While visiting the area from out of town my vehicle’s starter decided to give out. These guys had my starter replaced and van ready to go the next day much earlier than I had expected and communicated with me very well on the process. Fast, fair pricing, and excellent customer service from the staff. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! We are from another state headed for family for the holidays when we ran into some clutch issues. We were worried we wouldn’t make it but they had our car back to us the same day! They go the extra mile to be above and beyond!!! 100% recommended!!! A++++

We had an appointment for an hour after they opened and the place was closed. After waiting 15 minutes they finally opened their gates. Couldnt fix the issue we came in for. Didnt charge anything for not being able to fix it so that was appreciated.

Love this place. They fix things fast and are very reliable. They are always happy and willing to answer any questions you have.

I once had my car taken there for a battery and they told me that I needed an alternator because my battery was good. After confirming this with the manager. I told them to go ahead with the work $762. However after driving by the shop several days in a row I noticed that my car had never moved from where the tow truck dropped it. When I called the day it was supposed to be ready the technician told me that he had never gotten the chance to check my car out and he needed another hour. He then calls me back a half hour later and says, Ive checked everything out and you just need a battery. You can pick it up in an hour. Lets just say that was all the confirmation that I needed to never do business with them again, because everytime I had work done something told me that I was being ripped off. I just wish I could have caught it sooner.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!Scheduled an appointment with the 10750 Saint Charles Rock Rd location got there and they said they dont take appointments and could not service me. Why did the gentlemen on the phone schedule me for an appointment then??? I then went to the other location on the Rock Road and they changed my oil as I drove off my car was jerking and could not read which gear it was in. I took it back and they re did the oil change, the manager said the mechanic messed up my transmission fluid. I will never use this company again. The last time I used firestone in University City they left my filter open and it caused a lot of issues with my car. I am not a mechanic, I dont know much about cars thats why I go somewhere and pay for service. But with this company it seems like I walk away with more issues each time. I cant afford all the issues they have caused. especially since they are issues that could have easily been avoided. From my experience it seems like many of the mechanics are either in a hurry and that causes them to act careless or they are simply not trained either way. Im tired of firestone and I will not return.

There is nothing good I can say about this place, Im sorry. They are didnt fix what was supposed to be the problem plus tried to get us to agree to fix other issues that didnt need work to begin with. We have complaints filed with the corporate office who said they would look into the situation and get right back to us. It now has been a couple weeks and still no word back, since than, after having to have our truck towed from their shop to another one, a simple $250 repair was done and the truck is purring like a kitten and is working as good as the day I bought it, when if we had let Firestone fix it, on top of the $1100 they already charged us for nothing, they gave an estimate of at least another $2500 with the chance it could be more. While we were there picking up the truck there was another lady who was getting the run around when all she had needed was an oil change. Also, the manager, who finally had to come deal with us, needs to be retrained on professional mannerisms. While talking, he was continuously eating saltine crackers, that were grossly falling out of his mouth as well as being spitted out while continuing to talk with a full mouth. I appologize for not having at least one decent comment about this place, but there was nothing positive about the whole experience with this company. I have worked on and helped repair many vehicles to know enough about cars and trucks that I couldnt be blindsided by some of the ridiculous nonsense we were told and they wanted us to believe but, for anyone who is lacking any knowledge about an engine take along a friend who has some idea and maybe the repairs will go better for you.

Been here 7or more times and every time I go there they break something on my vehicle. If the work wasnt supposed to be warranty work I would not have wasted my time going there. Also if you have a fleet stay away they will destroy your entire fleet catalytic converters dont go out in 20 + vehicles, they shouldnt leak oil after oil changes either!

Why do I have to keep coming back? came here 4 times and no solution. One of the technician made my car worse and mat said nothing is wrong with it. My car havent been worked on after an agreement of an appointment which was 4 days ago been setting there.

Only place I take my vehicles to get work done!!

Ive never used this particular Firestone before but I was very pleased with the service that I got there from them yesterday I will definitely use them again

Just a very unhappy customer (just sad)

Its a shared property with an auto dealer. Its not marked well. Seems to be unorganized and not very clean. Lots of cars that seem to just be piling up.

The guys in here know their stuff.

2 times I was referred to this place by Enterprise for the same issue and both times all the staff were rude and unhelpful...will not be returning
