The best experience with uHaul I have ever had! Brandon was amazing at fixing and hooking up my trailer lights, and Alex was so helpful installing and getting everything set up. Even being busy they still were super helpful and got us all set up to go!

I made an appointment in store weeks in advance to have a hitch and wiring installed. When I show up to the appointment I was told there is an additional fuse panel I need installed before they could do the wiring. I appreciate they didnt install wiring that wouldnt work but I could have been notified of this before the appointment. Ended up going elsewhere for the work.

I would not rent from them unless you want to kill innocent people.Also very unprofessional and irresponsible.The first time I rented their trailer, they failed to do their job on time or let us know. I had to make multiple trips. The second time I rented their trailer, they couldnt attach the trailer properly. Sparkles were coming off our vehicle because the chain they put on was loose and dragging. When we returned the trailer to a different location, their manager was very surprised and told us we could have killed people with that. When I called to complain, they were not responding fast and were saying nothing but stupid excuses to avoid any responsibility.Terrible customer service.. excuse me, no customer service.I cannot recommend them at all. I cannot return there, because I do not want to kill myself or innocent drivers on the road.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I dealt with Jonathan the manager and Jackie a Repwest claims adjustors. I was in for a hitch install and looked over the car before I left it with them. Brand new car, no scratches.When I returned the bumper was all scratched up. It seems as though they had to remove it and drag it all around the install bay. And the front left fender had paint removed from a scratch the exact size as the rail guard of the ramp!I tried to get help and finally had a terrible adjustor review my claim. Jackie Guddendorf from Repwest. She didnt even watch the right video! I tried to reach out to supervisors and gm but they dont care!I should never have trusted uhaul with such a sensitive install. It makes me scared to tow anything if they were this negligent with the install!Repairs will be several hundred dollars. Wasted time and money here. This is a terrible company that doesnt stand behind their work or employees. They are dishonest and only defer blame. They will rip you off and cheat you any chance they get. I will be telling everyone I know how bad they are.Save your money and install at pep boys. Better customer service, honest company.

Johnathan(? Not sure if I spelled that right) went above and beyond to help me prepare an item I am shipping. Everyone there was professional and a pleasure to meet. I had spent all morning looking for a box to ship heavy electronics and they helped me find a box and even helped package it in less than 5 minutes! Overall one of, if not the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend.

Dont even know where to start. Shady, large bogus surcharges and even admitted it was shady, but could only defend by saying that their policy.

This is a great U-Haul location. Ive always had good service here. Its a great place to go and get propane refilled. The parking lot is a little bit difficult to navigate, but all in all its a great facility.

Top Notch Service. Top Notch Equipment. When talking with Delaney, I explained that I would be moving by myself and that I would need to finish cleaning my apartment before returning with the truck to have the car transport connected; she wisely suggested an extra day. This saved me. I rented a 15 foot truck with a car transport. Giant mirrors made me feel very comfortable. I found 60 MPH while pulling a car was a comfortable speed. I also rented a larger appliance dolly for moving heavy furniture by myself down stairs. There were no hidden fees or taxes. Highly Recommend!

We were broke down on our motorcycle and even though they could not accommodate our towing needs they went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. Highly recommend them wonderful customer service!!!

Second time renting a trailer from your location, second time with issues. Both trailers leaked, this time it was the contents of my file cabinet! Not happy!

Started off my 100+ mile journey with less than a quarter of a tank. The staff is less than helpful, I seemed like a burden for walking in with only 1 hour left in the day. Ive used these guys for years, but service has been on the steady decline recently. Take your chances at any other U-haul around.

I wish that I could give zero stars. Instead of renting online, I stopped by this location and asked if they had any small box trucks with a ramp. I even talked about why the ramp was important when they asked what I was moving. They checked me out quickly and within a few minutes I was on my way. When I arrived at home less than 3 miles away I notice that there wasnt a ramp. I drive back to the facility to see about getting the correct truck. I was told by Mitch that I would need to rent another truck and that they wouldnt be able to refund the cost of the first truck. That it was their policy once a truck is driven off the lot that they are not able to do any refunds. He said that when I walked around the truck to inspect the truck that I should have seen that it didnt have a ramp and the email they sent listed the type of truck, so I should have noticed that before I left. When I asked if there was anyone else that I could talk to, I was told that he was the manager and there wasnt anything he could do other than give me a dolly to use at no charge. I returned the truck unable to use it. I called the U-haul dealer (LuterCo) on Lakeview Drive and they had a truck with a ramp available. They were very helpful and less expensive for a larger truck. Do go to U-Haul Moving and Storage of Cool Springs!

Great service by Brandon! Was able to resolve an issue with a warranty as well as immediately repair the problem once the part arrived. Brandon was very professional and polite.

Could you properly staff? Employ people who actually will acknowledge the customers. Get customers who have made online reservations processed in say... Less than half an hour... Really it should be less than 5 or 10 minutes. You have 4 parties standing in line and it takes FOREVER to process??? SLOW, INEFFICIENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE (try and acknowledge your customer). Potential custoners/renters if you actually want to load your truck the same day, DONT RENT HERE!!!

If youre looking for a decent customer experience - this is not the place. If I were management, Id want to know that the employees on a Sunday Evening the first weekend of August 19 cost me a customer - there are other (and obviously better choices) places to rent a truck. Of course, thats assuming the management cares about that sort of thing. Typically poor service begins at the top (lack of training, modeling poor service, or treating employees poorly). Id never rent here again... Theyre not helpful and the self-drop off process is absurd... Rent somewhere else from a different company.

These guys are always great, fast and friendly. If you can order in advance it will speed up your pickup. This place is always busy and the parking lot kinda sucks but their storage is clean and climate controlled, trucks and trailers always in good condition and they have decent prices on all their packing supplies you might need.

I visit this place about 2-3 times a week, the company I work for uses a couple units for storage. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The only issue I have is the cleanliness and organization of the storage entrance. Other than that, this is a great establishment!

It is extremely difficult to get into this place because of how poorly managed the trucks are; they block the entrance. Ive been to this place 5 times trying to get boxes and only made it in once. The one time I was successful the young woman working inside was very pleasant and helpful. Positive: the road in front of the place is wide enough to make a UTurn.

I have been using this UHaul since 2007. I have rented trucks & trailers there multiple times & even brought one here on a one-way. Used the rental & free storage option as well - inside climate controlled & outside non-climate controlled.Everyone here has always been professional, helpful & provided good service.The only problem here is they have NO room. Since everyone appears to be moving to Middle TN all of the trucks, trailers, etc... seem to accumulate here. This makes it very difficult to access your outdoor unit & to get in & out of the lot.Other than that, even though the faces have changed here slightly over the years, they are typically young men that provide good customer service!

This was a good experience up until drop off. I scheduled an after hours drop off on Sunday and when I went to turn the truck in, I had to park with the end of the truck almost sticking out in to the main road. THEN due to the layout of the truck drop off area and the trailers, my car that I left was blocked in for the night. THE NIGHT. There were probably 4 trucks in each drop off lane, but my car was blocked in by the second dropped truck. This was Sunday night and I am fairly new to town, so I had to sleep in my car from 10:30pm until 4:30am before I could get someone to pick me up and drive me the 20 miles to Spring Hill. I was a sitting duck for anyone walking behind the gas station next door who may have wandered up to my Infiniti - real safe! When I came in the next day to pick the car up and tell the manager about the situation, I was met with glazed over eyes and then the guy who decided to take on the conversation (manager?) told me it was the CUSTOMERS fault! That THEY should have pulled up BEYOND the big STOP SIGNS that clearly communicate that you should stop and park! Apparently customers are told that for after hours drop off, they should pull up and drop off (I wasnt told anything like that) which basically goes against every visual cue the lot has set up. So this is a planning failure on the depots part, NOT a customer failure to follow directions that were not given! I will not be supporting this Uhaul depot again.

I had ordered a trailer hitch to install on my Honda pilot, only to find out that all of that well but nuts had rusted very badly. After spending a lot of time and effort on my part to try and get the bolts to screw in, I called up U-Haul and spoke to Brandon. He did an excellent job installing my trailer hitch by removing all of the rusted nuts and did an awesome job for an unbeatable price

This is a pretty typical uhaul store. The customer parking is not great, making it a little challenging to get in and out. It might have been an off day, but other customers pointed out to me that they had the same problem.Once you get parked, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I inquired about a trailer hitch for my car, and they had all of the answers i needed without needing to look it up. It is worth the parking hassles.

Worst storage unit ever! Very expensive compared to others and they charge you extra for 24 hour service! There was always hauling junk and trucks parked in front of my drive up unit so I was never able to access it without having to climb over their mess! The guys that work there are nice but clueless. It took forever to straighten out a balance problem on my account and they hardly ever answer the phone. The ONLY reason I used them was because I needed to set up a unit on a Sunday and they were the only ones open. Ill definitely stay away next time and suggest you do the same!

I only saw the controlled air controlled part of the storage units and it is fabulous. Clean, neat, and very friendly people!

Standing in places 6 & 7 in line with no one at the counter. We watched 5 people walk in and out behind the counter with no acknowledgement. Finally the first person in line called out along if anyone was going to stop and acknowledge our presence. We got a rude reply that we would be attended. Eventually we reached the counter. We were there to return some boxes in their by-back program, but without documentation on the clearly Iabled u-haul boxes, we had made a wasted trip. Rude, slow, inadequately staffed, unhelpful. Wont be back.

Very bad experience. We reserved a 26 truck and they called us back even at 5pm on 8-31 to confirm our truck would be ready. We have everyone lined up to move and at 8am we show up right on time and they dont have our truck. So to get our truck they send us a hour+ away round trip in downtown traffic. Meanwhile were losing $150+ paying people to wait 1.5 hours for truck to show due to the delay. No offer to adjust anything or free blankets, cart, etc.. Terrible.

I reserved a truck online and it was available when I went to pick it up. Granted, the truck ran a little rough, but it was a local move. The facility is convenient and the people are friendly.

Great experience all the way around from check in to drop off. Prices were reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cant wait til some of these complainers start their own moving and storage centers. The crap they whine about are problems normal people would be more understanding and less butthurt about. Stuff thats beyond anyones control or created by their own inadequacy but they want special treatment like they are better than everyone or they walk in and rent trucks during busy moving season and not care about other customers that also reserve the equipment and ruin everyone elses moving plans because they are entitled Ive rented moving vans twice this month and gotten a storage unit. The equipment was top tier and the storage clean and secure. The storage place stays full so crying because you went over your due date with no prorated charge when they allow a 5 day Grace period to settle everything sounds like the renters fault.Like I said I cant wait until these people start their own moving and storage centers so I can go whine about everything they do

I dont generally write reviews on Uhaul, and honestly, most of them likely would have been negative. However, this is related to hitch wiring on my Honda Odyssey. Ive had some issues with the wiring not working properly on a variety of trailers (i.e. likely not an issue with the trailer but with my wiring).I pulled up to this location, after calling to confirm there was availability to look at my van. Michael was the first person I spoke with. He was extremely helpful and professional and jumped right in to looking at the situation. Aaron also jumped in to help out - also very courteous and professional. Brandon seemed to be the most experienced / knowledgeable, particularly with respect to wiring on a Honda Odyssey. So, it didnt take all three guys, but I think they partly just werent all that slammed, yet. In any case, the issue turned out to be a bad box that was part of the original wiring kit that was not purchased from Uhaul. They sold me a new one for $40 and installed it for only $6! Needless to say, I was very pleased with these guys and would have no problems recommending them to anyone. In addition, the new wiring kit now has LEDs to show whats working and what isnt and they also added an inline fuse to protect the setup, which had not been done on the original install.All of this was after my in-laws took the van to a local GM dealership in small-town America to resolve the issue...to no avail. They just wasted money and still didnt have anything resolved.Brandon, Michael, and Aaron took great care of me, were extremely polite in the process, and were very professional! Thanks, guys!

Excellent! Especially compared to other Uhaul sites around the country. I picked up a truck and tow trailer and everyone was very helpful in spite of how busy they are. I had to bring the tow trailer back because I could not fit the truck and trailer anywhere near my house and they were extremely helpful accomodating me. If you need a rental in the Brentwood and Franklin area this is the best Uhaul Ive seen.

We had many items stored here when their building flooded last month. They didnt inform anyone of the flood for 2 days - leaving everyones belongings sitting in water. We moved to a different unit on another non-flooded level. They didnt give us credit for the 3 weeks that were remaining on the flooded unit. Now they are sending us notices of late fees, inaccurate due dates, etc. We have called many times and written two letters with no resolution. Horrible customer service!!!!

A disorganized mess. They didnt have rental ready and i had to drive clear across Nashville to get a truck. Seems the whole company has gone downhill since the last time i rented something.

Super convenient

They charge for a full months contract on storage units even if you need it for less time. You only need a storage for two days after your monthly contract ends? That counts as a full month and youll still be charged a full months price. They are adamant about their no-prorated-rates policy.
