I ordered sixteen butane fuel canisters from Uniware Housewares. I quickly received a delivery of four canisters. When I notified the company that my order was twelve units short, they denied making an error and offered no option for working towards a resolution. I was told that if I had not held onto the box in which the four canisters were shipped, Uniware Houseware would accept no responsibility. I knew I had tossed out the USPS Priority box shortly after I tore it in half opening it. I was not confident that I could retrieve it from the bottom of a dumpster after days of rain, BUT I DID! Now I am fulfilling my promise to leave as much negative feedback for the company as I am able. I gave them every opportunity to avoid public criticism. I urged them to reference the weight of the package they sent me and compare it to the weight of sixteen butane canisters. Uniware Housewares was steadfast in their refusal to correct their mistake.

Im very disappointed in the customer service. I bought a piece of kitchenware and it didnt turn out to be what it was advertised as. Prices may be low, but if that means inferior customer service and lies then its not worth it.
