Worked with a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales assistant named Charidy. She had the phone I wanted in-stock, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. She looked up discounts and I was able to get a second phone for my wife for free. I am not the most phone savvy person so I appreciated her patience in explaining the functions. Nice to know that customer service is not a lost art.

Longest wait times because there is only 1 person most of the day. We have a business account with 18 lines and they can never find our account and always have to send us somewhere else to buy phones, activate phones or upgrade. When I go to other locations, they find our account easily, and sell us phones without any issues and can service our account just fine. Its only this location that has issues. I understand that 18 lines is confusing sometimes but just to not even try and send us somewhere miles away to service our account is frustrating.

I called ahead to inquire if they had the phone I wanted. Drew answered, confirmed they did, and put one to the side for me. When I arrived he was already ready to go. He answered all my questions, and both he and his associate (Im sorry I forgot your name) made sure I got the most out of my plan. They were very professional and got through the process quickly. Overall great experience. Im very happy with my experience and I highly recommend them.

I had problems with this place about 7 years ago. The workers were too pushy and wouldnt stop even though myself and my partner at the time told them to stop multiple times.But that was all in the past. I am extremely impressed how this business operates now. Complete night and day difference. The workers are super nice, they have helped me beyond belief. I can not recommend this place enough.Thank you to the workers for helping me ever time I need it.I only gave 5 stars because that is all I can give. I would have given them 100.

Where do I start, pushy staff (when they actually acknowledge youre there) always lying about some new great offer that inevitably ends up doubling your bill. Always pushing you to jump when they cant figure out a simple problem (Ive tested them on this and sure enough it cant be fixed you need to upgrade yeah or I could just delete the app causing the issue) they let people who you didnt authorize upgrade their phones on your plan with out notifying you youll just find out on your next bill.I now go to Logans store they are very professional.

Literally just waited in line in the store for over 20 minutes. When your employee who greeted me finally became free he walked right Past me to help a gentleman walking into the store. I really needed help with my phone and to buy some accessories. Ive yet to receive good customer service at this location bit I am seriously considering going back to Sprint I may pay more but at least I got decent customer service. I am very displeased.

David helped us, although unenthusiastically. We walked in and he found out we were trying to merge too lines. He told us that we could do it by dialing some number. I had called the number the week before and they said it would be easier to just come in. The entire time we were the onlynones in the store and he acted like he had something else to do or somewhere else to be. I love tmobile. Would not recommend this location.

Best T-Mobile store Ive ever been to. Josh, the manager, bent over backwards to fix our bogo promotion mess up. Extremely frustrating in the moment when you hear you wont be getting the $900 you were promised. He went to work and fixed it for us. Was very impressed by the ownership he took of the situation. Love this store.

I went into the store with very clear specific instructions. I was getting a new line of service not to be connected to My Husbands account in any way. Even talked to customer service about an overdue bill. Paid for everything same day was not offered the rebates or the promos and they put it on his account anyway. I was unaware until A MSISDN alert to me multiple lines were being connected. I have been hung up on disrespected had numerous HRS of OF MY TIME WASTED. Thought we were finally getting it solved yesterday on the phone with Christopher Lopez in Albuquerque Executive Response Team. NOPE NOT ONLY DID I NOT AGREE WITH AND WAS ASKING WHY THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT DID NOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY I WAS TRANSFERRED MID SENTENCE TRANSFERRED AGAIN TOLD BY THE SUPPOSED CREDIT DEPARTMENT THAT I COULD NOT HAVE MY OWN INFO THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN HUNG UP ON AGAIN

I just went to check what plans they had and I got a bill for $ 250, the woman had sold me a plan without my knowing and I had to go to the store to regularize everything, they fixed the problem but I lost a lot of time
