Just recently needed glasses in my life and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for. So of course as someone who’s new to all of this it was definitely strange for me, but the staff were all so friendly and welcoming and assisted me in everything I needed and then some! Especially Ben he was absolutely great and helped me with everything! Can’t wait to do more business with them in the future.

I was truly amazed by the level of professionalism and willingness to go beyond the call of duty today. I was privileged to be attended to by one of the opticians there.....Ben. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a bit of a complicated situation with regards to my change of lenses. Though the entire process took a while, Ben was most courteous and patient throughout.In addition, I must commend Pearle Vision Westgate Mall for the overall friendliness of all the staff I encountered today.

I had a great experience at the Brockton, Pearle Vision location. Walked in, with virtualy no wait time and was able to sit with a represenative. Lisa was so patient and kind with my children. While helping my son and I pick out our perfect pair of glasses. Theres so many different styles to choose from! Even my little girl, who doesnt need glasses, was made to feel included. I would definitely reccomend

My first visit here was great. The problem is that the follow appointment they make for you next year isn’t really an appointment. They give you a card and send you emails reminding you of your upcoming ‘appointment’ but if you don’t call them and confirm it way in advance you DO NOT have an appointment. So I find this out after I took the day off work and my ‘appointment’ was given away. I make a second appointment and have to wait 3 more months. 2 days before this appointment they call and cancel. When I call them back to reschedule, there’s only one person there who can do that and she is busy. It took hours before I got a call back and at this point I made an appointment somewhere else. And I REALLY need new glasses. Very frustrating.

Recently I went to Pearl Vision and was met with a friendly and accommodating staff 🤗 I was helped by Ben who is amazing ! He is a very good listener and addressed all my concerns. Totally satisfied with my choice of frames and guess what he even opened the door for me when I left 🥰

I went in because I needed a screw for my RayBans. SO kind, helpful and fast. Put in a screw that fit and I was on my way.

The service was outstanding. It always was. This pandemic has put a strain on service due to the distancing, lack of smiles and handshaking, all things we all miss. The partitions, unfortunately necessary, hinder communication and interaction with the technician assisting you. That being said, Dr. Mum and the rest of the Pearle Vision staff are and have always been professional, understanding and extremely helpful.

The staff here is awesome and very helpful. They give you space to try on as many glasses as you want and are there when you have questions. I highly recommend them.

I visited today just because my glasses were stretched out and needed to be adjusted. I was not a client but they fixed my glasses without any fuss. Ben was amazing and friendly and really showed that he cared about my issues and even helped fix my bosss glasses too.I plan to go there to get my next eye exam and glasses.B. Donohoe

I had an eye test, picked out my glasses, and had the brand new ones WITH a free case, lens cleaner, and a microfiber cloth towel to wipe. SO freaking fast. BIG props to DEVON! [sorry if I got your name wrong lol, you got beautiful eyes.

Even after we relocated, we tried other places to get our kids glasses, even other places that have a bigger selection but we keep coming back here because they are A+ prompt, organized, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable!

Several years ago, I brought my child in with migraines. They claimed she needed glasses. We brought her the most expensive pair. My child refused to wear them. My child got dizzy. We got a second opinion yesterday. THE CHILD NEVER NEEDED GLASSES! There is no care! Only for profit! They took the money and run!

My review is for the optometry half of Pearle. The area where you pick out glasses has always been friendly and helpful, Id give them five stars. However, the other side is much different. My daughter had an appointment for an eye exam. We were literally only ten minutes late. The receptionist talked down to us and was extremely rude. Traffic was bad, what do you want me to do about it? She then informed me that it would be a 45 dollar charge because my insurance doesnt cover everything (this shouldve been stated when I made the appointment) and we should think about going elsewhere. Absolutely rude and condescending. I see why no one else was there. Avoid these people.

I use to love this office for my daughter but this time made me hate them and switch. the doctor was so mean yelling at my 8 year old to read faster and hurry up yelling at me that i had to of ordered the wrong prescription and messed up my childs eyes. i will never bring her back there again.

The staff is rude and does not follow up with patients. I will not be going back to this office any longer.

The Pearle Vision team at Westgate demonstrated great customer service at my recent glasses purchase.They were attentive but not pushy from the moment I walked in to look around. I was able to obtain an appointment for an exam with Dr. Bergus right away. Dr. Bergus provided explanations when requested.Kia was very helpful in choosing the correct frame and alignment for my new progressives.She even provided cleaning tips Id never heard before in the years of wearing glasses since age ten.I appreciate all of their help. I would love to mention all by name but, they really worked as a team to take care of numerous customers.I will be returning for my future glasses.

The pearl vision location in Brockton I booked an eye exam appointment 2 weeks ago for today Aug 5th I came all the way from the cape. when I arrived the receptionist said it had been canceled. I said I didn’t cancel it so it must be a mistake . the woman behind the counter got an attitude and tried to blame me saying they have a 10 minute late cancellation policy I wasn’t 10 minutes late . She was very rude. I guess they don’t care about there business or keeping customers I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too !

Woke up to my glasses broken in 2 ! Blind as a bat without them. Thanks to the staff I walked out with a pair today and my bifocals will be ready within the week! Thanks for great customer service and a few laughs

You get glasses for free if you have insurance I love it so much so does my son who got the glasses

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, from exam to choosing a pair of glasses to coming back when my frame has had problems.They have a good selection of frames that gets updated regularly.

Terrible! I called 3 times and left messages with staffto get information which was recommended by the Dr. herself and never received one call back. Terrible follow up. I will go to Lens Crafters from now on! I only gave a star because they make you.

Friendly staff but the doctors that they are affiliated with are not people I recommend going to. They gave me an improper eye exam and I was dealing with an incorrect prescription for over a year. No choice for re-examination. Go to Mansfield instead.

Omg! Horrible! Rude! Took later customer first making us wait FOR MORE THAN 30 minutes! Dr. Is snippy, receptionist is an absolute idiot and they are cancelling appointments for the next two weeks (some appts have been already moved once). Do yourself a favor- go somewhere else! SUCKS BAD!!!!!!!
