractors to be pushy (adding to our expense costs) but Robert always presented us with options and what he thought would work best (which wasnt always the most expensive option!). He was very thorough in explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions that we had. Likewise, he was extremely attentive in addressing any concerns we had. Additionally, having worked with many construction crews prior, his team was the most respectful crew we have had to date (clean up, volume level, friendliness). We never hesitated leaving them in our house while we were out. We now consider Robert, his wife, and his team part of our family!

Robert did my bathroom about 3 month ago, I did not wanted to write a review right away, because I wanted to see if I was going any issue after they left, but I have to say everything is great. they did an outstanding job, very professional and clean.

Robert has re done my 2 bathrooms and did work in my basement also. He was always on time, his employees very knowable and his price was more than fair. He responded to all to all questions and concerns I was very pleased with the finished product. I love my bathrooms I would use him a again. I have referred him to others and I can say they were pleased with his work also.

We just had Robert and his guys take an old, outdated bathroom and split it into two (a master bath and a guest bath). Everyone else we brought in tried to talk us out of it, but Robert listened and came up with creative ways to utilize the space to make it two full bathrooms. His showroom has a wide selection of high-quality products for every taste. Robert and his wife, Nagly, are patient and give great guidance. Once the work started his crew was the same guys that came every single day. They were the hardest workers I have ever seen. They worked all day with only a short lunch and our house was spotless when they left. The job was done beautifully and right on schedule. Robert stopped by every day to check in on the progress and if we needed him he was only a text away (which we did, a LOT, but he always answered us even on nights and weekends), our sons favorite part of the day was when “Mr. Robert” stopped by. We are so pleased with everything that we just hired Robert and his guys to gut and re-Sheetrock and trim our master bedroom. From our first meeting until the last day Robert was so pleasant, accommodating and really seemed to care about making sure we loved our new baths! If you’re thinking of hiring him stop thinking and do it! You will be so happy you did.UPDATE: about two years after installation, we noticed that there was a leak at the base of a wall right under one of the bathrooms that we renovated. We called Robert, and he came with a crew the next day. They quickly found that the cause of the leak was not the bathroom (which we still love by the way) but an old dish washer in the kitchen. Robert and his guys could have stopped there since it was not there work and we were even out of warranty anyway. But they didn’t! They found the problem and found that some cabinets rotted away, the inside of the wall was ruined and flooring in the next room had water under it. He had absolutely no reason to, but Robert helped us find this all, talked us through our options and offered services to repair it. He did not charge us for any of this. He was just genuinely concerned with the health and safety of our family. Robert is an honest, caring and reliable business owner, hard to find these days! Robert and his crew will always be our first call for any project and we tell anyone we know who is looking for a bathroom or kitchen, make one call! Thank you Robert for your amazing work, but more importantly continuing to care about the relationships after the project ends!

We needed to remodel our kitchen and we started to call a few local contractors to get ideas and prices. we met a few guys including Robert from Royal Kitchen & Bath and we were very impressed with his expertise in the industry, he was able to give us a ballpark figure that was very reasonable the same day we met, we then went to his showroom to choose the materials needed for the project, agreed to a price, a start date and done. it couldnt have been more easier than that.it took him 3 weeks to finished the project.we are very happy with our new kitchen.

We had Royal kitchen and Baths remodel our bathroom and kitchen. From design to installation and then completion they were more then just professional, they were very patient, as together we carefully selected the tiles, cabinets, counter tops, tub, etc. They had solid ideas that we could see were grounded from experience. Their installation crew were very polite craftsmen who cleaned up the job site at he end of every day. The job was started and completed on time as planned. We are very satisfied with the end result and heartedly recommend them to others.

Weve held off updating/ renovating our galley kitchen for 2 years mainly because the contractors we met never really checked all the boxes. The stress was overwhelming, Overpriced and the conversations were always void of details. We abandoned the project and went on vacation instead! Fast fwd 2 yrs, I finally found Royal kitchens and Bath from the internet. The reviews were all I had to go by (all genuine and positive) and then we met Robert and his lovely wife and our search was over! There wasnt any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Roberts a straight shooter, doesnt promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! It was a dream job, no glitches and if anything did popped up, it was quickly addressed and remedied.Our friends and family are in awe and we cant stop staring at the gorgeous outcome! We’ve just remodeled our bathroom last month and we couldn’t be more please with the result and the price was very reasonable. We met up with Robert and Nagly at their show room which had a variety of selections and models of bathrooms to help with the visualization of what we were looking for. Nagly was nothing but helpful and honest in helping us find the color tiles/scheme we were looking for in our bathroom and letting us know if everything would work well together or not. Once the crew started the construction plastic tarps were hung to help minimize any dust a debris from flying throughout the house. This was Perfect because everything was kept nice, clean and dust free. The workers were kind,friendly and professional. They completed the bathroom in the blink of an eye. So not only did they do a great job that didn’t take long it didn’t break the bank as well. We had no complaints whatsoever. Everyone was professional if we had any questions they were always answered. They worked very neatly and fast/reasonable pace. We are always getting complements on our bathroom. We’d recommend them to any and everyone.

I could not wait to write this review, Robert is 2 day away to finish my Kitchen and I am very happy with him and his workers. We recently used Robert to renovate our bathroom and I have to say that we are very happy with the final result. They covered the floors and put plastic around the doors to help with the dust, we had the same 2 guys in the house for 6 days (originally he had said that it was going to take 5 days) we know he had to do some extra work and that why it took him the extra day. Royal Kitchen & Baths is an A1 contractor. There is an incredible difference with this company than with larger, more commercial construction firms - this company cares about their customers. . The first person you meet is the owner, Robert, and he is with you every step of the way. Hes there from the beginning all the way to the end. He is never further than a phone call away. This is my second project with Royal Kitchen and Bath and I am twice as pleased. Robert and his staff reconstructed 2 bathrooms for me 2 years ago and they turned out beautiful. His crew is fast, efficient and super clean. Robert and his wife Nagly helped me pick out gorgeous materials in their showroom to match my budget and my taste So this year, when I decided to remodel my kitchen it was a no-brainer. I picked up the phone and called Robert. Not only is my total project finished within the 3 weeks and within budget, but he and his crew always went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and even improved on the original plans. I highly recommend them.
