I started buying pies from Papa C Pies back in 2017 when I would visit family local to the area. When I got engaged to my now husband, I immediately knew wed be hiring Chad to make our wedding pies. They are the BEST! Chad knows me by name when I walk into the store, and I live out of state for heavens sake. It just feels like youre going in to see family when you open the door to the store. Chad helped me feel calm in the middle of planning, which was intense considering it was in the middle of COVID, and he made sure to follow up with me several times before our wedding day. We purchased a variety of pies for our wedding so that everyone could find something theyd like. Boy did they not disappoint. Everyone commented on how delicious the pie was. In fact, my uncle hoarded one of the extras for himself. I love that Chad also sends you an anniversary pie. We really look forward to eating that in October! Chads become a friend through our years of knowing one another, and I will support his business over and over again. We love Papa C Pies!

Great selection and friendly staff. I called to ask about a certain pie and they said they would make one fresh so it would be ready when I got there. Highly recommend.

This is the place for perfect pie. I’m almost in disbelief of how good this pie is. I have been searching for the right cherry pie that isn’t cheaply made. This is it. So glad I found this place. They really care about their pies and their customers it really comes through not only in their attitudes but of course in the pie. Get going and get yourself some of this pie ASAP you won’t regret it.

The chocolate Ghirardelli pie is delicious! I also tried the same one but with pecans and I loved that one too. We also tried the frozen margarita pie (w/ tequila in it) and it was very light and refreshing tasting. Great for summertime! Highly recommend getting pies from here. The chocolate pie tends to sell out so go early.

Delicious pies! We placed a large order of the smaller pies to deliver to clients for work and the team at Papa C’s we’re fabulous to work with! They had my order ready early which was so helpful. The pies were delicious and everyone loves them. Highly recommend checking them out if you just want to eat some delicious pie, need a gift or a large order!

We called up and asked if they had a peach pie, the guy said no but he could make one right now and have it ready in 45 minutes. Needless to say this was probably the freshest pie Ive ever bought from a shop. Amazing pie and above-and-beyond service, I would give 6 stars if I could.

We stopped here on Wednesday and bought a mixed berry pie. It was so good we came back the next day and bought four more pies! Everyone was so friendly both times. So glad we stopped in - I don’t think I’ve ever had a pie as good as that mixed berry from Papa C. We’re from Chicago so I’m sure we’ll be shipping them in the future! Well done, Papa C!!

I needed a dessert for a client dinner when I was in the Nashville area this week and I heard about Papa C Pies in the Franklin/Brentwood area so I decided I would pay them a visit. I am so glad I did, they were super helpful and took care of my needs in every way. They even made me a pie that they did not have in the case. I got to meet the owner and here his story too. As a business owner myself, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with anything about Papa C Pies. And at the end of my client dinner the pies were the biggest hit of the night! Had a craving for pie, papa Cs came up on Google . They did NOT disappoint! The nicest guys! Explained everything to us, very kind, and the pie was delicious! 6 inch was perfect for the hubby and me. We got the multi-berry. DELICIOUS! We will definitely go back.

Today the owner called to advise he would have cinnamon rolls available in the afternoon. I offered to pay since the clerk made up for the error but he declined and suggested a review instead. WOW!!! This sums it all up.During this hard time and year we have stopped in to the most friendly place. Chad and his staff are always friendly, super helpful, and they care about my safety.We have had their apple, peach and mixed berry fruit pies. Their Steeplechase Derby and Ghirardelli pies are AWESOME.Spoke to Chad the other day and he suggested we try the savory pies. We came back yesterday and got the Spinach & Bacon Quiche. I received a pie from my work this past week. I chose the ghirardelli chocolate, and I’ll have to say that it’s the best chocolate pie I have ever had. Crust was perfectly flaky and the chocolate center was to die for. I will definitely be ordering for myself and family again! Can’t wait to try other menu items!

Ordered 4 pies for pick up a day early. Was an hour late getting my pies together, then offered me a day old pie to compensate for the lost time. Like it was okay to replace a freshly baked pie that was 25$ for a day old pie that may be worth half that? Was guaranteed that the pies would be done, guess reliability isnt in their vocabulary. Pies were okay but probably not worth the 25$.

These are the best pies ever. My parents cant have sugar or Splenda - Chad made them apple pies that they can actually eat. I even have pies shipped to them for anniversaries, birthdays, etc. because they are that good. My mom said the pies were so well packaged that even if it was raining/storming, the pies would have been well protected and not damaged. This place is the best.

We were having a dinner party for a group of ladies from Portland, Oregon who had requested a southern meal, as they had never been to the south. For dessert I bought 6 inch, Chess, Pecan, and Stepplechase pies. Chad cut them and provided the cutest serving dish, just the size of the pie slice. I added a small amount of whipped cream and put the assortment on a platter. Our guests LOVED the presentation, the ability to sample more than one pie and the pies themselves. I had a great experience here! I had accidentally ordered a plain rhubarb pie instead of the strawberry rhubarb my mother truly wanted. (Completely my fault.)They happily fixed it for me, and had a fresh strawberry rhubarb pie waiting for me just an hour later! Phenomenal! We ordered a coconut cream pie in the morning, and it was ready by noon. The staff was very friendly and even gave us complimentary waters to enjoy with our pies. Papa C was there and he was very warm and friendly. Outstanding pies, we’re from Ohio so we are glad to have gotten a little taste of TN sweets. Highly recommend!

Papa C’s made pies for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Everyone raved about them. We chose seven different flavors and all were fantastic. We are from out of town, and I assure you, we will be making a stop during our next visit to Nashville. The pies and service are unbeatable.

On a whim I stopped at Papa C’s with my two girls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We walked out with a small chocolate pie and a small apple pie. These pies are so delicious and the crust is crazy good. We will definitely be back!

I’m new to Tennessee and have discovered the best pie bakery. Papa C’s. My wife Maureen and myself seem to there every week. All there pies are great but I’m partial to the mixed berry. Fantastic crust and the sugar topping melts in your mouth.Also there chicken pot pie is great.If one is looking for the best, this is the place to go.

I called to find out if it was possible to get Nashville’s most elusive pie: strawberry rhubarb. Not only was Papa C Pies able to make me one, but they were able to do it in an hour and right before closing time! They were polite and friendly on the phone and in person and have a refreshing “can-do” spirit. The pie was beautiful and the flavor was just incredible! They also provided a sample of their Ghirardelli Chocolate pie and I must concur with the voters of Nashville Lifestyles Magazine that it is the best chocolate pie in Nashville. Great Place for fresh and great tasting pies. They do day of orders a lot of times. I am very impressed with this place. The Customer Service is some of the best in town. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves pies. Chicken Pot Pies too!

Hands down the best pies in Middle Tennessee. This is a dad and son business that makes from scratch pies and other quiches that are truly homemade and delicious.

Papa C Pies is amazing! Their customer service is beyond amazing! I am currently in NYC and wanted to send a pie to my friend in Nashville for her birthday. I placed an order with Papa C, not really knowing who they were but they were one of the only pie shops that delivers in Nashville so I went with them. The pie was reasonably priced (with delivery, came out to about $12). I gave them an address and a note to accompany the pie. I had to send it to my friends apartment building but turns out, the mail room is closed after 5pm, so long story short, Chad from Papa C went out of his way to deliver the pie directly to the restaurant my friend was eating at so I got to surprise her with the pie! This was even better than simply dropping it off at her apartment! I wish all businesses would learn from Papa C in customer service. I cant wait to visit the shop directly in person when I am back in Nashville!

We were given a Chess Pie as a Thanksgiving gift and it was excellent. The crust was awesome and the filling was great. It has a touch of lemon flavor. My hubby and I will stop by and check them out. It is a great hostess gift. Thanks Gary for an awesome treat!

The best pies money can buy!

The rhubarb pie was still hot when I when I picked it up, so the lady vented the box. After warming it up many hours later for my husbands birthday I cut the pie and the filling ran out of the sides. It was completely runny. It tasted alright, not super. But was a big disappointment for $26.

This place knows how to make some excellent apple pie. They make it in a way so that the apples do not turn into complete mush. Best apple pie Ive ever had in my life!

Papa C makes delicious homemade pies, both savory and sweet as well as other amazing treats like cinnamon rolls. My husband and I love them and they also make great gifts for friends and family. Super convenient to order ahead of time for your exact needs and pick up in Cool Springs. The folks are super sweet too and are generous with giving back to the community and local non-profits.

I found this little spot on Pi Day (3.14 = March 14) since I work just a mile away. Ever since, several of my coworkers and I have been obsessed with this spot. They know me by name and its only been 2 weeks. I have the Ghirardelli pie today. Although it isnt even fresh from the oven (as in hot), its still incredible. I dont understand how but these pies are ridiculously good!

As Los Angeles residents, we always search for great pie when we come South. Papa C pies is a charming little pick-up pie shop with a couple small, dine in tables. We had the apple ( GORGEOUS buttery, crisp and flakey crust) with tart apples and cinnamon and spices. Delish! We also had the chocolate-pecan pie. Awesome as well with rich chocolate and a marshmelowwey topping.Best of all, the on site owners and staff!So glad we found this spot. We’ll be back for sure.
