My phone randomly broke and I was completely locked out of it so I ran over to at&t and met a guy named Justin, he helped me pick out a new phone quickly, its actually the same phone he has the Samsung S21.. I could tell he didnt have his own agenda and genuinely just loved his phone...I’ve always been an Apple girl but he was so patient and understanding he kept me calm even though I was stressing out over having to spend unexpected money...we had a great conversation about mindfulness & meditation while he was transferring over all my pics to my new phone..overall Justin was amazing and helpful during a random stressful moment in my life and made the process so simple! Oh and I love my new phone! Thanks again 😊

Walked in knowing what I wanted.The store was not busy at the time - 1030 Sunday. Greeted with within five steps of my entry.My apologies for not remembering the associates name, would likely have been on the receipt, a unique identifier, but he couldn’t get a printer to spit one and and offered an email copy - the only hiccup to my visit.I said I was looking for an Otter case and a privacy screen protector for the 12 Pro Max. He guided me to both. Ready to check out, he took care of me immediately and let me know with my two purchases I was eligible for a free (pretty sure related to my tenure with ATT and other recent purchases) third item and made some suggestions after inquiring . . Ended up choosing a wireless charger. He also offered to install the screen protector, very nice job done - perfect in fact. What was for him about 2 minutes would have likely been 30 for me and having to purchase another to do it ‘again’.Great customer service. Product knowledge outstanding.When I need more stuff - would definitely go back here.Cheers

So i was trying to switch to AT&T online but for some odd reason my payment wouldnt go through so i went to a store to see about switching. When i got to the store i was greeted immediately by Cherniara R. Who took really good care of me very quickly, she was professional, well spoken, had respect and was very well educated on everything i needed to know/needed answers for, i couldnt have asked for any better customer service, she was great and really outdid herself to make sure i was well taken care of! Deffinately give her and the store a 5star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The purchases I made were very misleading. I have been a customer of AT&T for 15+ years and I am very disappointed! Shame on the team that sold me my items on St. Charles Rock Rd in St. Louis, MO.

This store has really great atmosphere, the store manager is great and all of the employees are very knowledgeable! They have charging stations, this store sells everything including home security! I didn’t know that until today !

This store does not disclose hidden monthly charges that will added to your bill for insurance and an early buy-up option. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with AT&T trying to get these charges removed. When I called the store, I was told that the employees always tell people about this, but this is NOT true. If you shop here, make sure to ask about these kinds of things, because there is no guarantee they will tell you.

Sisters old Iphone was about to die but luck was withe her. AT&T in upgrading its network no longer supports older 3G and so gave her a new phone for just the cost of the sales tax. Sent it to her on 2 days. She needed a little help setting it up, but the youngan at this AT&T store had it up and running in no time. All Apps and data transfered, on to the new phone just as smooth as silk.Well done AT&T!👏

We recieved poor service at this location. My daughter and I walked in and was not greeted at all. Everyone was assisting someone but at least greet your guest and let them know someone will be with them shortly. We stood waiting for about 10 minutes and I said as one of the associates walked near for the second time- is there no one that can help us. He acted surprised and said, sure I can help you.Its unfortunate because my daughter is an AT&T customer and I am a Sprint customer but on my drive over I was considering switching my plan over. AT&T employees and this location blew that chance.

Brian at the St Charles Rock rd. Bridgeton Mo was outstanding he made sure I was aware of all my options and I was able to get a new iPhone 11 and upgrade my son at the same time. His customer service was 💯 and made me feel like a valued consumer. Thx AT&T for great customer service during COVID and adding consumer confidence.

Really useless workers there. Had a problem with my data speed and the guy helping me seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there. It was just a really weird and awkward experience. Stood there for minutes while the guy was sitting there on his tablet. Didnt say anything about what he was doing the whole time (not even sure if he was looking up my issue or playing games)Had to actually ask what I should do and all he suggested was to get on a contracted plan and kept trying to upsale me when my current service wasnt even working. Better off just having kiosks there in their place. Probably would be more useful.

The salesman was very friendly. He understood which phone I wanted. The phone was in-stock in the color I wanted. The staff was helpful and transferred my data for me.

I went to the AT&T on the rock road and Jarvell was my rep. He was absolutely amazing!!! He helped me with more than I needed. I wish The reps on the phone were like him! He was so professional and very caring! I’m glad he’s a young guy because I will continue going to him for as long as I live.

Excellent customer service. Representative very professional. Not only took time to help setup my phone, but took time to review new features. Left feeling less intimidated by new device and highly impressed by Reps multi tasking while still giving quality service.

I have been to this location twice and each time I have received the best service, accurate information, and hassle and error free help with changes to my account. My rule is to know before I go...meaning check and research information BEFORE I go so Ill know when I dont trust the knowledge base of the person who is helping me.

This AT & T store is probably the best I have been in. I am just new to Missouri so I have been to many in my home state. The staff is awesome!!!! One particular man, who has off Tuesdays and Thursdays, is absolutely very helpful, patient and very nice. I wish I could remember us name. We dealt with him several times!

Very poor customer service. Each staff member in the store on yesterday evening was extremely unprofessional & rude. Hygiene is at an all time low at this location & staff was NOT dressed the part. All staff just looked rough as tho they were on leisure time at home and smelled bad. The store itself even smelled bad upon entering this location. Staff rushed us through adding another line to our accout b/c we arrived close to their closing time. As we walked in staff members stated that it was time to close and that they were ready to go. As a result of them being in a rush, my spouse had to return BACK to this location a second day just to get device properly activated. Will not return for any reason.

I wish I could remember their names but both gentlemen working there during our visit on 9 June 2019 were awesome. Great attitude, outstanding customer support, and an all around good experience. Go see them, youll be glad you did.

Tyra was the most pleasant rep to work with! She answered all my questions, set me up with a new phone with all my info on it and even suggested switching my data plan to unlimited since it was cheaper. Most importantly got me in and out quickly which is so rare in a phone store

They never answer their phone, they are horribly understaffed and they have one employee who knows what he’s doing, and he’s only there 1/3 of the time they’re open. What a huge waste of corporate resources - none of these people actually want to work.

We actually just left this location, we went to inquire on a family plan now that our daughter is old enough we feel for a phone & lets just say we left the same way we went in questions with no answers. When we walked in no one greeted us, we had to walk over to a sales man sitting at a table & then when we started asking questions the lady that is working today barges into the conversation as if she is in a hurry for us to leave...so we left & went to another location & I will be leaving a great review for them! None of the things this location was telling us was anything about a family plan by the way.... just a terrible experience find a place with a more professional team.

I went in to switch my service from Sprint to AT&T. The customer service here was good however, I was quoted $93 a month for my phones with discounts for bundling my cell and internet services, paperless billing, and auto pay with a price match against AT&Ts free activation on the website. It didnt happen. $90 in activation fees and $193 for two lines plus $70 for internet.For the record, a corporate AT&T store, in Brentwood quoted me the same $93 monthly billing.

Att sent me here and this place did not carry what I ordered.

I have been to three other AT&T stores over the past 5 years for service. The store at Bridgeton Rock Road store is hands above the others. The customer service is 5-Star and respect for customers impressive. I have had two stellar experiences at this store and would highly recommend it to others. Chris Was especially helpful and committed to making sure my experience was fulfilling and successful when I upgraded to a new phone and bought an iPad. He got me all set up so I feel confident with my new equipment. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Brian helped me too and was great. These guys put the customers first and treat us with dignity and respect. I like this location a lot!

I was in the store and this lady was being very rude trying to return a phone that she waited to long to return, the staff were very kind to her even after she realized she was in the wrong. This isn’t a real AT&T. They are just an authorized retailer, so anything you buy here can’t be returned to a different store....Found this out when I went to a REAL AT&T last night. Would have been nice to know this before buying something with an expiration date for Christmas.Now I’m out $900 dollars and there’s “nothing they can do” because I went to the wrong AT&T on the last day of the expiration.Don’t go to this store. Go to a real AT&T.Also, the girl who informed me of this was wearing headphones playing loud music while we carried on a conversation....not something I‘d ever allow in my retail store, personally. It came off quite a bit rude.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PURCHASE YOUR SAMSUNG PHONES. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years and always had great service. The one time I had trouble with my phone and was directed by AT&T to go there to replace my phone, I was told I had to go online only. This information was give to me over the phone, so I am grateful I did not drive there as there was ZERO ACCURATE communication. I was told the manager ZACK was out of town until Friday. I dont have time to wait, so I am filing a complete complaint with AT&T Corporate.You can buy your phone anywhere, just dont waste your time thinking you are getting personal service because once they have your money, your name on the contract and you leave the store, you are on your own.Just my experience, just my opinion but if I can save one person the frustration I am going through right now, it is worth it.

I needed a phone to find a new job (I got fired from my last one, accused of stealing boxes). My dad, who wants me to be a dog catcher like him, told me rents due at the 1st of the month if I dont have anything on the table I wont have to worry about catching a dog but, a dog catching me! I visited this store on Friday and Brian helped me, shouts out to him for hooking up a new phone for me. I found a new job as a security guard with my cousin, hopefully I can keep it thats if my cousin doesnt mess it up for the both of us.

Came in for a bill pay & walked out with 4 new phones, 2 of which were free after being informed of BOGO. Was skeptical because of time restrictions at first but Tyra was great and made the process quick and simple.

Was told by AT&T customer service this was a Corporate st ..ok re and it wasnt. A female associate tells us the Corporate store is in Florissant. She then writes down the phone number and address, all fine and dandy until we leave and I call the number and its the wrong number and wrong address

I worked with the Andrews at this location recently for purchasing a new smartphone and have since returned to address some account and internet issues. Both times this knowledgable pair have exhibited exemplary customer service by answering my questions and addressing my needs at my pace. This store is lucky to have representatives like these two individuals that are able to provide exactly what customers are looking for. Direct, friendly support without being pushy. They are empathetic and good listeners, they dont try to steer you in a direction you dont want to go. Did they up sell me? You bet they did, and did so in exactly the right way, which is in my best interest. After a week with my new device im glad they did too, i tried to walk out of there without a screen protector and they advised against it. One can sense when someone is being genuine, and these two were, thats why i listened and bought one. I cant give enough credit to this store, generally working with a cell or ISP is a nightmare, but this location is where you want to go if you want to be treated with respect.
