Love this store. Thanks for all the help

Terrible customer service. I simply went in just to find out if I was able to get my screen chip fixed, and still be eligible to trade in. I was told I would be helped after the lady ahead of me. Yet he skipped me and helped the gentleman who walked in 5 minutes after me. I sat there for over half an hour waiting to be helped, with a very upset screaming toddler.. Just to finally be told, he can’t help me and I have to go to this website and figure it out on my own.Why I couldn’t have been directed to this website prior, instead of waiting over half an hour. I do not understand.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I walked it and wanted to buy a new phone. I was told I could not pay for it upfront nor the screen protector replacement. I was disappointed but was going to continue with my purchase. The person working asked me what my problem was . I told him I did not have a problem I just wanted to buy a phone, he then continued to tell me that I had a problem. I told him I would leave and walked out. I am appalled that someone would think it is ok to treat customers this way.

I was promised a charger with the expensive new phone I purchased. Got home and found only half of the charger. Went back today and was told I had to pay more for a charger. Wont go there again!!

Dont ever go to this store. Ive never had such bad service. And in my own neighborhood. The store manager was not only disrespectful. first lied to me when I asked if I could get the sim card and set up the service myself and said no, After asking for me to unlock my phone, he proceeds to look through my phone for the settings. I value my privacy and upon informing him that I would prefer he told me he needed to see so I could bring it up myself, he then lashed out at me worst experience

The guy in the store was very helpful and helped me get a good new phone at a price that was within my budget. The problem is he was not practicing social distancing at all. He kept pulling his mask down, and there were no barriers in between us at the table to help with social distancing. After I noted my concern he was very flippant about the whole pandemic.

Extremely knowledgeable rep made everything very easy and pleasing. Very fast also to get two new phones and two additional new phone lines.

The regular guy wasnt there when I visited but the fill in guy worked hard to take care of the customers. We bought two phones that had to be reconfigured and the options explained.He was the only one working and we were there for about 2 hours.My advice is to go in early!

My wife, and I were in the Brigham City, Utah AT&T store, we had to purchase a new phone, we were waited on by a great store tech. his name was, Andrew Truesdell, I needed some help understanding the purchase of a new phone, well he save us over a hundred dollars or more than what we thought we were going to have to pay. We were very impressed with his knowledge. And helped us understand everything we needed to know about the new phone.Thank you Andrew

Holly was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me save money. I have my own business and she shared with me how much more beneficial it would be to have a business account. It took some time and effort especially on her part but ultimately she wanted to do what was best for me! Can’t thank her enough!

Manager came 2 hours after he was supposed to open the store..unbelievable

Terrible store. They scammed us on a Bogo deal in July. Totally lied to our face to get us to Upgrade 2 phones and add a new line. At&t is refusing to do anything to honor the reps words. Oh, and of course the rep no longer works there because he got his commission and bounced. He did this to 1 other person as well. Get everything they say in writing before you agree to anything. Karma will return the favor 10 fold, remember that.

Adam is so awesome. He was so kind when we came in and helped us find what we were looking for!

We had a problem with our lines and we were lucky that Andrew helped us. He did his best and he fixed the problem. Great assistant, thank you Andrew for solving it.

I can’t believe I’ve never been to this store before. Always went to Ogden but I’ll be switching to Adams store from now on. Thanks so much!!!

Very bad service. Ordered phones, received no tracking number, never received phones, was charged the interest on the phones. No help in person because i didnt have a tracking number. Still no clue on what is going on. Called the help number and had no access to talk to a real person, just kept getting sent to recordings. Account number that i was given is not accessible, or does not exist. Leaning towards moving service to Verizon, never had any issues with them.

Worst customer service I have ever received in this store today he didn’t seem to want to help at all and was quite rude. Ended up going to a location in ogden and was able to upgrade my phone there.

The salespeople are just that, I knew more about the truth about each phone than they did. They would say every phone is the best if you would buy it. Thats their job though and the people are very nice though so I cant give any less than 4 stars.

Agent working seemed more worried about getting back to her friend who was in than helping us out. Rolled her eyes each time we asking a question. Decided just to just order online rather than spend more time with someone who doesnt want to help.

They lied to me about the monthly price, then when calling customer service to get the price told to me, Customer service says they cant give me the price I was told at the store. And tell me i have to pay almost 1500 dollars to buy the phones so I can opt out of the contract. Absolutely the worst COMPANY in the world.

PROS: Nice sales people (theyre sales people, its expected). Pricing was okay (didnt beat Amazon/Walmart/others, but it was close and Black Friday so other stores were busy. I was on vacation to the area at the time and decided to support the local store and have the convenience of not waiting until I returned home from vacation.CONS: They added extra services onto the phone/account without discussing them with me and receiving authorization in the store (insurance, mobile protection pack). AT&T reversed it when I called customer service, but its frustrating to have $20 added to my next bill and have to spend time calling customer service to get it reversed. This is exactly why I often shop online and avoid sales people so I can avoid hidden charges like this.

I have loved everyone at ATT here in Brigham especially she Monica. She answers all of my questions even when it shouldn’t be her job!

Not satisfied... Ive been here multiple times with NO issues and this last time left a sour taste in my mouth... this is how you treat a LONG TIME customer???? They had new people in the store (the one admitted hed been there less than a month) that totally shoved me to the side... really??? not HELPFUL! We figured it out by ourselves... thanks for nothing

Worst service Ever!!!! Especially the guy with the heavy accent!!!! They refuse to answer the phone so your call transfers to a generic AT&T customer service. Customer Service can’t help because this location screwed up!!!

Stood and waited for an hour and a half before the guy talked to me, then was told there was nothing different he could do that I couldnt at home. I had called to try to talk, but they dont have a phone.
