My grandsons Homecoming was ruined. If it werent for a hat, he would have not attended. An event that could have been a wonderful memorable experience in High School WAS memorable for all the wrong reasons!!

Im a pretty simple mens cut. But the stylist seem to get along well together for some lively banter. Erasing some of that awkward silence while you stare at yourself in the mirror for a bit

Excellent service, nice people. I go here all the time. My color unfortunately doesnt always turn out the way I want it to but such is the hair dying process. Takes some fixing here and there until you get it right!

I had a second hair cut appointment since April of 2021 and both stylists were great. The scheduling is easy: walk-in, overvthe phone or booking on-line.

I schedule an appt. online it stated that it was within minutes of scheduling it . As soon as I arrived they informed me that my appt was about 1.5 hour later, I showed her the email confirming the appt . The lady (Kim) said she was doing a perm if I wanted to wait around which I didn’t if you get the wrong vibe from someone why would you let them trim your hair . If you schedule something online it should be honor. There was no explanation for the mishap . There is no corporate phone number to call.

Kay did an AMAZING job on my hair, I will definitely be back for anything I want done in the future! Initially I thought that they were a little over priced for their services but after I saw the quality of work that their staff provides, I dont think they charged me enough! 5 stars!

Friendly staff in a small salon . Typical haircut with more electric trimmers than actual scissors . Haircut only, not what you would get at a barbershop. Like most of the haircut chains .. expect a decent quick cut. The salon is clean, service was fast, and staff was pleasant. I didnt wait on a Saturday morning which is what I needed as I had a full day planned.

Why do people always cut too much off. I said a trim.... a trim.. I’m just so upset she cut like 5 or 6 inches off I only wanted a little and now I have to wait idk how long because my hair takes way too long to grow. Not going back to a place that won’t listen. Unbelievable. I said a small trim.

I contemplated on even posting a review due to the fact that Olga was so nice to me but my haircut was exactly what I didnt want. I came in with long hair almost down to my belly button and left with the most choppy and blunt layers ever. I told her in advance that Im nervous about getting a haircut as I take my hair very seriously but now I have completely lost all confidence and am forced to wear my hair up or in a braid due to the haircut looking so bad. In front of my face there is just one giant chunk of a blunt cut layer which I absolutely hate looking at and then the layers in the back of my head are so short. Im looking at the reference picture I brought in and it is nothing like I wanted I am so disappointed and there is my lesson learned to getting my haircut because now Im going to wearing a hat for the next year, I wish I could get my money and hair back.

Helped us pick the right color for our hair. We really loved the hues of our hairs without it looking dry. If you are looking for seasoned stylists, this is the place to go.

Disappointed! I always like coming to this place.....Ladies are always nice Olga, Eva, bonnie and others do such a great job when I get my cuts. I especially like Eva, she is awesome!!! Today I was in there I wanted a certain color and walked out with something totally different.....Red chocolate I requested for and got a bright red, even after sharing a pic of the exact color I originally wanted. I walked out with hair dye on my new pants and top on my arm finger and all around the hair line of my head. Not sure what happened. But this lady was new and I never had her before, she was very nice also. But I am just wondering how did I end up with the wrong color on my head???
