Always a pleasant experience. Today bought some kids work gloves. Got home, started putting the gloves on my son and they were both for the left hand. The exchange for new gloves was very easy and the staff members who helped me were extremely cooperative and gracious.

Saw all the negative reviews and thought I would write about my experiences. Great people for the most part after al we are all human and cant please everyone.i had my bad days as I didnt get the knowledge that I needed at the time and as far as the masks go, big thumbs up. I like a store that leaves it to the people and not a Dr of politics to make you obey.after all it still is The Land Of The Free.

Its a great farm and ranch store

Upon walking in the store we were greeted nicely by one of the cashiers which was nice, but from there on the customer experience declined rapidly. Being the only Stihl dealer in the Northeast area Bomgaars did not have a good selection of Stihl products overall and did not have a good selection of chainsaws for which we went there for. I searched for an Associate as none seemed to be around where we were and finally found one stalking an isle. She seemed very put out by having to help us and knew nothing of which we asked. She finally pawned us off to another Associate who seemed just as confused on inventory. He asked another Associate if one of the chainsaws in the back was going to be available for sale. Both associates walked in the back never to be seen again. We left the store without making a purchase.

Best place around in Brighton. Finally, a place with common sense! Freedom reigns here, and I will always keep coming back. Always get the help when I need it and am always asked if I found everything I needed, which is a yes. Highly recommend.**Note for all of the negative reviews:If youre afraid of going out in public, just stay home. Your fear doesnt supersede our freedom. Read up on the numbers: covid isnt that big of a deal and more people die of the flu. Bunch of afraid, little whiners ... stay home and maskerbate to your compliance.

Absolutely frustrating!!!! I went to get a scooper for my yard they had the rake but not the bucket I asked about it and the lady tells me three times Ive gone there come back this afternoon we will have a shipment coming in on three different days Im pretty sure you dont get a shipment in everyday. Bad customer service just super depressing shopping there.

Customer service was good, there was a few after Christmas items for bargain, but they did not have a DeWalt planer that I was there to get. Hopefully they will get their inventory up to Snuff. Overall it was quite an enjoyable shopping experience.

Try to keep Faith in this store but they dont carry staple guns or staples, after to speaking to 4 different employees they all assured me they had them but didnt know where they were.No help in finding them, Try the handtool aisle or a few aisles that way.A hardware store that doesnt carry staples, this is why we have two Home Depots within 10 minutes.Going here for supplies is becoming a waste of time.

This store is literally the worst in Brighton they don’t practice safety for the customers health with this Covid. Would avoid if you want to be safe, very rude customer service. Employees talk down to you like they know everything when they don’t even know what’s in there store. They’ll tell you they have things and they don’t have it or they tell you they don’t have it and they do. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Say they get shipments everyday yet they never get the things I need shipped to there store yet everytime I called they said they would get it shipped in today. Poor customer service. Its a great store, great service. They offer a 10%discount for military. Just they take it off one item. They refunded me the difference. Then I made more purchases and they too 10% off one item again. Some they do at check out isnt taking 10% off the total bill.

Dont go in unless it is necessary. Most of the customers dont wear masks and there is no social distancing reinforcement. If you live with loved ones with health issues this is not the store to go into. Sorry but shoppers should be be protected!

Had to wait quite a while to get a key cut and then they didnt have the key blank that I needed. They had baby chicks. I told them that the basement n that was marked Rhode Island Reds where not Rhode Island Reds. The gal cleaning the bins didnt seem to care. Had to go elsewhere to get a key cut. Very disappointed.

I love going into this country store. From snacks to ammunition, clothes to horse harnesses, garden supplies to fishing supplies, this store has it all auto supplies to light bulbs....I could go on and on. Also, very fairly priced.

Always great staff! Helpful, friendly, never make you feel like you are interrupting or a bother. I would rather shop at Bomgaars than most other places in Brighton.

Wheelchair accessibility in the store is non existent. Most aisles are too narrow for a wheelchair, especially with their end caps and piles of merchandise in the aisles.Their mens bathroom has a broken door with a note reminding customers to manually close it. This is also tough for the disabled.Their staff is considerably under trained and most seem to dislike their job. I have never left the store feeling like I had good customer service. In fact, I feel lucky to get through the checkout line without being held up by mistakes made by the cashier.This is not a one time thing, Ive been shopping here on a monthly basis for over 4 years. If it wasnt for their affordable prices, I would never patronize this store.

If youre old, like me, and sometimes get lost, this is the best place to be lost inside.

Place has really good selection, especially on toys. Dont go in if you have a backpack (Mine is from when I graduated from HS 15 years ago. Its used as a purse/diaper bag). If you do, they insist on keeping it. I dont know how many times Ive gone in and never had an issue with it but suddenly its company policy.

Most anything in the way of hardware is available here.

Asked a lady if they had Isypropyl alcohol, She quickly replied no, I walk by a gallon jug of isypropyl alcohol, Apparently being lazy is a higherpriority than customer service. I won’t be shopping there ever again.

Prices are a little high but..... If it takes you 10 more minutes to go to Home Depot, and stand in line then the cost of your time is worth the fuel, and your time.The have a really large selection of Dewalt tool, and power equipment. I am an Electrical Contractor and was totally impress with the large selection.Overall a pretty good place for my first time today.

A great local farm supply store with almost anything for the farm or yard. I ship here frequently for grass seed, fertilizer, and other landscaping items. Bring the kids and theyll get to see the baby chicks!

Asked for help they didnt check asked for a discount after and they offered $2 off from at $37 shirt😑. I believe it was just the lady having a bad day. Staff was very rude. Was first time in store and was very excited and interested and was treated like I was not welcome. They can take their lame store and shove it. I would be happy to spend my money elsewhere.
