I know its just Sonic but it is always good! Service is great except for one weird experience when the waitress insisted on singing us a song. Hey, its Nashville! Sonic has a nice variety of food options and greats specials like half-price burgers on Tuesday (after 5 pm) and Happy Hour 2-4.

The last 3 times Ive visited this place and ordered they never make the drinks right. They dont bother to mix the shakes or slushies. 3 times is enough for me to call this the worst Sonic in Brentwood.check out my unflavored slush that is supposed to be Mango.

Please tip these ladies depend on it for a living. If you cant afford to tip than you can afford to eat!

I only went to pull over during the downpour and hail to hide between it and the other building hopeful to not get blown away. My usual experience is its good but I never get the mints or catsup they are supposed to give for each order.

6/162020 Iwent there today and ordered a number 10 meal. Left and was eating only to realize that something was in my tater tots. Spit it out and found a spring inside of one of them. They deserve a zero.

Very low tier sonic. The one down the road is leagues better. Here they are very apathetic and either burn the food or get your order wrong. Could benefit from old, more experienced team member maybe, but something needs to change. As stated before go down the road for a much better sonic experience

I visit various Sonics around the area every single day for a tea or a soda. This location is super convenient to me so I’m very disappointed that since the re-opening from the remodel something is so off with the taste of their drinks. I have stopped a few times and have questioned if they changed machines or what could have happened. The only way to describe the taste is a funky tap water. I don’t know if anyone else can tell but I hope they get this figured out or grassland and Brentwood will be the only ones I’ll be able to patron.

Very caring staff. The young lady went out of her way to come out after my order was placed to be sure that it was absolutely correct before they made it.

This location has been great over the years and the new manager seems to be very concerned with accurate and fast orders. Great drive in!

At first they charged us full prices on the 3 blasts..today was 1/2 price for Sonic App users. They did have 1 as half price, but charged full price on others. The cargo corrected it when she came out. That was very nice.

Best fast food restaurant customer service in history!! Seriously, these guys are great and they are even far and away better than the other Sonic restaurants in the area! Their food always tastes great and they will make it however you like it! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger in a tortilla today and... No problem! Just like with anything else I have ever ordered there thats not on the menu. If they have it, theyll fix it any way you want.Bring some cash to tip the servers, because they do an outstanding job and they never expect a tip. Which makes them even more deserving in my opinion!!

Placed an order through the app. I checked in and no one ever came and I had to leave in order to get to work on time.

Food not very good at all.

I asked for a small mozzarella sticks and a 5 piece chicken tender meal. Charged for a medium mozzarella even though I told the order taker it was wrong multiple times. Only got 3 chicken tenders even though I was charged for 5. Save your time and money there are a couple of other sonic locations in the area. Avoid this one

Sonic is my default place to get great drinks and small snack size meals. This location has great car hops. Always very respectful! I even feel safe using the restrooms here. :-)

Good stuff. Always delivered pretty quickly. Prices seem a little high for some things in my opinion.

I received excellent customer service help trying to figure out how best to pay for my meal via the app without having my card on me. Everything was excellent including the speed and quality of the food(the carhop even braved the very cold evening weather for more than 10 mins helping me with the app). But as I received my food and my regular sized full price slush, I realized I had forgotten to ask for a route 44 size because I had thought thats what I was getting due to the price I was charged since ordering thru the app should be 1/2 priced drinks which he had told me he was going to honor since that was how I was trying to order anyways(I had eventually ordered at the stall and finished by paying thru the app). So I didnt get the app discount after all that cheerfully helpful customer assistance after all. So you lose two stars, but earned your extra charges because it was technically my own oversight and I didnt feel like giving the carhop extra work when their was less than 10 mins to closing time.

Why review Sonic? Its all the same. Milkshakes are good, breakfast is passable and dinner its best avoided.

Cant get an order right!! Went over it twice. Had to correct it on the screen and it was still wrong!

I know its just a sonic, but I love their burgers and their tots. Plus, their shakes are some of the best, thickest and creamiest you can get.Every sonic is basically the same, but I love them.

Fast, efficient service. Order was spot on and included everything that you expect, condiments, napkins, etc. actually placed in the bag with some consideration, e.g. the fries or tots placed so they dont end up in the bottom of the bag. Signage and ordering kiosks all appeared clean and functional. Considering this is a Sonic, the order/payment interfaces are reasonably up-to-date.The physical property appeared well-maintained and clean despite construction nearby; I didnt see any debris often found contaminating nearby business properties.This location does not offer the convenience of optional drive-in or drive-thru I think some customers appreciate so I deducted one star.

My kids love the mozzarella sticks and slushes. I always like the ice cream!

Love the cheeseburger for its fresh beef and veggie condiments (no mayo please)...you cant find a better deal than their Tues evening half price deal. It takes self control to not eat there more often!

The carhops here are definitely some of the best in the area. If you live in Cool Springs, Id recommend coming to this location. Its quieter, has less traffic...and the experience/quality of service is substantially greater.

Had the new Philly cheesesteak...They forgot the cheese. Onions not sautaed Meat tasted good though...Their burgers and hot dogs are delicious, and I love their choice of drinks, not just the usual sodas..

NEVER any toppings in the Sonic Blasts. They’re so cheap with toppings and it infuriates me

Missing a burger, powerade slush was supposed to have extra powerade and tasted like lightly flavored water, Chicken sandwich wrong and cheeseburger wrong as well. Part of all four meals were wrong so 4 unhaopy people.

One star is to much. What bad fast food and what spensive prices. Definitely I never will go again to Sonic

I like to come here because it is inexpensive and the food is okay. They have boneless chicken wings that have good heat and flavor for the price.

Good shakes and iced tea made to order

The car GOPs are friendly and polite. The food is prepared quickly and correctly. This part of Franklin Rd. is under construction and at some point it may be difficult to find the entrance but it is worth the slight hassle to go to this Sonic over others in the area.

Terrible service!!! I waited 30 min for a large drink and they brought me a medium. Manager came back with a large and it was THE WRONG DRINK. Bad service multiple times too. Carhops practice shove the food in my car and leave.

Sonics are pretty uniform ao onve you go to one, you know what to expect in future. Fir fast food they do pretty well.

The only reason its getting 1 star (and not zero) is for the French fries and shake, they were pretty tasty. Otherwise the chicken sandwich and onion rings were terrible! The chicken was so dry and chewy and the onion rings tasted rancid.

This place is great if you like your burgers with a heaping side of attitude and long waiting times. Last time i went, I got cut off before i finished my order and barely had time to tell the server what i wanted before she rushed off and idk prolly went to smoke a cig or something. One thing is for sure, she didnt expedite our food bc we had to wait for 20 min before we got 2 burgers, 6 pc boneless wing and a couple drinks. The server brought out the food and practically threw my bag in my car. When i didnt offer her a tip for her horrible service, i received a rushed, attitude laiden thanks accompanied by an eyeroll as she turned and left. I thought she was gonna key my car or something. 2 stars only bc im not a jerk and wouldnt want to leave a 1 star. The food was, eh, ok.
