I guess they like to close hours before theyre suppose too. 12:30pm and says they close at 2pm. Waste of time

I took my daughter to get her 1st pair of glasses. Both employees were great I dealt with. Lots of glasses to choose from and only took 3 days to get the glasses in!!

Good prices in frames with a lot of choices. Had a same day exam on New years Eve. Good service. Offers a year of coverage on glasses. I had a broken pair that was replaced within 10 minutes same day.

Zero customer service, called me and told me that my glasses were ready, asked them what time they would be open on Sunday and they said 10am to 3, showed up at 11am, vison center closed. Looked online and it said 12 to 5 waited til 1230 vison center still closed. Called to asked if there was anyone that could help and told me that they called off. Would be nice if they told me that they were going to be closed.

They have a great variety and a convenient location

Usually no problems with the employees. Most are friendly and helpful.

The store is nice and clean, but the subway was dirty and the Hindu people that own it were rude and stingy if you and for any extra they get visibly irritated. Just seemed greedy.

If you enjoy being treated like pure trash, its the best place for you.

The brand new manager doesnt have the balls to deal with customers directly. Made me wait 90 mins and still never manned up to talk to me in person. Sends a 20 something girl to do his dirty work. Disgraceful. Dont shop at this store ... drive to vineland or Hammonton or anywhere!!

Employees are friendly, but its too HOT inside the store specially by the cashiers they need AC or Fans 😔

Cant even give one star...returned a tv that didnt work, assistant manager gave us a hard time took 40 minutes to return it no one knew what they were doing worst service ever, rude and arrogant...
