Great place to do business. I had some damage to the passenger side door, fender, and bumper. When they were done you couldnt tell anything had happened. They were professional and constantly kept me in the loop. It was done when they said it would be and the detailing made it look close to new

I just had some cosmetic repairs done to my vehicle. The gang at Lund Collision did a great job! The service was quick & the repairs are incredible!

Wow, what a learning experience this has been. Where to start.....First off they called me after 3 weeks and told me my car was being finished up and just needed and alignment. This was so inaccurate as I finally received my car 3 weeks later! They apologized saying that they were “perfectionist” and that they wanted it to be perfect, so perfect that as I’m writing this review it’s back at the collision center getting the front bumper put back on after I noticed a large gap between it and the car that shouldn’t exist! It must have been all the perfection they poured into it that popped it off. Well at least while it’s here they can finish detailing it after I noticed they didn’t vacuum the entire car out and left it dirty! Next, when my car was towed in there were house keys on my car key, when I picked it up there weren’t anymore. I asked about it and was told they must be in the car. I’ve torn through the entire car after having to put it back together from what looked like it had been rummaged through and no keys! No Lund is saying the AAA tow truck driver that towed it in must have stolen them?? Seems like a lot of finger pointing that comes off so unprofessional. So after a terrible experience I now have to go and change locks and replace keys thanks to my friends at Lund Collision. Folks there are so many choices out there, don’t take the chance that you will have the same experience that I did. It’s terrible having to tell your family that someone right down the road may have taken your house keys and knows where you live. Luckily I have a house alarm.

If you need a place to repair your vehicle that is shop to go to. Jeanine is great to work with, they keep you updated through the process. They work with insurance and rental car services to make the entire process as painless as possible.

The place looks good inside and out. Insurance recommended them however their work was not good. They of course agreed to fix it but 2nd time it still wasnt done correctly. Its aggravating to have to go there so many times only to immediately see the after market parts were clearly not correct 2x and yet they just try to pass it off hoping I didnt notice. They really need to check the quality of the finished product before contacting the customer.

Just picked my car up from Lund and I must say, the thing looks brand new! Not only did they replace the bump to make it perfect, but they also clean the interior and exterior of the car for me. It was a great surprise to come back to after a weekend away for the Holiday. Thank you Lund!

This was by far one of the best experiences I had . I had a brand new 2016 Honda Civic that was in a car accident on New Years Day . My first worst accident ever. I hit a deer and it completely destroyed my car. Bumper, windshield, hood, roof, sunroof . All disintegrated. It was just a horrible look and didnt think it was salvageable but Lund collision proved me wrong. They were very professional and understanding . Jeanine the receptionist was on top of everything . Made me feel comfortable with my situation . She knew my situation was a shitty one but made me feel like it happens to everyone, Im not the only one that shitty things happen to. Lol she of course didnt say that but, definitely made me feel comfortable . Anyhow When I first spoke with her she told me that it will be done in 3 weeks and it was done in exactly 3 weeks . When I came to pick up, Mr Lund gave me a handshake personally and thanked me for my business . Shaking the owners hand with delivered promises makes doing business well worth it .Money well spent. The car was detailed and all. it looked better than when I first bought it at the dealership . Couldnt even tell that an accident ever happened. They delivered with quality and excellent customer service and thats exactly why I recommend them to anyone who needs their car to come back to them in perfect condition . 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ all the way!!!!
