In a time when appliance production is so backed up, Alan at George Washington Toma seemed to make it his personal mission not only to find a refrigerator that fit my kitchen, but one that was high quality and would come in a timely manner. As our refrigerator has been acting up, he even offered to set my family up with a loaner refrigerator if ours stopped working before the new arrival came. I really felt like Alan genuinely wanted to help me out and not that I was just a sales opportunity. He took the time and effort and gave a real personal touch.

I had a few questions about ordering online and used the chat feature to ask. Even though the store wasnt open yet for the day, a salesman got back to me in moments and was able to answer all of my questions. After I placed my order the same salesman reached out immediately to schedule delivery for a day that was convenient for me. I really appreciate the quick response, professionalism, and excellent customer service I received.

I purchased two appliances at George Washington Toma almost four years ago when I renovated my kitchen. Donna Toma helped guide my decisions. They are very good quality appliances, and I have been very happy with how they function in my new kitchen. In the past, I never purchased appliance warranties. But these appliances were more high-end than I owned previously, so I purchased a warranty for each. Recently, I had a problem with one of these appliances. George Washington Toma sent a qualified repair person a couple of times, but it was clear a replacement was necessary. George Washington Toma honored my warranty throughout the process and I am again very pleased with the outcome. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Jeff at George Washington Toma. He was extremely helpful and professional in helping us find the perfect refrigerator to meet our needs. The removed the old fridge with such ease and installed the new one in no time at all. I highly recommend George Washington Toma and so happy we went there!

The sales staff at Toma are the best informed and least pressuring I’ve ever encountered when shopping for appliances. But what has made me a loyal repeat customer is their service. They are genuinely interested in doing anything they can to satisfy customers. One member spent two weeks trying to hunt down an accessory that wasn’t included with a range I bought but I had thought it was. He was determined to get it for me anyway. Another member called a manufacturer for me to negotiate a repair for an out of warranty microwave so I wouldn’t have to sit on the phone. They sell quality products and stand behind them. I’d give them my highest recommendation.

They were lifesavers. Of course our refrigerators decided to act up during a pandemic. First the freezer in our kitchen wouldn’t cool after trying several tricks but that was ok because we had a refrigerator with a freezer in our garage. When our garage refrigerator started sounding like a motorcycle, we decided to try to reset the one in the kitchen. That’s when it completely died. Monday I called Jeff about my dilemma. He was able to secure the refrigerator I had researched and wanted. He also made room on the delivery truck for it to come that week. Thank you Jeff for caring, and thank you to the person who was so pleasant at the Brockton store when she verified I would get my delivery. Thank you delivery men for coming at the beginning of our 3 hour window and delivering our beautiful refrigerator. I was very pleased with the salesman, Michael, and the delivery of my Amana refrigerator. I received a call just prior to their arrival and Bryan and Denis took care both removing the old one and carrying in the replacement. Update 2019...purchased 27” drop in stove..Ge only has one model that fits in black or white. I was lucky one was in stock...I wasn’t going to redo all my cabinets for a stove. Yes this stove was 1400$...ouch I know .I got my hood here also. It’s gorgeous.Purchased my under the counter washing machine here. Purchased the warranty with it. Fast service under warranty. No out of pocket expense. Warranty definitely worth it on computerized appliances these days.NOTE: Don’t try to fit large sized washing machine into a small ranch kitchen..I’ve seen them pictured, they look ridiculous. Honestly I’ve seen full size top washers placed next to the stove.Worth paying the extra money for the under the counter unless you’ve created a laundry room .NOTE #2: this stove’s heating element has a tendency to pop up a tad unless it’s inserted perfectly. Otherwise it cooks perfectly and we love it.Microwave is perfect too!Oh and white appliances will make a return....easier to clean and brighter looking. That’s my prediction 🐾

We first went to Toma about 5 years ago for a fridge and stove after a bad experience at a big box store. They were so helpful and provided the service we were looking for. Weve been back since for an air conditioner and a microwave. Each time its been a pleasure to shop there and we know we can count on them to deliver what they promise.

We had a couple of issues with the product but this appliance company went out of their way to help us until it was corrected. Than you so much. Last year I Purchased a small refrigerator for my sons room from George Washington Toma . My experience was great. The sales woman was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and the pricing was very fair. This year‘s project is a new kitchen so I went back to look at appliances. I was met by a new sale person will who I have not met before. he introduced himself and came across as very nice and friendly. We explained what we were doing and brought measurements with us . Nate walked us through the different styles Of refrigerators and stoves. He took The time to explain the differences between all the appliances the finishes and the different price points . After we have made a decision we went to the counter and Nate calculated all the pricing. When he was done he said he would check through any rebates that may have been available . Minutes we got the final tally of the bill and the savings were very impressive. Delivery date Is only a few days . I would definitely do business with these guys again and for our next project later on this summer, We are building an outdoor kitchen and will be looking into purchasing a gas range . Definitely know where we will be going for that.

After a very disappointing experience with Home Depot & Samsung I was so happy to actually receive in person customer service at GW Toma in Brockton. I spoke with Donna on the phone who assured me what I was looking for could be found in the store. Once I arrived at the store Micheal assisted me in answering many questions & pros & cons of different washing machines with no agitators. There was an early Black Friday sale going on, so the prices were very comparable to bigger box stores, but with much more service & knowledge about what you are actually paying for. Cannot recommend GW Toma enough and when we need another large appliance I know where we will be shopping.

Wish we came here first before wasting our time with Home Depot!! Their prices were actually better walking out the door. I could barely find a washer and dryer to be delivered within a week elsewhere. They have a very quick turn around time since our products were in stock. They were kind towards my one year old we brought along who couldnt sit still!! Their customer service and the fact it was so easy to buy from them beats going to any big store. They were also knowledgeable about the product we were buying. Huge stress off my shoulders to know we are being taken care of.

I called and got lots of advice and recommendations of new machines. They were able to get me a display model at a discounted price of a great Whilpool washing machine and they even shipped it from their Weymouth store to their Brockton store to make it more convenient for when my husband went to pick it up only two days later. Tried to get a washing machine fixed that was not draining properly first appt 230 to 530 showed up at 615 5 minutes $179. They knew it was the pump said will be back the next day around 930 no show called again said what are you talking about t have to order the part...said when said don’t know next appt asked for a 1030 to 2 got a message 230 to 530 got a call at 315 will be there 45 minutes arrived at 615 put in part all of half hour.. tried to do wash doesn’t work the cycle look gets are messed up...the machine wasn’t leveled after being pulled in and out. Bad bad service. Suppose they will have an excuse for this.I have to say they came through like champs. It’s all resolved and it was good to hear they accepted responsibility. I am back in the fold with GWT . THANK YOU

I highly recommend Toma for all appliances. I always purchase the extended warranty because they truly stand behind it. My 3 year old refrigerator wasn’t keeping a safe temp. After several repairs which did not fix the problem a very pleasant service rep told me the service mgr would call. This manager was wonderful, so customer friendly offered to either continuing in an attempt to fix the refrigerator or I would be given a credit towards a new refrigerator. We chose to go with new. Our salesman Rich Shuman was prepared with what refrig would work in our space, he made it easy for us and assured us delivery of a new refrig in a few days. We will always buy from Toma!!!!
