Managers here dont pay employees on time or care to make sure they get the issues fixed so they get their needs meet just like everyone else... Needs better communication from the whole stores staff to bring up the place

I know you shouldnt expect much anymore however when the manager is confused? Wow

Well if you read my reviews you will see the majority arent too good to me, so when a place is pretty good, I definitely want to say.A good review from me is REALLY GOOD.I just tell it like it happens.Theyre pretty good here. They have kept themselves stocked well with the virus too.I was comfortable with them. They were polite and decent. Prices are fair

Good customer service. Only complaint is its super hot inside of the store and wearing a mask is mandatory. Not upset about the mask but the heat makes it harder to breath.

I went in to the store to get a few things today..It was 98 degrees outside so very hot.The front doors of the store were propped open as I walked in I realized the air conditioning was not working as it was about a 110 degrees in the store.I had to cut it short on the shopping because of how hot it was.When I checked out I ask the employee about the air conditioning not working.I was told it went out 70 days ago and the company still hasnt got it repaired.I felt so sorry for the employees..I cant believe a company like Family Dollar could let this go on this long.Just wanted to say Im sorry to the employees of this store could be treated this way by Family Dollar..It dont ask much about Family Dollar.. Family Dollar get your a grip on it!!!

I always go here and buy things,but after today I dont think that I want to anymore. The two blonde ladies that were in the store today were very rude and disrespectful to their costumers. There was a trans women that was inside the store,and they had the nerve to sit there and make fun of her as she was checking out and using the wrong terms. (Using he instead of she). After the lady left feeling embarrassed,they continue to talk down on this women. You dont treat your costumers like that, regardless if you are against something or not.

This place is horrible. Same with the customer service. Awful. Avoid at all cost. Unless you like mispriced items and expired food and store clerks that wont make things right. Like byselling things for the price on the shelves. Ill spend my money elsewhere and so should you. Skanky store with Skanky and cranky workers. Pass.

The shelves were half full half empty and the employee was smoking right out front of the store

Disgusting restrooms, when gave us our order of chicken strips and nuggets were hard as if they gave us ones that have been out for days and cold!! Will not ever eat here again nor recommend it

I cant believe this company makes them work in 100 degree heat with 1 dollar store fan. Then I bought snack for my kids party and all the chocolate was a melted together mess.

The girl at the check out with multi colored hair kept laughing at me while checking out and I have no idea why, other than that it was fine

Family dollar should be ashamed of themselves. Its over 100 degrees in the store even all the candy is melted. The workers say the air has been broken for months! I cant believe they are working in those conditions!

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had. The store is always filthy, rat droppings everywhere and their air conditioner has been broken for the past few weeks and the store thermometer recorded 100°. Its not worth the time or money

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!! *there wasnt air conditioning a month ago either when I visited* Im not sure what has happened but I cant begin to understand why is there no air conditioning and why is it not fixed? I called and they said the store was getting it fixed last month and these poor workers are working in the worst conditions. I am very disappointed in this place of business.
