Today we went to get a new phone for our son Manuel Helped us out today he was great. Im so glad he was working today he helped us find the best deal for our sons phone. My son was so happy with his new phone So he ask to give Manuel a great review 👍. We need more people like Manuel working in costumer service.

Buyer BEWARE!! We purchased a phone and it was not working and they would NOT allow us to return it with the receipt and was within the 7 day return policy!!! Cricket wireless was a great company until this and I was with them for over 12 years! Sad but I believe in a company with integrity Please BEWARE of Cricket in Brighton CO on Kuner Street!!!

Always have a good experience here. Even today when my wife and I went in to purchase a new phone. Monse helped us this time and she was very helpful and professional. There was a customer behind us who was being rude because our phone was being set up and she was in a big hurry but Monse kept her composure and stayed professional as could be. Told her we appreciated her time and not to worry about people like that. She definitely puts a good vibe to this location. Thanks for the awesome service.

OMG Manny has been there with me since I switched from Verizon 3 years ago. Because of him, Ive been coming back to this location specifically all the way from Kingsburg! 8 of my close relatives have switched to Cricket because of him! Give this man a raise

Went to purchase 3 new phones. We were thrilled to see the one we wanted had a sale tag. When we asked for 3 we were told the price had changed that morning and was now full price. Treated poorly here and nothing said about making up for the inconvenience. After going to another store we found out the price change was a month ago. Bad customer service!!!

A nightmare. Worst store ever. They sold my wife a broken cell phone and refuse to replace for a new one. The ticket says we haven the right to get a new one with seven days but they didn’t not want to help us with that. Some of the sales associate are so disrespectful. We had to contact the regional manager who refused to replace our cell phone. She didn’t not answer the phone after our first conversation, neither responded when sales associates tried to call her. After 5 days of fights and phone calls they replace our cell phone. Stay away from this store.

Kind of disappointed in the service at this location I had to walk out after 1 hour of unnecessary waiting and come back the next day

I wouldnt even give this store one star 🌟 every time I go in here they never ever have what I need for any of my phones. All the girls say is I can take your name and number and call you once we get the said merchandise in. its got to the point my family and I literally drive across town to another Cricket Store to get what we need. We stay away from any of the stores that theyre affiliated with due to the lack of Customer service as well, this one in Brighton, Fort Lupton & Greeley. Which is sad, you would think you would want you staff to build your company with customers instead of chasing them away. Coming from someone who has 20+ years of Customer Services experience you need to check your inventory regularly, make sure the people you have working for you know how to build rapport, have sympathy, listen to get to the bottom of the customers problem (troublshoot) and if your workers say they are going to call someone with information or when you get the merchandise in they should do just that.
