The customer service was excellent, but this is a very limited shop. Many of their brands are not here likely due to the size of the store. If you’re looking for something specific go to a stand alone store.

The customer service was outstanding both times. I visited on 2 separate dates within a week and was greeted by different pairs of ladies each time. They were all very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Thank you!

I recently went in for the first time to this Sephora, I liked how one of the consultants was helping me out since I got there but she gave me the wrong foundation color and when I went back in to exchange it two days later there was one consultant only she has short black hair and she was really rude, you could tell she didnt want to help and didnt know what to answer when I would ask her something. I felt really uncomfortable and that will DEFINITELY be the last time I ever go there. I feel like half of them dont know anything about helping someone find their color or about make up.

Went into the store to buy a few products I wasn’t sure about. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store any question I had was answered. I felt bad asking so many questions about stuff I didn’t know but the team members made me feel great! I left this store with confidence in what I was buying and will continue to come back!

Came in to try some new foundations, the associate, MaryJane, was absolutely wonderful. Tested half a dozen products on me, very knowledgeable, and super patient. Will definitely be back because of her!

These ladies are excellent help and brilliant artists. If you need makeup come here! :)

The girl with the badly done blonde highlights and long hair and short in stature is one of the rudest employees Ive encountered at this Sephora. I went in on Aug. 20th I would not recommend this location to friends and family.

I had a horrible expierence today at this Sephora. I spent 15 minutes trying to get somebody to help me find my shade in an eyebrow pencil. Nobody would help me, however when a lady came in looking for a glueten free foundation EVERY single employee ran to her side to help her. I then said hey I have spent the last 15 minutes looking for somebody to help me when ANNA replied boo, you havent even been in the store 15 minutes. Like umm what? Dont call me boo and dont give me an attitude. Then the other employee that was working whispered to ANNA,Thats the girl that is always f***ing in here. Like?? Yeah Im in there quite often but I ALWAYS buy something and then to top it off I had a birthday gift, and I was supposed to be able to pick from two different ones however I was not the lady working there just threw one in my bag and hurried me out the door

I have had mostly good experiences. However one time when I went in I was very hurt that everyone continued to stare at me andwhen I asked one of the male employees he stated that I wasnt the normal size and that it was funny when larger guests came in because you cant cover cellulite. Since that one visit I have had nothing but good experiences.

Worst customer service. I rather go to Westminster Sephora to shop.
