I went to the the shop over my lunch break. Both guys there were friendly and informative. They quoted the repair cost and gave me a time frame.I was pleasantly surprised when they were completed ahead of time and called to let me know.Great service .I will be back to purchase refurbished equipment as well.

I received a repair estimate within an hour of my inquiry. The replacement screen took less than 5 calendar days to arrive. My cracked screen was repaired within two hours after dropping off the phone. I have no complaints, the whole process was painless.

You have to keep in mind that getting a phone repaired is never going to be super cheap, so you gotta look at the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff to really give a good judgement on their work. Brad and Eric are absolutely amazing! My phone was dropped really hard and they managed to replace the screen just 1 hour after dropping it off to be repaired! They were really friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone too hard that my wifi antenna and bluetooth broke so a new screen didnt help. It would cost more to fix my phone than purchasing a new one. Brad and Eric were nice enough to put my old screen on for a $30 restocking fee. Thats very little considering how much operating expenses and labor cost! They have a lifetime warranty for screens that they put on and wont charge you if you have any problems with it. Very honest and professional!

Google maps initially lead me to the wrong area. But after following the addresses, I was able to locate the store. The business was missing the CPR logo from the outer portion of the building, increasing the difficulty of finding the store more.

Rarely do I have an experience so different that the competitors that it surprises me, but CPR Phone Repair has earned my business for cell phone repairs. Although there was a problem with a part that was replaced, they contacted me immediately and overnighted a new replacement, otherwise I would have had my phone back in a few hours.They were much less expensive than other options, and provide a better warranty on their work. I had a unique situation that they accommodated, which two other companies refused to even listen to my request let alone provide a solution. Im a lifetime customer, you should try them as well and let me know if you agree.

I wish I could give them NO stars.... TOM is extremely unprofessional... I went in there because I lost my wallet and needed some cash and wanted to sell my old iPhone 6.. so when I get in there, he looks at the phone and immediately tells me that he can give me $100 for it....He had me signed something, had checked for water damage, and said the phone was in great condition.. I asked him, “are you sure you can give me $100 for it?” And again.. he said “YES, I’ll give you $100 for the phone”So Tom checked something else and said that the phone was still under contract and that he couldn’t buy it from me...here’s why I’m upset.... first of all, I called at&t after I left and they told me that my phone was paid off and that they didn’t know why Tom told me that. Secondly, I felt like Tom should have honored what he offered me. When someone comes in trying to sell an iphone, you should check EVERYTHING before offering them a price!!!! Why would you check to see if the phone is locked LAST??! That’s stupid. Tom offered me $100 and then later went back on his word and said that he wasn’t going to give me the $100 for the phone. That was not right. He should’ve kept his word and brought the phone for $100 like he said he would. Checking to see if the phone is under contract is what you should do FIRST before making someone an offer! That’s common sense! Do not go to this store. Extremely unprofessional and nothing but scamming liars that work there. They have their employees write fake reviews on here. Tom offered me $100 twice and said he was sure he could buy the phone for that much and then went back on his word! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I had a great experience with CPR, replacing the screen on my Samsung Note 9. I received good customer service, communication and quick, quality service. I would definitely recommend!

After troubleshooting and talking with a Samsung Tech about and camera on my device that stated force closing, I decided to reach out to CPR to see if they could help. I have never cracked a screen, no damage any device so I was a bit aprehensive. Immediately, I got an email reply with a quote. I went in to take care of the cost of the new camera. Once it arrived, I dropped off my device and picked up an hour later. My camera is back working, and I paid a fraction of the cost that I would have paid elsewhere, or what I would have paid to get a new phone.

I accidentally, dropped my phone at work, waited few days for the part to come in for my S8, and took them 1 hour to get my screen replaced. They were fast and efficient. Just in time for me to go on vacation. Great job.

Considering my I-Phone was not working well and constantly rebooting, I needed some serious assistance. CPR performed the diagnostics, kept me informed and for a very nominal fee got the phone to act normally again. I was very pleased, and would recommend the Creve Coeur location to my friends. The people there are very service oriented and respectful of the customers.

It felt like I looked everywhere to find someone to replace the battery in my phone. I was excited that the CPR website said they worked on my device. I filled out the online quote request. I immediately received an email stating that they needed more information and they would be contacting me shortly. I waited and waited. On the third day, I contacted them over the phone only to be told they were busy and to leave a message. I waited and waited some more. Nothing. Zero response. So frustrating!

Manager Tom Price was a pleasure to work with. He was very costumer service oriented. Tom was not happy with the new screen replacement for my phone so he exchanged it out. Thank you Tom. I highly recommend this location for any cell phone repairs.

Tom was excellent in helping me out! I had new Ipad were I splintered the screen after only having it a couple of weeks and he was able to order the replacement and I needed protection of my iPhone X and got an otterbox which he put a warranty screen protector on it. An absolute joke. Got my iPhone 6S slightly wet and took it here. The guy said he could fix it and it would cost about $75 for the water clean up and if that didnt work, then he would replace the battery, screen, etc. He called me the next night and said that the water clean up didnt work and that it would need new parts and that it would cost an additional $230+ and said it would be fixed within 24 hours. I agreed, and I went to pick up my phone the next day and everything worked great, then an hour later, the screen went out. I took the phone back, and he told me there was nothing he could do at this point, and that the phone was shot. He then said he could only give me $180 refund because they cant reimburse me for labor. I paid $120 for absolutely nothing. Not sure how this place is still in business if stuff like this goes on. I hope people read this and dont make the same mistake i did. Take it to professionals, not these clowns.

Brought in a laptop to have a single key fit back into place.The tech comes out, takes a single look at it, and says its all interconnected, you need to replace the whole keyboard. Which, naturally, comes out to over a hundred bucks.Instead, I went to the hardware store, got a pair of pliers, and was able to fix the issue myself, good as new.The lady at the counter was nice enough, but having someone outright lying to me about what needs to be done is a major turnoff. Bad way to do business.

The customer service rep was great. I called at 5:35pm and he told me that if I got there by 5:45pm he could have my phone repaired before closing at 7pm. Well, I got there at 5:50pm but he still got my phone repaired. My screen was working intermittently so he replaced it. For the next few days it felt like I had a brand new phone. However, by the 4th day my phone was again having the same problem as before. Im planning to take my phone back to CPR sometime today. Hopefully they get the problem resolved for good this time around.

I was very pleased with the service I received on October 13, 2015. My camera was replaced on my Galaxy S5 and so far, its working great... No more blurry pictures.

I took my phone in to them to get a cracked screen replaced. They replaced the ear cover with one that didnt fit so my screen shattered again, and of course, not covered under warranty. It wasnt until I took the phone to another repair shop that they could tell me what the issue was. Now Ive essentially paid for my phone again in repairs.

I took my shattered iPhone 7 Plus 32gb in for a repair and I got it back in perfect condition, so I thought. The following day my screen slightly lifted from the device; keep in mind it was not even 24 hours later. I took it to the Apple Store because my screen started glitching and they said, the screen wasnt properly placed. They might be able to fix the order phones where all you have to is unscrew the back of it but definitely not the newer phones that dont have screws on the outside. They scammed me out of my hard earned money.

Its always a pleasure to write something good about a new business.I brought my MacBook Pro in for a replacement for a dead earphone jack. I know that these are not inexpensive to replace, so when I got an estimate of near $100, I wasnt surprised.However, before she wrote me up, she took my machine into the back room for the technician to check first, 5 min later she brought it out and said - ALL Done! no charge I could only say Wow!! Evidently they had tool that could actually clean that jack out, where I thought it was broken from years of use. Thank you very much!!

Tom helped me remove a broken tempered glass cover and replace it perfectly with a new one. His finesse was impeccable but moreso his customer service was off the charts. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

Replaced inner screen for water damage. Lasted for only two months, and then started to do weird things. The receipt says that there is a life time warranty, but other paper that I have initialed says that there is not. Of course they refused to fix, and only offered a discount on a new screen, or to meet the owner in the shop the other day. I definitely passed on the discount, and I guess there is no need to meet the owners.I just wish I read the reviews before I went there the first time. Just wasted good $ 200.

I have gone in with two separate problems on two different phones. Each time my phone has ended up in worse shape after their repairs. They will charge you extra for a tempered phone screen that they allegedly stand behind. This screen has proven way more brittle than the standard screen.

Had a cracked Otterbox screen. I got a replacement under warranty from Otterbox but was afraid I would mess up the swap out - you usually get one shot with these things. I stopped in CPR and talked to Tom Price. I asked if he would do the replacement for me. He said, sure without hesitation. Not only did he do it, it took just a few minutes, and there was no charge. I specifically mention Toms willingness to help because I had asked a different repair place (which shall remain nameless, but its across the street from CPR) and they refused and said it was company policy that they couldnt do it because they didnt sell me the part. CPR will get my future business. Thanks, Tom!

Ive here a few times and I think the customer service is amazing. The staff was friendly but in particular Tom (a manager?) was a big help. Because of Tom, you will have a return customer.

Called July 29 around noon make sure they had my screen. Was told they did and takes about 2 hrs for repair so I said be right in. Got there they said was Monday there little behind be about 3, hrs no big deal dropped phone off had to work so left phone over night went pick up at noon June 30th got there was told wont be ready now until 6 pm. So something started at 2 hrs now be 13 hrs. Would of brought phone some where else if I wasnt lied too not a happy customer. Update another day gone no phone back now instead of June 30 be July 1 called back still not ready now until 1:30pm July 1 1:30 came and went now they didnt give me a time when phone be ready. No call before closing still havent delivered my phone now going on 4 days.

I was a regular at the Florissant location. After getting my phone fixed a couple times, along with my MacBook & my sons video game system, I had to take my phone in again since my screen wasn’t working. It was the sensors & months later it began to mess up again. Since it was my screen, they gave me a good deal. Last week I noticed my screen was starting to pop out & as the day went on, I wasn’t able to unlock my phone or do anything on it. I drove to my normal shop in Florissant to find out it was closed until they find a new space. So I went to the Creve Coeur location (good thing I knew the area since I couldn’t access maps on my phone) & I was told I had to pay full price. Even though I was getting a new screen put in again since the last one they put in was beginning to pop out. I will no longer go to CPR. I have years experience in retail & customer service. The only good thing about my visit is that they finished after an hour instead of an hour & a half.

I had my iPhone screen replaced here. The replacement screen was much darker than the original and could not be seen at all when wearing polarized sunglasses. The parts they use are cheap and low quality and dont come close to fixing things to Apples standard.

Terrible service. They said it would take 5-10 business days to fix my Galaxy S6 and they didnt order the parts until the 10th business day, and once I finally got it back 19 days and $200 later, it still wasnt functional. I took it back and they held my phone again for two weeks with the excuse of this problem is typical with the Galaxy S6 and we dont know what to do. I took it to someone else and they fixed it over night. I WOULD NOT recommend this business, and I WOULD NOT give them any more of my own business. Do the smart thing and take your device somewhere else.

They charged $45 on the cellphone repair labor cost and did not be able to find the problem. Poor problem identification.Can be able to replace parts for known issues but poor in understanding if problem is not known.

I came into the store at the end of 2016 to get my galaxy s7 and s6 fixed. I spent close to $600 because they had a warranty guarantee that said they would fix the phone if the parts replaced werent working properly. The s7 screen was lifting off and I came back to the store time and time again to fix it. Before I knew it my screen was glitching and jumping around so when I tried to claim the warranty or try to get a refund the owner wanted to keep the labor cost which was pretty much the majority of what I paid. I switched to my s6 and the screen started bleeding not 2 weeks after I started using it. I came back to the store to claim my warranty again and it was the same thing, the new owner didnt want to approve giving me anything back after ripping me off for $600. Keep in mind that there was no further physical damage to the phones after I got it fixed except for what they did. If you are looking to get your phone fixed you will be better off just going to craigslist. This store and the people to run it have committed fraud with me time and time again. I will never use CPR Cell Phone Repair again in my life and wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. The staff member working on my phone was Dyron.They were at a little over 2 stars until they started to spam with a bunch of fake reviews.RESPONSE: The help I was offered with the cost was retracted due to new management less than a day after it was offered. I cant consider this business anything more than a scam that should have been shut down a while ago.

When all was said and done I was taken care of, but the communication between the staff was not at its best and I didnt have a phone for 4 days. Also I thought that I should have gotten a refund for the deposit that I put down strictly for the inconvenience of them not having my device when I was told it would be ready.

I was skeptical about getting the repair done after my iphone 4S front glass cracked but my husband convinced me to use CPR since his employer uses them and that they provide them good service since they are a Fortune 200 company with thousands of phones. However, my experience has been extraordinarily bad. I had a working phone except for a cracked glass. The phone does not work after the glass was replaced and I was told that it was a coincidence. After 3 visits the technician was very defensive, argumentative and dismissive (progressively in that order). I wonder how such a firm stays in business with such customer service.I took it to another place and they checked it and found out that the charging port is damaged during the repair. The port has the mic and that is why the phone doesnt work.I regret having set foot in this business.

Inquired online about repairing my phone,given a price. Went to discuss repair was told it was something else wrong with phone.. Ordered parts for repair and STILL WAITING for store to call and tell me parts have arrived(18 days later). VERY DISATTISFIED with customer service and interaction with employees..

Extremely telling when nearly half the reviews are 1 out of 5.I had an iPad screen replaced, and after a few months of low to medium usage a pressure crack started where you hold the iPad on the left side in the screen, not cracked from the side as a drop or hit would produce. More recently, the HOME button started floating around loose, and finally a small crack occurred around the hole where the button should sit. They advised that their work was guaranteed lifetime, however, they would not honor this warrantee because it was damaged. Basically, they offer a guarantee, but will not honor it even if their shoddy work is the cause of the new damage.Even discussed the issue with the owner, and he quite rude and refused to address my concerns, only repeatedly saying that they guarantee their parts while simultaneously refusing to honor that guarantee for work done earlier this year. First time I have ever reveiwed a company online, their deceitful practice and rude owner were enough that I felt obliged to make others aware of their duplicitous work. This location gives small businesses a bad name, truly shameful. Look elsewhere, even for slightly higher cost, it will be worth it.

Brought in a working ipad with cracked screen. They broke the backlight, took 4 weeks to get the backlight part. They could not fix the backlight which made the device unusable. Still got charged the labor involved in breaking my ipad. Do no use them for anything expensive because if they break it, you still get charged the labor involved and receive a non working device for your money.
