Been doing Google reviews since February with this phone I had for 4 years I was use to the phone and liked it alot . 2 weeks ago I left it on my car and pulled off with it on the roof and the screen broke, was the first time breaking a cellphone screen, So I Went to see Marcio at METRO in the Westgate Mall in Brockton Mass. He was very Respectful and Skilled at explaining Different cellphones and Discounts ! Very Good customer service ! Thank you
