I absolutely LOVED this place! Very helpful and friendly staff, they have a little of EVERYTHING: from colored pencils, to books, toys, board games, all classes of paints, brushes, socks, magnets, thread, beads, kits, canvases, cleaning tools, stencils, you name it! They have it! Its an artists paradise. I was looking for silver and found gold! Lol left with more than I came for will definitely be coming back!! Plus theyre open 7 days a week? Awesome!

Love this store and wish I found this location before January. So sad to hear this location is going out of business. They’re a real art store with quality products and the staff is knowledgeable and awesome. I only stumbled upon this store because an art teacher told me about it in January. I had been driving all the way to New haven and Norwalk before. Wish it had been promoted more because I had no idea it existed. I didn’t know about the Arcade mall bldg either and it’s so pretty inside.

This artists supply store has a complete inventory of whatever an artist could need. The front of the store has the less serious stuff, 5 & dime type stickers, magnets and novelties. But once you move past that you will find a thorough array of drawing, painting, and image -making materials covering brushes, pencils, pens, mixed-media inks, paints, charcoals, pastels, pads of every type of paper quality, size and surface, easels, frames, canvases and other medium materials, portfolios, &c. Plus a sales force that is knowledgeable and able to make sure you get the supplies you need. I doubt I have ever seen a more complete array just of brushes and other drawing implements in any retail store before.

Really great store with a variety of products that is crucial for its location. There arent many art supply stores in Bridgeport or surrounding area that I know of. Prices are pretty affordable for most of their products. Great place to stock up your studio or just get the essentials for your classroom.

I loved going to their store in Queens, Im so glad that they are in Bridgeport too! The staff was very helpful. They helped me find what I needed and I was in and out in 1 minute, even though I can spend hours in the aisles. My kids love the knickknacks. Good selection of origami paper.

Amazing selection of crafting goodies! I wish I had more time to look around while I was there but I was in the area and had a small window of time kill. I drove past while on a delivery and doubled back to it while waiting on another order to come through. Theres so much to choose from and one worker was pretty cool and seemed to be excited about sharing the companys information. I most def need to make the trip to go back there and add to craft supply addiction, lol.

Has been and will forever be my go-to spot for craft supplies & thoughtful holiday gifts. This year I wowed my family with beautiful stationary and heat-activated mugs with silly themes.Big box stores have some basics, but you cant beat the friendly service of A&Cs helpful team and creative, well-curated selection of supplies.Dont miss them for a visit, whether you pop in for a quick shop or get lost roaming the aisles of beautiful supplies - theyre a local gem!!! ❤️

Very helpful staff, if they dont know what your talking about, theyre very excited to learn and get the it in stock!! Great inventory!! Some uncommon brands but dont be scared!! Theyre all GREAT!! Tried a few no brands myself and was very happy!! Over all- great store!! Highly recommended by me!!

This place has a huge selection from every price range. I had a $20 budget for fabric paints. Lucky for me they were buy 1 get 1 free!!! I spent 14 bucks! Got everything I needed. The staff were knowledgeable. Im convinced theyre actual artists. Give this store a try they have everything. Fabric paints, henna kits, airbrush, acrylics, kids art supplies,...everything

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Iventory compares well to best of the business in Manhattan. Doesnt look like much from outside but go in for a surprise.

The place is AMAZING. Theyve some great quality products that are definitely worth the price but they also have some affordable alternatives as well. The customer service was great as well. Very warm and friendly.

The person working when me and my partner came in was interested in whats being sold which in general makes for a better overall experience, not to mention he had opened the doors a few moments early to let us in and made us feel comfortable browsing the selection

Im so happy to have an art supply store like this one in the area. It beats going to one if those big box craft stores because the variety and quality if the supplies I found here just cant be found elsewhere. Knowledgeable and friendly staff--they know thier art and the know how to help. I will be going back again.

I went to Artist and Craftman Supply for the first time. The store has a wonderful stock of art materials and the manager was super courteous and friendly. I would go back next time I need a supply of art materials. On the negative side, parking is a challenge and will require use of parking meters or garages. This discourages frequent visits for small purchases.
