Colby has been beyond helpful. He got me a great price on an upgraded plan and new hardware. No offense to anyone else, but thats who I intend to handle all of my verizon business with. Verizon if you read this, give the man a raise!

Colby was very thorough…helped us get our bill down by almost 50 bucks. He was honest and let us know that we were being charged for more than we should have been and we were all (4 of us on the plan) on plans that we did not need. He h as great customer service skills!!! Definitely recommend him if y’all go to Verizon

Understaffed. Also I was sold a liquid screen cover that I was told is as good as the plastic type I intended to buy. After purchase and as it was being applied I was told it only was good for 8-12 weeks because the entire bottle is used to get started. Then buy another bottle that should last another year or two. That’s double the expense only if the second tiny bottle has enough for 5 to 10 applications. Bristol was my go to store. No more

My boyfriend and I were due for phone upgrades so decided to venture on in to Wireless Zone in Bristol. Chris welcomed us in and started helping us right away. Chris was great, he answered any and all questions we had about phone plans/upgrades and helped us make the most cost effective decision for our phone needs. I would definitely refer any friends and family to this Wireless Zone retailer. We had two upgraded working phones in less than 2 hours!!

I went to this location late on a Friday night a few weeks ago. My phone had just died and I needed a new one by the morning for work etc. I got there at 7pm and they were closing at 8pm. Josh and John were the most helpful, patient, and kind people I’ve ever met in a Verizon location!! They stayed until 10:30 with me to ensure I got a new phone (an amazing deal) and took soooo much time to get my broken phone to transfer all of my contacts, phone info and thousands of photos ( sorry guys haha). They really went above and beyond for me!!! I would highly recommend going in this location, and I never write reviews but this time I had too! Thanks again and I will definitely only be going back here!!

Understaffed, went in Monday to upgrade and after a 45 min wait was told Id need to replace screen. No problem go to the place they sent me (20 mins away) just to be told its past the time that they accept Verizon phones. Go back the next day to get it taken care of and now told its a 4 hour fix ( was originally told it was 30 mins) so three trips later thats fixed. Then Wednesday when I was supposed to pick up the new phone I get a call rescheduling me till Thursday at 11:30 so I go in Thursday just to be told that the employee isnt there and neither is my new phone. I wish I could rate this place zero starts because they are light-years away from earning 1 star.

The associates are rude and unprofessional. I went in to save some time instead of reading up on my questions online and was bullied in the store. I was told I have to upgrade my plan to the new platinum plan in order to upgrade my cell phone to the new model. When asked why, and whats the difference I was told that one is platinum and mine isnt so I have to upgrade. Digging more into why I have to upgrade it, and after 5 minutes of being screamed at by the employee that I HAVE TO UPGRADE without any explanation on why, I finally learned that the platinum also includes the 5G which is required for the 5G phones.I didnt make any purchases and went online to do the research myself, as I would recommend everyone to do so before entering the store and being mistreated and forced to purchase unnecessary things without explanations on why theyre important or the value they provide.Long story short after doing my research on verizon.com and upgrading my phone on the websites I was able to keep my old, non-platinum plan, and purchase the cell-phone I intended to purchase in the first place for an even better price than offered in the store with the current online promotions.

Joe is the BEST! We had a little issue with on the other associates continuously forgetting to order an item we wanted. I even called on the day he said it needed to be ordered, to remind him, and he still did not order it. When we called today Joe was so helpful! He was understanding and empathetic, despite not having been the one we spoke to. He was able to find the item we wanted and we were able to get it same day. He set the entire thing up for us and now we have a beautiful Apple Watch! I highly recommend this Verizon Store, but I would request to work with Joe. He’s worth the wait!

Josh had a professional attitude, he knows his stuff is very knowledgeable on products, Went to the Avon Verizon and they refused to help me with my new phone all they did was hand me the tech support number, Came into Josh and he happily transferred all my data and showed me how to use everything on my new phone, will come back here, highly recommend.

Was having huge issues with my iPhone so I went to trade it in. I’ve been having issues for months and was ready to leave Verizon. I was completely shocked on the customer service I received from The new store manager Eric and sales rep Tyler. They got me a great deal on an 11 pro and also made sure all my bill issues got taken care of.Eric was great and provided amazing customer service had great info and made sure that everything was taken care of uploaded all my info into my new info and even showed me the new futures on there.Customer service is so hard to come by and most managers don’t care but he went above and beyond to make sure I stayed with Verizon I couldn’t be happier with my new phone and the customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a VerizonThanks again Eric and Tyler for showing me customer service does exist I’ll be back soon :)

Obnoxious sales staff. Dealt with a fast talking saleswoman who was more concerned about pushing tablets and smart watches than helping me buy a new phone. Also had a salesman chime in on our conversation with his obnoxious opinion that I should just buy the more expensive phone because it was only $15 more a month, when I told him I was trying to get a cheaper model. This store use to have more professional and helpful sales staff, not anymore.

I was going to share my great experiences at this store when I noticed a few one star reviews. I have to speak up and say that is impossible. I have shopped here for over 5 years and I see how well they take care of their customers. They bend over backwards for them. Every visit I see how they treat they go above and beyond and I have never seen them disappoint. My friends, family, and colleagues say the same. 5 stars! If you left a one star review because the wait is long thats because of their service. Traffic means they do the right thing! And if their system makes a mistake its not theirs its Verizons. These guys are locally owned and care more about customer service than Verizon themselves at times. So before you leave a poor review, look in the mirror.

We had a great experience here today. Although the store was busy, all the guys working there made sure everyone was greeted while they were waiting. Karl did an awesome job helping us split off our parents accounts, and set up our own (long overdue!) The process was easy, and Karl took the time to review our different options for phones and plans. We left with 2 brand new IPhone XS’s and couldn’t be happier! Also- we opted to get the liquid glass screen protector. Something everyone should check out. I highly recommend Karl for helping with your cellphone needs!

He also hooked us up with an awesome promo deal to get a FREE tablet, when just a few weeks before at the Waterbury store, we were told the tablet was $150 as a promotion. We were very thankful for his courtesy and kindness. We wont go to ANY other store.

Ive been dealing with the staff at this location for over two years. They are informative, courteous and have always helped us out whenever we needed to add something or take something off of our account. I highly recommend this store. They always have the latest tech and you wont get better customer service anywhere else.
