Good selection, and have shopped there for several years with no problem, but found out today they have no replacement policy. Purchased some plant’s recently (1 month) and one is ill and looks like it is on death bed. They will not replace. They asked for pics and have sent to them. Waiting to hear back but have already been told they do not replace. I would even have been happier with an offer of a reduced price for a replacement

It was really hot the day we stopped, the plants were really sad and not cared for. We walked around for 10 minutes before a young lady stuck her head out the door and asked if we needed anything. We asked if things were on sale and she pointed to some plants that were BOGO free then closed the door. From the pictures I think this nursery has better days than this, but first impressions are lasting. We wont stop here again.

Most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not only very helpful, but they enjoyed helping us design and pick the plants we needed for our space. We really appreciated their expertise!

Shopped there for the first time this morning. Had an entire section 50% off as the plants were “in recovery”. They had the exact maple tree we were looking for. Regular $300.00. We shopped for about 30 minutes and circled back to the Maple we had decided on. I asked worker “So Are all of these are on sale?” She said “yes, all of them are.” I said “Ok we are interested in the Japanese Maple. What’s wrong with it?” She said it had dropped its leaves earlier but they have come back. “In fact, we were going to put it back out at full price today but haven’t gotten around to it so all these are half off except for the maple.” Told her that was the only one we were interested in. She said sorry. If you have a product 50% off, confirm it is half off and then in the course of the conversation decide you are doubling the price and moving it, you are exhibiting poor customer service and dishonorable pricing. Shady experience. Honor you customers by having an honorable business.

I’ve been there two different times (just today and once about two years ago). Both with the goal of getting bushes/shrubs for the front of house that is starting from scratch. Each time the worker wanted to see pictures to help plan and were so patient with my lack of knowledge, strong opinions, and numerous questions. Each time a worker spent 30+ minutes with me helping me out. Prices are very reasonable. Customer service is fantastic!

Friendly, knowledgeable people that had exactly what I was looking for! Also extended offer to help if I had any care issues/questions. Will be back!

Nice variety of plants, and it is apparent that the plants have been well cared for. They had the tree that I was looking for, at a fair price.

This place might be small but if youre a landscaping novice, Southbrach is GOLD! Their employees are very knowledgeable and whoever is in charge of setting out there plants into displays very much has an eye for design. Rather than wondering what plant would work well together, they have them set out into attractive designs/grouping already and its a great jumping off point. We used them for our landscaping in our front yard and have been very pleased with the health of the plants. Price seems comparable to other local nurseries.
