I visited this store a week and a half ago. I ported 3 lines including 2 iPhones from AT&T. The process took some time but store associate Darnell was patient and took care of me. He even chatted up my dad who is a lot. LOL. I was able to receive $900 in rebates and 2 free phones thanks to Darnell working to get me the best offer.

Shal ordered me a watch and I got it the same day. Very satisfied with the staff in this store! Also the Staff is very nice and cant get any better than the other stores I have gone too.

In went into the store very very upset because I had damage my LCD screen on my note 10 plus . I had insurance on it and tried to call my insurance on my own without any luck of talking to anyone . I sat down with this amazing person Saj. I explained to her what was going on and how I had no luck with the insurance company. She said hang on give me your phone. She called them for me and brought my anxiety level from 100 to zero.. she got in contact with a person for me and the insurance person wanted me to buy more insurance for my home. Saj saw me getting frustrated again she said give me the phone she basically said in the most professional manner my customer doesnt want Xtra insurance all she wants is a new phone . She handled the whole situation for me and by the end of my visit I was so relieved that I had the most fantastic person waiting on me.. Thank you Saj I really hope your company acknowledge you and appreciate the wonderful ethics you had in making me feel so comfortable!!!

We first tried to work with a rep online. After 3 hr and realizing that our account was in ruins and we were charge fees on our credit card, we decided to go in person to have our account fixed. We met Saj and she was incredible. She took the time to help us view multiple options. Through her amazing perseverance, Saj was able to restore our account, add a new phone line, AND SAVE US A HUGE amount of money on our monthly bill. Phone plan are hard enough to navigate around but dont do it alone. Go to see Saj at the Westgate location in Brockton, MA. She can work miracles! Thanks, Saj for all your help!

The manager, Josh McMillan, is possibly the most helpful person Ive ever encountered in all the years of going to Verizon and other phone locations. He was patient, helpful, and willing to explain everything so we could get exactly what we needed (and nothing we didnt want or need). He helped my husband and I to get new iPhones and we were so impressed with his customer service that I brought my elderly mother in to get her new iPhone. I appreciate being able to trust the salesperson. I think Joshs management has influenced others; I observed other staff being very courteous and helpful to customers as well. I highly recommend this location!

Wow what a great experience. I actually was a little skeptical beacuse of my experience at another store, down the street. Right off the back i had a warm welcome by the store Manager Josh. I love that they practice social distancing for our safety. I ended up getting the new Samsung watch and the note 20

Had a broken phone and needed a replacement, so I ordered and paid for in-store pickup at this location. Didn’t hear anything back for a day and a half, so I decided to call the store to check the status. The girl I spoke to knew about the order and that phone wasn’t in stock. I understand that it’s not their fault the system let me order a phone they didn’t have. The problem is, they clearly knew they couldn’t complete my order, but didn’t care enough to communicate that with me or Verizon.

Went to the Verizon Wireless store in Westgate Mall, August 16th at 11 AM, because phone stopped working. Young man took it in back and said he would try and reset it. When he came back he said it wouldnt work and I would need a new phone and plan. I decided to get a second opinion and went to the store in Avon, where the young man reset it in one minute and said it was fine. Going to Avon saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them and warn people to avoid the Westgate branch.

After having an negative experience at the East Bridgewater Verizon I went with my family to upgrade a phone for my husband. We were immediately greeted by staff. They took the time to explain the deals, upgrades and options available to me.I was able to upgrade my husbands phone and they took the time to make sure that everything was set up as he needed as well as going over the changes.Cannot recommend this store enough.
