I scheduled an appointment didnt hear from him. Showed up for the appointment he was closed. Requested a quote got no response. So the business is never open and he dose not respond to any form of contact. How unlike all the other reviews?!! Odd!!!

Eddie was fantastic to work with. I was in town visiting, and my phone shattered. We were heading to the mountains for the weekend. I called Eddie, he got me in immediately. 30 minutes later it was fixed. That itself was amazing. A few weeks went by, and the screen ended up being faulty (manufacturing defect). I called Eddie, shipped him my phone, and received it back very quickly considering the timing of everything. Extremely responsive, will definitely ship him my phone again if needed. Thanks Eddie!

Eddie was very responsive and helpful. My iPad screen broke and Eddie was very transparent in explaining that there was an issue with the 1st replacement screen and that it would take more time for a new screen to come in. When I picked up the iPad, we took it home and my son pressed the home screen button too hard and it slipped. I brought it back to Eddie to fix the next day (close to closing time) and he stayed late at his shop and met me closer to my house to give me the fixed iPad that same day. It makes me happy to support local businesses that provide exceptional service!

I took my phone and my phone wasn’t working after they told me they would change the screen too my old one and then they did but they still took 25 dollars I would not recommend you going cause your phone will glitch and not let you record

We called the night before and let them know we would be in the next morning. I arrived at 10am and waited 30 minutes- they never showed up. I called and never received a call back. Apparently they are known for showing up at their convenience and not during the hours posted. Turned out to be a blessing though. I ended up going to Wireless Solution on Main and they fixed our phone in about 20 minutes and I saved $40!

I took my shattered phone in and he fixed it in 20 minutes! It was super simple and they provide excellent customer service. Plus, they guarantee their work for 30 days. So if the toddler (yup) drops my phone again (yup!) I can go in and get it fixed again at no cost.

I have been to this store on 2 different occasions for 2 different reasons and both times the service was great. The work was done in the same day, and the owner explained what the problem was and how long it takes to fix it and what it would cost. The fees are very reasonable. On my most recent visit, I had taken a tablet in for repairs. Rather than charge me, I was told that that the problems would cost more than the tablet was worth. I decided to not have the work completed and I wasnt charged anything. Brighton is home to me and I love that I can support a local business and Eddie has been nothing but pleasant to work with.

I have a iPhone 7 and needed my screen to be fixed! I shopped around quite a few places I didnt realize how expensive it is to fix a screen on a phone! This is more of a question than a review, I recently got my iphone 6 screen replaced about a week and a half ago and now it wont turn back on. The phone randomly shut off, I tried to restart it but it wont respond and it wont respond to a charger or itunes. Do you think you could help?

I like to keep my business local if possible but this establishment makes it hard to do so. I stopped by this business at about 10:00 am last Saturday 8/ 23/14 and they were not open, I checked the website and found the hours to be 11:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays. My bad.I returned today 8/30/14 at 11:15am and found it closed again. I attempted to call them and the number posted on this site is a fax number.There are no hours of business posted so I guess it is whenever the owner decides they want to be open.I will not make a third attempt to do business at this establishment.
