Michaels one of my favorite stores. Usually Id travel to an out of town branch to get my crafting supplies. Now. I can get what I need at the Bridgeport store. Here is the bonus, I was in a bit of a hurry one day, and I received help from a young man on staff who walked me exactly to where the item was that I needed, and answered my questions. Now Im sure plenty of us have experienced the old point over there and get it yourself Im busy stocking or doing something else routine. Well thankfully, I did Not get that type of service from this young man. His name would have been mentioned in my review. Unfortunately, Im having a senior moment as I write this review. Bridgeport branch Michaels is a Plus.

Fake beautiful flowers dont stop being beautiful ... since I am as far away from artsy craftsy as a guy could get but I do see why there is real entrapment to get sucked into...oh how cute...that color is just right ... that would look great on my... So come and have fun exercising.

Im always able to find exactly what i need for my projects! The coupons definitely help because they can be on the pricer side for some items. Customer service is always exceptional.

Staff is not helpful. Called to verify an item in stock. Verified it was. Showed up. Item is not in stock and tried selling something not even close. Drove a total of 2 hours. Waste of time. Dont shop here

Love this crafts store, the people are friendly, and there are so many options to choose from for your crafting needs. The only thing I did not like and this is a big one is that they really need to improve upon their stock and make sure their is enough inventory as well as fill all.... those holes. The isles need desperate attention and maintenance.

Michaels had a great sale on jar candles made from soy. 4 lg jars for $10.00 !

My favorite store! Always nice things!

It is a very busy location. I went in last week and everyone, including the manager was new. My pick-up order was incorrect and I was not refunded for items out of stock and had to wait 20 minutes to fix it plus fill a partial amount of the order myself. I understand that it is a busy time of year, but there are better locations, Milford, for example.

The framing job they did was great. I would have given them five stars, but they didnt have everything in stock. I am stingy with the fifth star. The service was very good. I will use them.

I found what I was looking for fast and the store was organized.

We did a pick up order. When we got there it was busy but there was plenty of assistance to help with questions and etc. Obviously, with COVID protocols are in place, once the store got to capacity there was a line starting outside. Overall our experience was great!!*Note to customers: PLEASE be kind to the employees. They are doing everything that they came to ensure a positive shopping experience during this tough time*

They are an OK place if you like the arts and crafts stuff I didnt like it but my wife did

I was impressed by the cashier, Talyah. She made pleasant small-talk while keeping the checkout line moving quickly. Friendly, polite, and didnt waste time!

I enjoyed walking around they have a lot of stuff to look at specially if your craft person they already have out a lot a fall items so if youre looking for that thats the place to go.

This Michaels is just like the rest of the chains stores. They seem to have stunting for everyone. They are just just starting to put out Xmas ribbons and stuff. Lots of great Halloween idem on sale! Im a planner paper craft kinda gal and I was definitely happy with all the Stamps and stickers they have on the shelves. Store very clean. Employees asking if you need help. (Little warning. Ive been here two or three times & had this problem each time, not a huge problem! If you are in a rush leave plenty of time to cash out. Each time there was a line of 3 or 4 of us with one cashier. The cashier just focused on the one customer and did take little longer than should. In fact last time I was there a young women came up to the cashier,obviously senior employee to cashier, saw 4 of us in line. She told cashier just when your done with everyone please work on the display we talked about. Looked at all of us again, walked out saying shell be back. Anyone in customer service or sales would have stopped and for 2mins helping the young women with the customersthen going off to wherever. Just give yourself an extra mins of you need to be somewhere) otherwise excellent Michaels!!

Loved my experience there. I needed help, some one was there and went out of their way.and beyond. Cashing out, the girl was extremely nice and her personality was inspiring. She was cute, funny and personable. Its hard to find people like that any where now a days, especially in the social environment today.

Great craft store, a lot of stuff! The cameras that announce on the store intercom where you are in the store and record you really freaked me out! Its a bit much and made me uncomfortable. I also wish their jewelry section had more chain options, but overall its a nice place to get art supplies.

Has alot of neat Christmas decorations. And stuff for kids to craft on their own for the holidays. A little pricey yeah but its good material that will last a good number of years

The store in Bridgeport I found the employees not to be friendly. Didnt want to be bothered.the cashier charged me double for an item. Thank God I checked before I went home to seymour. I went back into the store and a young girl handled it. She was very apologetic. Very sweet. She was the only nice person there!! Even the manager had attitude!! Will never be going there again! Who wants to shop in a store like that! Ill go elsewhere! 👎👎👎👎

Good craft store. They carry just about everythingCrafty from scrapbooking, paints, canvases, crochet yarn & accessories, fabrics, sewing supplies, Christmas ornaments, garland, jewelry making, iron-on designs & so much more. I downloaded their app & received great coupons that I used & saved quite a lot of money & I recommend you download the app to save a few dollars. Only one thing I wish they would carry is Premixed Pouring Paint & unfortunately they do not carry it. I Definately recommend Michaels to everyone who enjoys crafts. Please give a Thumbs up for my review...greatly appreciated!😀

The prices are very high, but they conveniently always have a sale or a coupon. But you have to ask. Nicely.But, Stock is great! They have everything! Marbles to ModPoge, Acrylics to Z shapes, if its crafty they have it. New Bridgeport store. Good selection and clean store.

A very convenient Michaels and I often shop there. Everyone gives great service and are very helpful. They have a nice selection of things I usually need for my crafting.

Glad this location opened. Easy to navigate through and employees on the floor were eager to help. I would have given five stars, but the cashier who assisted me was too busy having personal side conversations with a coworker as opposed to answering a question I had.

Shame! such a nice store. Gentlmen on the floor very helpful. The cashier very nice. I would have given it a 5 star but the person in the craft room who said she was the teacher was very unpleasant. My advice: Smile Lady Be Kind!Specially if youre going to PLAY with children.

They start with totally inflated prices then post signs for 50-60% off to make it seem like you are getting a terrific deal, but in reality youre paying normal retail. The staff was really helpful and friendly, however, but needless to say, I walked out empty handed.
