Ricky and the crew are awesome at this location! Very knowledgeable, fast service, answered all the questions I had about buying a new device! Visit this store instead of going online when buying a new phone or setting up a new account! Much better experience.

Awful customer service. One employee took a cash payment for my phone bill and I spent a MONTH trying to get it figured out because they shut my service off saying I “never paid” when I psychically went into the store. Not only that but I will call the store and no one will answer the phones. I leave a voicemail, nobody ever calls me back. This month they put an extra charge on my phone bill but with no reasoning on the bill like every other charge. Nothing on my end has changed so my phone bill shouldn’t be going up. But once again I’ll have to pay the extra charge to keep my service on so I can fight with them once again about my phone bill. Kind of hard to do that when they won’t answer their phones though. This store is AWFUL. Go somewhere else if you want to get AT&T this store does not have their stuff together AT ALL

Even though I specifically said I dont want insurance or extra products. They added them to my monthly, very smooth. You dont actually see the numbers when they have you sign. Pay attention. All they want is commission.

Walked in at 10:20am. One employee in store (Brandon Leba store manager). Waited 1hr and 18min for him to even acknowledge I was here (still in the store) or even ask what was I in for. Walked by me 4 times and didn’t even make eye contact. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 other customers walked in and were given 0 acknowledgement. 2 of them ended up leaving the store. Seems like it is impossible to multitask and provide any customer service. BTW, I only needed to turn in my older phones.

I had a great visit at the Prairie CENTER AT&T Store Thursday morning. The representative was awesome. I dont think I could have been helped any better! He helped me purchase a new phone, transfer my information from my old phone, set up my on line acct and figure out the best plan for me. Great experience!

I was at the Prairie Center store in Brighton Colorado yesterday and had a problem with an IPhone. It was shipped out of state for Christmas and was not working. Brandon took 2 hours conversing with Apple to fix my problem, which he did. Customer service doesn’t get better than this!!!! Brandon I applaud you, thank you sir.

After overhearing a few of the other employees interact with customers as well, they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and do what’s right for the customer. I wish I could give them a zero- every time I’ve gone in they have screwed something up major. This time resulting in costing my $750 because the added a line instead of changing a number and then in turn cancelled the line which cancelled my promotion. I’ve tried talking to the manager but he “hides” in the back room instead of addressing the issue. Customer service won’t fix the problem since the store caused it. I’ll be changing companies.

This new location is great. There was not an At&t retailer near by, so I am happy there is one now. They just got a new staff it looks like. Their staff is super friendly, and always able to help you. They are very well informative. They have a lot of phones to offer, and know what theyre talking about. I enjoy their customer service!

I have had at&t for the past seven years, and have always walked in and been helped even when they are extremely busy. It was my second time in the Brighton store and being honest, I had better customer service from an employee (Ashley )than the Manger Will. Jimmy took of my screen protector and didnt know how to, so then he decided to blame the customer, myself, so the manager wouldnt be upset (Jimmy did state he had only been working for 2 weeks and didnt have much experience. It is unfortunate that those employees have such a un called leader as a Manager. The Manger finally got up from the table when I stated I wanted the owners or Direct Mangers contact information and him being a manger response was your really going to make this escalate for a screen protector. You can tell their is no role of management customer service. Absolutely a 0 star store for me and my family and fellow co workers. I really hope as a owner of a local business this is taken care of.

I had a very bad experience with this store. The staff is not familiar with their own pricing structure. They have a terrible selection of phones to try, and they are incapable of canceling lines if and/or when you discover that you have been mislead.Also, they dont even have the courtesy to say they will be right with you if they are helping someone else. You could stand there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.Go to the store at the Flatirons Mall, it is 30 minutes away, but it is a real AT&T store and they have all of the models on and ready to be tested. They are also familiar with the pricing structure, and you will be greeted right away.

Brandon and Will know there stuff and cheer you up even after having a bad day. Thanks guys! Sorry about to bad review earlier. I should take a deep breath before I react.

Staff here is usually unkept and not very knowledgeable. I was encouraged by the staff to switch from At&t as they themselves used a different network. I have since switched to another carrier.

Was tired of Sprint and Comcast. So I switched and got an amazing deal on Directv and buy one get on free on my iPhones! My kids love their new tablets too!!!!

Went to return Directv equipment. The equipment is clearly being demonstrated there but the staff wouldnt take back the equipment. They are poor at customer service.

I went into this store to get 2 phones, After being approved for the phones and ready to go, the guy tells me again he wants me to give him my current phone, I said no and he told me that I cant take the ones home I was approved for because suddenly they were sold out in the entire state and I had to go to Idaho in order to get one. WOW, I just dont know what to say, I am still shocked. Talk about loosing business, thank god I dont work for undercover boss!!!

Employees are mental I bet they sit behind the store and kick baby puppies. I have never been treated so bad in my life, I had a simple question and have been a AT&T customer for 5 years after a visit to this store i drove right to t-moble and dropped AT&T.

I went there this afternoon thinking to get a family plan, being there 20 minutes, nobody said hi, not even noticed me. Theres only one person in service. I left without saying a word, and swear lll never go there again.

Friendly staff but as for coverage for AT&T, does not so good in Brighton sadly. Switched to T-Mobile for that reason.

We were told by one employee, Ashley, that we could add a third line to our account and wed only have to pay taxes for the phone. Went in tonight to add the third line and were told by another employee, Jon, that we have to pay a $200 down payment as well as taxes. Really irritating.
