This place is seriously a joke!!! I have been coming here for nine years and today was the last straw for me!!! The pharmacy department is one of the rudest people I have ever met… especially Allen if I wanted your attitude I would’ve gone to the DMV today!!! Walgreens wake up please you guys need to do something with your pharmacy department I have gone elsewhere now and giving my money to some other pharmacy. Just plain sad that Walgreens has gotten this bad F++++++ for the pharmacy
People are always friendly who work here. Pharmacy does a great job. Store is always clean. Never a bad experience
Rude!!! Pharmacy technician Allen Was very unprofessional calling for my second shot for my covid he wanted to Catch an attitude for no apparent reason. I will be Definitely be reporting this person and also Walgreens to Illinois department of health.

This is like the fourth time I received refills that I did not order. They said they are on auto refill and they cannot do anything about it. I went a month ago and changed it so I wouldn’t refill on one of my meds that I stopped taking and they still refilled it. So instead of spending 8.00 for my medication my husband came home with a bill for 54.00 and 2 medications that I don’t take. I’m done with this we don’t have money to throw away.

I went online made an appointment to take the Covid test. The closest one I found was today Nov. 7. 3 days after. I follow the instructions they send me online. Arrived there 5 mins. earlier and park by the pharmacy window. After 10 mins. after my appointment time I decide to call to see whats going on and for my surprise they tell me the Store is closed. That I can go next day to do it and also that they dont understand why we make appointments?. Is this a joke???. Not even a text to let me know my appointment was cancel???. And then if we dont need appointment why online says opposite?... We even have to put insurance info online and all symptoms we have.....Horrible customer service....

I agree with previous posts. As pertains to the pharmacy technicians, they are rude and indifferent. They present themselves with very little regard to personal appearance, come across slovenly and do not seem to possess much empathy. The experience with the rest of the staff and the general manager was so very positive but unfortunately a few condescending apples can spoil the whole bunch.

Asked a fat (no offense) manager where eggs were as they were passing by and he said right there as I looked at the coolers. He didnt even look or stop. Asked an employee who told me they were out. Horrible customer service by the manager who just smirked like I was stupid.
The Pharmacy is RIDICULOUS every time i go the the drive through I wait AT LEAST 20mins before being helped! Today I waited 15 mins and then just went inside. Asoon as i walked up to the counter I was helped. What did they do, forget they heard the bell for drive through?! Oh and let me add they helped ONE customer within the time I waited in drive through. are you serious?!
Miss Jessica, a workers in the pharmacy area, has a horrible deal with users, I do not understand how this worker can do this in this situation of the Covid 19, I would like her be sanctioned in some way for this horrible attitude
It is ok, the pharmacy drive thru is slow. Ordering photos is easy but it is slow at pick up & register.

Pharmacy always seems to be slow moving. No matter if you walk inside to the counter or go through the drive-thru I always have to take at least 15 to 20 minutes before I can get a transaction completed and thats with calling ahead and having my prescriptions ready. Seems like some of the people behind the counter dont even want to be there by the way that they give customer service. So much for your favorite Corner Drug Store Walgreens.

Have been using this pharmacy for years...lately they have been super slow. They left me sitting at the pick up window for over 10 minutes with no lines inside, just a person here and there walking up. Finally i buzzed them and they were very short and said theyd be with me in a minute...to continue keeping me waiting another 10 minutes...very poor service and Im extremely disappointed. I use them all the time and this is becoming a regular issue.
