I know the family who owns this shop. They are good people but they got PETER working there. Peter has made me spend money on my nissan for 4 years and each time NOTHING IS FIXED. A couple weeks ago I bought a battery for my nissan from him(I only did this because I thought after 4 years maybe PETER would change. He orders the wrong battery and triple A takes it for a switch. So I basically gave PETER 170$ for nothing just like when he said they would fix my car when it would die while driving. All PETER did was change the power steering and charged 680$ for power steering and no new battery WHICH obviously I needed. PETER likes to take your money and say “oops” or “sorry” or “I ordered the right battery” HOW DID YOU ORDER THE RIGHT BATTERY IF TRIPLE A SAYS YOU DID NOT ORDER THE RIGHT BATTERY AND THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK. He wanted 170$ so bad, he sees me driving a nissan gives me a wrong battery then gets back in his high class BMW or Mercedes.

Good inspection. Easy with no hustle. Just give the car to the guy, wait few minutes outside and you are all set. If your car has no issues or forbidden stuff you’ll get your sticker in a click.

I have been coming to Brockton Shell for as long as I can remember. The service is always professional and prompt. The older gentleman, cashier is so sweet and courteous. I cant understand the bad reviews. Did your car not pass the required state inspection? I highly recommend them.

Everytime I come here I get fast and honest services with Peter and mechanic Geraldo. Peter is always so kind and gives all his customers a warm welcome. If you want to do your inspection quick theyre the fastest in the city!

I went here to get an inspection sticker and this guy was so rude. I pull into the bay and he just sat there and ate his salad for 5-6 minutes before he started. He barely said a word to me and kept using hand signals. He signaled me with his hands to get out of the car. He had a bad attitude the whole time despite me waiting patiently for him to finish his food. He had this arab music blasting really loud in the shop. I will never return there again. He was so arrogant. It’s like he didnt care if I was there or not. If I could give him 0 stars I would give him that. If there were a spit on the ground button I would press it. Do not come to this shop!

I agree with Mike Williams. Went to get an inspection sticker and you could sense from the start that he was looking to fail me, plus he was rude and arrogant. If you want good customer service minus the attitude I wouldnt recommend this place. 1st and last time I go for a sticker or gas.
