Wow! Just went here for the first time for routine service on my Volvo and Im impressed! I mentioned that I had a rattle in the rear of my car and they found the problem right away. I had been living with the noise for some time and it was driving me crazy! My previous auto repair shop was unable to diagnose it or fix it. I will definitely be a repeat customer based on that alone! But its also a plus that they are professional and trustworthy for a fair price. A+++

I have been going to Motor Cars International for many years now and have always been satisfied with their work. In some instances in the past they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Most recently I have only gone to them for oil changes because I have a newer car that hasnt required repairs. But I know when it does require repairs I have a place I can bring it to for reliable work.

I cant say enough about the service! I bought my car several years ago for a very fair price. I would recommend Avery to anyone looking for a used luxury car. I came to see an Audi A4 they had advertised and it was exactly what I wanted. I needed a more reasonably priced model and wanted a safe car, the manual A4 had a reasonable amount of miles for the age of the car, no past accidents, and the price was below others I had seen advertised. My last Audi had lasted 10 years and had just under 200,000 miles on it, so I knew they could last that long if I purchased one from the right place! Glad I found this dealership, and the buying process was not high pressure.Since buying my car I have taken it for regular maintenance type service. I had my first big repair this past week after having the car for almost 3 years. Since motorcars is a bit of a drive from my home, I first took it to a repair shop in Providence because it felt odd and had a strange noise and I was afraid it was brakes. I wasnt sure I could drive it to Bridgewater. That shops quote seemed a bit excessive. They said my axel was broken( the cost was expensive for the parts- which had to come from the Audi dealership), suspension needed work, and the quote didnt even address the brake issue. They said it probably needed tie bars and full brake job, but the other work would need to be done first. I called Russ at Motorcars and explained what I was told, he fit me in right away. The axel was starting to break, pretty much broken. Probably from hitting one of the many potholes in Providence! ☹️ It needed to be replaced. However, the same work, plus an oil change, rotors, fluids topped off and a fog light replaced was $791.00 less than my first quote. I did not need brake pads or tie bars.Thank you so much Avery and Russ for your honesty! I would recommend this dealer and shop A++ honest and reliable!

The experience I had with this dealership was above and beyond any other. Being a former car salesman myself I know the game and was happily surprised that they dont even bother playing it. Extremely low pressure. Bryce new this was a second car and was not pushy in any way. Professional and courteous the entire time. Even when Bryce was on another call Avery was able to pick up and know what was going on with my purchase and answer questions until Bryce was available. Great teamwork. I would buy from them again in a heart beat, and will direct any friends their way.

Was in the market for a newer car before winter. Was driving by and notice a beautiful Cadillac in the lot. Stopped in and Bryce was such a great help, no pressure sales, very friendly and a great help with explaining all the new tech features it had. After the test drive I was sold! I bought my 2015 Mini Cooper S from Avery at motor cars international, and though every hurdle “mostly due to COVID” Avery took care of me. Also, a couple of little hiccups along the way after the sale where taken care of with absolutely zero excuses or push back. I have worked with a number of dealerships over the years and have grown to expect avoidance and or excuses when issues arrived, and or after the sale was made, but not this dealership! I also got a really good price on the car too. You will not regret working with these folks. If you work with them, they will work with you.

I am not from the MA area and found these guys online and I worked with these guys for a commercial van and was truly impressed with their responses and how they handled some unforeseen problems with the van. They made sure they took care of us and got everything sorted out. If you are looking for a new Car, Truck or Van I would recommend these guy for sure.

Had a problem with my car and had to have it towed by AAA. I live in CT so I was unsure where to have it towed to. The AAA driver recommended that I bring it here because they specialize in foreign cars (my Volvo). I arrived at 7 AM and noticed that they didnt open til 8 AM. Several people were there early, however, and were happy to help me. They were able to get me up and running by 7:45 (before they were technically open) and I was able to get to work just a little late. Overall, I had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area, as I would definitely go back myself.

Honestly my experience here was horrible. The person who was working on my deal disappeared in the middle of my credit check. Sat there for 45 minutes with my dad for a whole different person to tell me to go do my own loan at home. They were was supposedly calling me back about one more bank but I got no phone call. They were really non challant and didn’t seem to care.

Absolute pleasure, Avery handled everything like a respectful Car wizard, if you need a car you have to at least give them a call and visit, they changed my perspective on a car buying experience, the bar has no been raised, there lot and the cars that they are offering are immaculate upright and honest, with very fair price, no haggling here . I just purchased a truck from these guys and every thing was good until I went for my inspection sticker. Before I picked up the truck they said they were going to go through the whole truck and make sure everything was in working order. However, 7 days later, when I went for my sticker they said they were going to put a rejection sticker on it because the e-brake, horn, tail lights didnt work at all it also had a major power steering leak so I just had them fix everything becase at that point I knew Motor Cars International was just going to play games with me there is no way they even looked at the truck before they gave it to me.If you do buy a car from these guys, make sure the car is in perfect condition before you drive off the lot and dont trust them when they say they checked it over - they are liars!

My boyfriend went to this dealership to get a new car. A few months later he had an oil problem and he went back there to get it fixed. They charged him over 1200$ and didnt even replace his oil for an oil related job. Then 3 months later he has another oil related issue and they charge him again stating its a seperate issue than the last time and not only that they made him shovel his car out from snow. Horrible customer service and will definitely not be going back there ever again. My boyfriend still feels there is something wrong with his car and will be going to an actual dealership that will properly fix it.

After months of searching for the car I wanted (BMW 5series) and dealing with countless dealerships. I received a call from Avery at Motorcars International stating that the car I wanted is available because the previous sale didnt go through. So I drove down to Bridgewater and met with Avery and checked out the car. Man I tell you, it was love at first sight (even though the car is the base model 2011 BMW 5series).It has a good amount of miles on it and only had one owner! I was excited like a fat kid in a candy store (I am a fat kid if anyone is wondering LOL). After speaking with Avery and negotiating my trade in (09 BMW 5series) we came to a deal and got it all done. I am happy with my purchase so far and will definitely do business with them again!!!

I brought my 2012 VW Jetta in for service after having problems with my power steering. The service department at Motor Cars took my car in, and it runs awesome now. Everyone was very helpful and explained to me exactly what issues my car was having, and what was causing them. I was expecting a lot more to be wrong with my car and a big bill after calling my local VW dealership, but Motor Cars beat the quote I had gotten and handled the necessary repairs in a very reasonable time frame. Will be back for sure!

I purchased my corvette basically over the phone on ebay. I spoke with Peter mostly great personality good sales person, made me a great deal. In between buying my car I spoke with Dwight they both came off like genuine kind people. Since I live in Texas I had to arrange for my car to be shipped, Peter told me that he would need a day to get it cleaned up, oil and fluid changed etc. I had my car picked up two days later, after Motor cars International received my check and cashed it. I was unable to reach Dwight (The sales Manager) anymore. My car arrived in a covered carrier not exposed to the elements, yet it was filthy(Even the driver notated how dirty the car was upon picking it up) on the outside, the door handles in the inside had oil/grease smears on it from someones nasty hands. I called and left Dwight a message advising of what I was told by Peter and the condition that my car was received in not surprised though to not hear back from him. I took my car to chevy oil had not been changed as a matter of fact it was low by a quart no most of the fluids were in need. I will never refer anyone to this business. I am truly disappointed. Not terrible but not good. I bought a 2010 mercedes from them about a month ago, brakes seemed fine at first but after a week they started squeaking like crazy. Like an unberarble noise. Called them and they claimed theyd replace the breaks while i wait since i live an hour away. I get there and wait an hour and they tell me the brakes dont squeak theres nothing wrong with them, lol, I drove an hour back to them to be told this. Took it back to multiple mechanics and everyones diagnosis was that i needed a new front brake job. 500$ I had to spend, and now the cars getting a tune up which it needed today. This is all true. I buy alot of cars and will never buy from them again.
