Great customer service like always. Front store and pharmacy are great

Pharmacy is very efficient and helpful answering any questions. The photo printing area is easy to use and the customer service is very helpful.

Today April 13 around 120pm I went to cvs to find this drinks for colonoscopy exam, so I need 3 bottles I did not know where they were or how they look like, so anyway I went to the counter there was a black young female I asked her for help, she was very very nice I should asked for her name she waked me to the spot where the bottle was and very happy and concerned to help me find what I was looking for, she was very friendly and lovely and polite person witch is very hard to ran into I would like to thank her again for her help and said thank you.

Awful services the pharmacy area. Went in to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The place was dirty no one wearing mask. The pharmacist giving the vaccine did not have gloves. Walked right out. Wondering if the vaccine is even safe. Will contact the state/board of health.

Always greeted with a smile. Helpful staff and fast service.

The staff always greets me when I come in (about once a week) and the cashiers seem to love their jobs and it shows in their service.Never have to wait for prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is so helpful, friendly, and professional.Also, the store is kept neat and clean - hate a messy store.

Amazing customer service. The manager saw it was getting busy 3 people in line and got on a register.

Seems like when CVS moved to its current location the wait time at the pharmacy is horrible. Friday afternoons seem to be the busiest time at the pharmacy department. Even if your prescription is ready the line to pickup is anywhere from 10-20 minutes. If youre dropping off a prescription in person and/or through your physicians office you may have to wait up to an hour. If you are not using the pharmacy department then youre in luck. Customer service up front is excellent with minimal wait time.

Pharmacy is horrendous. They have 1 function, to fill prescriptions, and they cant do it. Hold time on the phone is awful. Customer service is terrible. I dont have enough bad things to say about them. Find an independent pharmacy to get your medicines from, CVS does not care about you at all.

Pharmacy is HORRIBLE! Never have medications . Dont even try to satisfy the customer. Wouldnt even call another CVS to see if they had a heart medication.

I love visiting this CVS location when I am in this area. Always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful and most of all patient.

I LOVE CVS PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY. 1267 MAIN STREET IS WHERE I GO FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND SHOPPING.

Though google maps continues to show a CVS at 1933 Main St, that location has closed (you can even see it on the street view that it is closed) and the new location is at 1267 Main St (google shows it there as well. All attempts to fix this on google maps has failed thus far)

Was probably the best CVS in a 10 mile area, now closed.

I been to so many different pharmacy my hole life .but this cvs pharmacy is the worst in the world I have never seen anything like this before especially 2 people that works in the drop off section

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy long wait times rude employees they dont care that you are there for your medications having an athsma attack oh sorry we are busy

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy at night time. If you have mass health your treated differently not a good experience, and not good to talk behind a customers back when you walk away putting your business out there.

They aren’t open till 12. They’re open till 11.
