If you need a great vehicle with great service this is the place to go, there were a few bumps in the road but John Henry was able to fix it properly and professional with no problem, and my salesman was great !

Gave them two stars because Deandre the mechanic and a few other workers there actually does their job. John Henry is the worst manager a facility could ever have, if you look you the definition of a liar his name will be right next to it. He called the police on my fiancé after he lied to the loan company about repairs being done to my car and stated that my fiancé told him she was pleased with the work when I’m fact no work was never done. When confronted by my fiancé he called the police and ask them to remove her from the property but she refused by telling them he needs to fix our car or she is not going anywhere. As much as we wanted our buying experience to be a great one our smile was quickly turned upside down. The Automotive team is amazing there they stepped in and handled things a lot better. John Henry can count his days( not like he has long anyway he about 82 years old). If you plan to buy a car from them please get it checked by a mechanic first.

I was worried about getting the title on time since another friend had trouble at a different Frank Leta location. John Henry tells me not to worry about we will have it in 10-14 days. Its been over 2 weeks so I call today and now they say it will be another 6-8 weeks with no explanation as to why or why I was told differently. I asked how we are supposed to register our car on time before these plates expired and was told umm I guess you cant. Not helpful. Also just heads up I was the one who went in with the car knowledge and money questions but John refused to acknowledge me. Classic car salesman move that I never thought I would actually experience. I would ask him a question directly and he would answer to my fiance instead who wasnt even talking at the time.

The experience was great! This was my frist time getting a car from a dealership. I had NO credit! Didnt have to put anything down! Yes I did have a co-signer! I didnt have to put anything down and I got the dime down! Carlos Jenkins was a great help! He didnt treat me any different as Im only 21! I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. They are NOT honest they owe me a refund for my extended warranty, I was told by John Henry on Monday 6/21 that my check would be available no later than Friday 6/25 and that I had his word. I did everything I needed to do on my end ( provided paid in full letter from lien holder and signed the cancellation letter) my extended warranty was cancelled in MAY and notification sent on June 6th report. Now I’ve called 3 times today and left 3 messages on John Henry’s voice mail to no avail ……I HATE liars and it’s definitely not a way to treat customers. If I don’t get a call today I’m filing a report with BBB.

Extremely poor experience. Purchased a used vehicle and was told itd be 10-14 business days until the title arrived. Well now its been two weeks. Called to get the ETA on the title because my temp tags expire soon. They tell me theyve only just now gotten around to submitting for the title, and itll be another 6-8 weeks before it arrives in the mail. They told me Id have to just wait it out and drive with expired tags. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. These guys dont care that theyre putting their customers in legally compromising situations.

Im not the kind of person to write reviews because typically I dont care enough to do it. I went in to Frank Leta because of their one dime down advertisements and the fact that they state that you only have to make $250/more a week (I make a lot more than that). I told them on the phone that I didnt have great credit, told them my credit score, told them my down payment amount and asked if that would be okay. She said shes seen credit way worse. Went in and ran my credit etc. and they came back and said I needed a deposit of $3000 for a sedan and $4000 for an SUV. They knew I wanted an SUV so I think they made the price higher. They said the bank was taking a huge risk offering me their business. Since then Ive gotten approved two other places.

Then he keep asking me personally questions that had nothing to do with the process.. He was so rude I had to leave, the ladies At the front deskwill keep calling you with all these LIES and wrong information. Then he said him running my credit would effect nothing now I have a hard inquiry on my credit which is affecting me looking elsewhere.. its a reason why they have so many cars on the lot... I just dont want nobody wasting there time and having that inquiry on there credit

Man, what can I say, these guys were AMAZING! Got into an accident in my 2015 TLX, which I was devastated about cause I LOVED that car, went in to return the loaner and drove by the new 2021 A-Spec in black w red interior. Initially the service guys were helping me, they went and got the key for me to just take a closer look. Fell in love immediately and named her Black Mamba, not really having high expectations on getting into it. Ken called me later that night, knowing the full situation with my 2015. Ken and Leon, who we like to refer to as Yoda, worked a deal for me like I have never been a part of and this is my 3rd time buying an Acura. They have been bugging me for a month to come in because they claim they can help me into a vehicle. I told them up front that I had bad credit and a repossession and and could only put $1,000 down on something. I really did not want to run my credit unless they were pretty sure they can help me out with something decent. I finally get in there and they tell me I need $3,000 down. I was thoroughly unhappy with the entire thing. Even if I can come up with the money they will not be getting my business!
