The Bristol, Tennessee Sherwin Williams store I visited in June 2021 was a great experience.Upon entering I was quickly greeted by a very pleasant young man who was of great service to me. He welcomed me with a big smile and asked if he could help me with my purchase. I had several questions about the product I was looking for and he quickly answered them all. Next he took me over to the product and assisted me at the counter. He offered me discounts that I did not even know were active and they added up to a nice price break. He even offered to carry my purchase out to my car after the transaction was finished.My early morning visit to this store was a wonderful way to start my day.

I have been working with this store for several weeks now and want to acknowledge Ashkey and Tara for going out of their way to help me with paint decisions and choices. They were patient, kind, and very professional. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

Great service knowledgeable staff and the best products

Extremely knowledgeable about paint types and products to use. As a cancer patient they help to select paint with little odor and great one time coverage. They also carried product out to my car which I greatly appreciated.

The employees are great. They greet everyone that comes in and makes sure that they provide you with the best care. They go beyond 100%. Very inviting and they are very knowledgeable about their products. They will answer any questions that you have concerning their products.
