Approximately 22 years ago David Lyons helped us decorate our dream house. He was awesome but he unfortunately has since passed away. He advised us to write down the formula for the paint we had on the walls. Did we? No. For the past six weeks we have been trying to duplicate that color to use in our downsized dream house but were having no success. A dear friend recommended going to FC and talk to Mary Beth because she had worked with David. Miracle of miracles she knew exactly what we needed and was most helpful. This is the best paint I have ever used! I have been remodeling my house, & this paint is the only paint I have used. I have used it on my walls, on the cabinets, on my brick, on my shutters, etc. It is absolutely WONDERFUL! So smooth & easy to use, as well as easy to wipe clean. I will never use another paint. Mary Beth is so good at her job! She gives great advice on paint colors, brushes, roller, etc. She told me about the color Allison Lace and everyone who enters our home absolutely loves it. I am currently repainting a bath cabinet and in a color she recommended and loving it!Farrell Calhoun paint is great and priced right. You would never want to go to a warehouse and buy paint, at Farrell Calhoun you get expert advice and paint at a price comparable to the warehouse stores.

Mary Beth Collins manager is great. Shes always got a smile on her face and ready to help anyway she can. The paint is wonderful goes on smooth and in some cases only takes 1 coat.

If I could give a 0 I would . The paint is a good product but Mary Beth told us numerous times we didnt need a primer for our metal roof because the paint was a metal to metal paint. Of course we questioned her and our painter heard the conversation. We thought better of it but shes the paint expert . We purchased the paint without the primer and of course it came off. Called them and they sent a rep to come look. Well of course its our fault . He said he only met us yesterday and has known Mary Beth for years. Which he pretty much called us a lier. Which was not appreciated! If we hadnt ask questions it would have been different. Another paint store said we needed a primer so called you back and you said our old paint would require a primer but the new one does not. We were excited to save the extra money . This was not a small purchase. Were taking over $1000.00. plus paying a painter which was not cheap either. We Mary Beth I really hope you can live with your decision to call us a lier also your rep who pretty much said we were lying. Hope you bothget to sleep good tonight and every night. We will not be recommending your company.We will be contacting the main office.Paint was used at the Polished Diamond in Abingdon with Double R Construction as the contractor.
