Tony was a big help. Very professional and humble. We entered the store looking for orthopedic inserts for my sons Plantar Fasciitis. He inspected and asked my son a few questions, then proceeded to recommend and explain exercises to help with his PF. He carries plenty of products that relate to outdoor health and exercise. He has earned a loyal customer.

We had a 5 star experience with Tony this weekend. The time and attention he took to scan my husband and I, recommend a shoe, and help us find the right fit was so helpful. We really appreciate it! Be prepared to spend at least 30 mins when you go. We didn’t know what to expect but it was worth it!

The manager is very nice. I came in because I had back problems from standing up all day. He scan my feet and suggested a shoe and an insole. However, I ended up returning the shoes because my sole started to hurt but it help with my back. I tried the insole he suggested on another shoes and it worked great. No back or feet pain anymore. When I went to return the shoes, I thought he was gonna be judgmental but he was extremely empathetic and said that “everyone is different so some shoes will work or not depending on the person”. I will definitely go back to buy more insole. It a great and friendly environment.

Dont buy running gear on Amazon. Go here instead. I find it so valuable to try on gear. To have super knowledgeable people help you. This store is like a candy shop for runners. Take my money. Take all of it. Youre awesome.

Staff was very friendly and willing to go into detail with me about what I needed. Foot analysis was cool and they went over all the parameters of how I walk and what I need to watch out for. Space is clean and modern. Prices were on par with other retail establishments. Will definitely go back.
