I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. Something came up. Tried to call the place to change the appointment. You CAN ONLY MAKE OR CHANGE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE. Thats what the phone said. I entered all of my information and finally a chat now window opened. Explained what I needed. I have no access to appointments. I ended up entering or giving my information five times. When THEY ALREADY HAD IT IN THEIR SYSTEM! Went today. Cant replace windshield because a sensor is off in my car so they cant calibrate the camera. They parked my car ACROSS the empty parking lot when the front of the store was completely empty. Handed me my keys. I picked up my CANE and walked clear across a vacant parking lot. Thanks for NOTICING ME. Going ANYWHERE ELSE to get my windshield replaced.
This is the vendor our Insurance company uses for their customers windshield replacement coverage for their insurance customers. Went into yesterday for my scheduled replacement. I had my elderly mother handicap hanger in the vehicle for when we run her errands she is 90years old. I leave it on the dash on the driver side. I noticed today that it was missing. I hadn’t been anywhere else in the vehicle nor had any one been in the vehicle. It is garaged.I returned to Safelite to retrieve the Handicap Hanger. The front desk person was very personable. She remembered me from the day before. I explained as to why I was there. She stated she would let the manager know.The manager never came to speak with about the issue. Instead they sent the tech who stated “that he remembered the Handicap hanger & he thought he put it in the cup holder or maybe the console”. I assured him that was not the case. He made a feeble attempt to look under my seats & just gave me some lip service about “well it was pretty windy yesterday & maybe it flew out when he was changing the windshield”I stated “you do all the work inside your facility I am sure you have cameras that could show the vehicle coming in with the Handicapped hanger”.We went back inside and once again I was never approached by the manager showing any type of professionalism or sincere customer care.I definitely could not recommend this company & would discourage any one to patronize this location. They seem to have a five finger discount on your personal property & the management’s apathy in the area of customer care is pathetic.

My appointment was scheduled for a tech to arrive from 8am-12pm. We waited around and got a new notification around 10:30 out of nowhere, notification and not a direct call, that the appointment has changed to 12pm-5pm the next day after already waiting all morning. Someone from Safelite called and said that was a mistake and wasnt supposed to have been the next day and a tech would be there between 12-5 today. Again we waited around all afternoon since we didnt want to leave so we could be here when they arrived. 4 oclock rolls around so I call to see if they were still coming and they said the tech was still scheduled to be there before 5pm. Still has not showed up so I call at 6:30 and they said he is still coming. The tech did not get here until 8:30pm! We literally waited around all day and couldnt leave the house all day waiting. Phone calls or updates would have been nice so we could leave and run errands and not wait around all day. Did not get much of an apology once they did show up. Will definitely ask insurance to use another company next time it is needed.

I booked an appointment for a chip repair. At the end of the appointment I was told the small chip turned into a 20-inch crack. The tech apologized and told me to call my insurance company because I required a WHOLE NEW WINDSHIELD. After a lot back and forth with the store manager (Pam), district manger and Safelite customer service department they did not take responsibility for it. I will be getting my windshield replaced and recalibrated elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend Safelite whatsoever. Never mind the incident but the principle behind a company that does NOT stand by its work. Be AWARE DO NOT GO HERE! I wish someone would’ve warned before I booked an appointment with them so this is me warning anyone considering booking an appointment with this place DO NOT DO IT!!
Great job initially. They missed one mobile appointment and am waiting on my 3rd appointment to finish fixing the mirror. Overall great customer service across the board in all honesty. Only minus one star for the 2nd appointment being missed.

I needed a windshield replaced. Time frame from noon to five. We waited and waited. Yes we had rain that day but the rain cleared up so there is no reason why the technician couldn’t come and replace my windshield. Not only did he not show up, I never received any form of notification showing he either wasn’t making it or that he was running late. So today I call them and advised them that the tech never showed up. And they just told me he was running behind and now I would be forced to wait another week to get my windshield replaced because they have no openings today, instead of sending someone out to replace it knowing that I had an appointment last night. And knowing now the guy never showed up. I’m sorry but you just lost me as a customer, I’m not ashamed to go to one of your competitors even though I have used your service multiple times in the past. I’m glad I’d don’t have any major plans or had an emergency. Thank you

The “new” windshield had chips that were apparent the next morning when it rained.They sent a technician out to look at windshield, he attempted to repair one of the chips, and cracked the 7 day old “new” windshield.Technician left car ignition on and ran battery down, so I was stranded at work for over an hour. Had to take car to dealership and have a factory reset done because the dead battery cause the back lift gate to lock up and it wouldn’t open.Safelite won’t answer their phone, they won’t respond to customer service text message or to emails.HORRIBLE SERVICEI SUSPECT A USED WINDSHIELD WAS INSTALLEDTECHNICIANS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.BEWARE!!!!!!

I dropped my 4Runner off last week to get a water leak fixed. I think just needed to fix a rubber seal to fix the leak. I came back at 5pm to pickup my vehicle and I had a whole new windshield! They covered it under warranty. Once they tested the windshield I think they found more issues and decided it would be easier to just replace the windshield. Super happy with my experience. Would recommend you Give them a try!
I have had to use the services of Safelite twice in six months due to unforeseen circumstances. They were the cheapest I searched around for a new windshield and back window. They keep you up to date via text messages and emails and they will call you to answer any questions the day before.
Not much to say but excellent job they did!! Nice customer service. They called to let me know my vehicle was ready. The online estimate and ease of scheduling was very easy to complete. They even cleaned my outside mirrors and side windows too. As a courtesy to me. They didnt say they would do that but I had no problem with it. I will seriously recommend any and all that need any vehicle window repairs. Thanks for replacing my windshield guys and gals!! I will definitely return if I need it again.
Be aware! I used their mobil service today to repair rock chips. My chips were both less than half an inch. Though they disclosed the risk, the first repair which they attempted ended in them making a tiny dot into a crack over 6 inch. Conveniently, they won’t repair crack that big. The technician was apologetic and booked a new appt to replace. My problem was, that won’t be for 3 more weeks. My $38 chip repair turned into nearly $350. What’s worse was, the price I was quoted for replacement under my fleet discount was more than what safelite website quoted. So I called to see if they could do anything about it. They were not very helpful. I was told “go ahead and book with the $319 price on website then”. The least they could do was to match the price on their end to their own website.I ended up calling around and a few other places in tulsa quoted me over $100 less than what they were trying to charge me for the automatically re-booked appt for the windshield they cracked. I was able to make an appt tomorrow for $199.Overall, My experience with safelite at this location was very poor and disappointing though the person I talked to book my original appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician was on time and friendly as well. But I recommend take your business elsewhere to save yourself an unexpected expenses and headache! Risk of something like this happening in repair might be the same anywhere. But at least we can choose a company that stands behind their work or make right when should an unexpected event happen.
Were ready for my car at the appointed time. Windshield replacement took less time tham estimated. Included recalibrating the anti collision cameras. Excellent work, cant tell it from factory. Car interior was spotless on return.
Safelite replaced the windshield of my 2016 Honda Civic last week. They had a challenge with one of the calibrations, so couldnt finish the job. Before I left the facility, Pepper, Customer Advocate told me I would have to contact one of the local dealerships to complete it. She told me they had a relationship with both, so all I had to do was call, get it taken care of and the dealership would bill them. I reached out to Southpoint; they absolutely refused to help. I went home that night and thought I really should not have to be the one that coordinates the completion of a job Safelite was responsible for completing in the first place. I called back the next morning and spoke to another Customer Advocate; she agreed with me. I scheduled the appointment, but she reached out to Don Carlton to make sure they had all the information they needed to complete the job and be paid. The night before the appointment Carla, Customer Advocate, called them again to make sure everything was in order.Kudos to Safelite management for empowering their Customer Advocates to make decisions, take action, and to be true advocates for the customer. From start to finish their Customer Advocates were professional, thorough, quick, and empathetic. I daresay it is a service I never want to return for, but if I have another nick or crack in my windshield, Safelite will be the first place I go and the first place I recommend to others.
Did a great job helping us thru our windshield claim. The work they had done with installing new windshield was great. Left our vehicle clean after their service was complete.. definately reccomend them for customer satisfaction. Service was done in a timely manner.
I was really happy with it the work two weeks in however my window stopped working properly. I called(repeatedly), they can’t answer cause COVID I guess and so I emailed and never got a response. My window now can’t auto roll Properly and I have to slowly inch it up. Which is not super great when you’re on the highway focusing on your window instead of the road. Every time I auto roll it up it goes all the way up and then goes back down two inches. That was almost 2 months ago. I’m only writing a review now because I’m beyond upset that they never tried to get back to me about it. Especially cause it was an unprepared $330 expense. You want things to work when you get it replaced.

Check Their Work -- Wifes Subaru Outback developed a stress or pressure windshield crack, but the windshield washer worked. Made appointment with Safelite Broken Arrow, drove the 60 miles, and waited several hours during repair. Upon return, she discovered the windshield washer no longer worked; could hear the pump running but no fluid. Days later with rain I was forced to look under the hood (Im no mechanic). Tracing the rubber washer fluid hose from the reservoir I found it exposed outside a protective cover and severely kinked which blocked the flow. This had to happen between glass removal and install. I un-kinked it and re-covered it ... with success. With such an expensive repair, youd think theyd check something as important as the windshield washer before and especially after repair.

They quoted a price of $109 to fill in a chip on my windshield....called Jiffy Lube and they filled chip in for $29.95. My windshield looks brand new again and I saved $80.
5 pm Friday October 9th my windshield received damage from a rock while traveling back to Tulsa from Bartlesville. I visited Safelite early Saturday morning to see if the windshield could be repaired. By that time the crack had traveled too far and a new windshield would be required. Ryndal Berry, the Safelite tech, assured me they could replace the windshield, recalibrate the electronics and promised a quote by email by Monday. The quote never came. Nevertheless I took my vehicle back to Safelite Thursday October 15th for a new windshield and calibration. They were on the approved list of companies provided by my insurance carrier. I took in the vehicle and waited for over two hours while they completed the work. Except they never completed the work described. They did not calibrate the electronics in the new windshield and told me I would have to take it to the vehicle dealer for the calibration. Calibration may seem like a small thing, but it meant that I would have to drive to Muskogee to have the work completed that they said would be done at their shop. If Safelite could not calibrate the windshield, they never should have installed a new one but tell me the truth and refer me to someone who could do both. Had I known they could not do both, I would have taken the vehicle to the dealer and have them install the windshield along with the calibration. The point: If you have electronics in your broken windshield, do not use these folks. You may end up like me with an incomplete job and a wasted day in the process.

Tech did a great job on replacing windshield! An extra touch of cleaning the windows, vacuuming seats, and leaving a can of safelite window cleaner! The interior was filthy and doggie, bless him or her!!
They fixed my windshield at the end of February, right before Covid kept me at home. Tech was polite and helpful, as was customer service. However, they didn’t seal it up and there is a leak which I didn’t notice until recently since I haven’t been using my car. I can’t get anyone to call me about coming out to fix the problem, so I ended up scheduling a whole new appointment in hopes that someone will finally address the issue. 2 stars because I don’t blame the local people. I blame the toll free number where I’m forced to leave a message, to just be ignored. I feel like they don’t care now that they got my money. Meanwhile, I’m left with a mess and a faulty windshield. Doubt they care about negative reviews, but if they correct the issues, I will update. I just want them to fix the problem! I edited my review because they did end up looking at my windshield and told me that it was most definitely NOT my windshield, but rather it was my sunroof. Ok, fine, whatever. BUT, there was obviously SOMETHING wrong with the windshield because when I went out the next morning to take it to have the sunroof checked, the windshield was cracked! Nothing had hit it or anything, just cracked. Anyway, they came and replaced that one immediately, which was nice. But once they fixed it, the leak disappeared. Although, this past month I DID have to have the sunroof drains unplugged, so at least the one tech knew that it was a common issue.

Safelite was called to fix a chip in my wife’s car windshield. While they were fixing it they cause it to crack more and they wouldn’t fix it even when they were the ones that cause it to become bigger. They wanted us to pay for them to replace the windshield. I would not recommend them.

Price gouging company. Quoted us 400$ to get a windshield replaced and called another company and they replaced it with a lifetime warranty for half the price.

They came to repair my windshield, they quoted $289. When he got there, he noticed I accidentally ordered the upgraded windshield (with rain sensor) so he promptly left and got the correct, more standard plain windshield instead. However, the plain windshield was going to cost $549, instead of the $289 (car is an Infiniti Q50). The only explanation they could give for the extreme price increase was “the price was likely increased due to higher demand”. It’s crazy to me the more standard, plain windshield was extremely more costly. We went somewhere else instead, who replaced it for $225. From now on, we will take our business elsewhere. The technician was very friendly and tried his hardest, that was appreciated.

Custom service was nice and so is my windshield but over all service was very bad and unorganized. They overbooked themselves and ran out of glue and other equipment multiple times in the 5 hrs I was there

Had a ding in my windshield that needed to be replaced. Safelite provided excellent customer service working with my insurance and explaining to me my options. The guy didnt try to up-sell me, and he did quality work. Ive had no problems since then. I live in Houston rather than Broken Arrow, but if I did Id definitely go back to this location. Oh, they also were very friendly and let me bring my dog inside while the work was done. I appreciated that.

They replaced a window in my Chevy Sonic that was broken by a thief and it was as pleasant experience as I could ask for. Fast and friendly and the quality of service was excellent. I did not select OEM glass but what they installed is identical even in tint with the other windows. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for your auto glass needs.

Nobody can ever take responsibility for anything or accept well-deserved criticism. The receptionist is also one of the most mannequin-like humans I think Ive ever met... Its almost mesmerizing. I only came here due to fleet restrictions... I will never bring my personal vehicle here, thats for sure!

Got my windshield replaced a couple months ago, did a great job. Fast, reasonably priced. Unfortunately received another rock chip on the highway recently. Called them, got a mobile unit appointment set up this time to put that resin-glue to stop the spreading. What I liked is they have a lifetime guarantee if it ever does spread or get worse the money I paid for that will go towards a new windshield so thats nice. Theyre mobile tech, Jerrod, was friendly, on time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

Very fast and friendly service. Was originally quoted 2 hours. They had the work done in 30 minutes, but said it needed 15 minutes before it was safe to drive. All in all I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great pricing too. Hope I never need them again, but would definitely recommend.
Recently, I had to kill a spider with my fist. My windshield didnt like that and decided to provide me with a spider web of its own. I needed to get it fixed as it spider cracked into my drivers view. So I got online and was able to set an appointment the VERY NEXT MORNING! They came to my place of work, took great care of myself and my car, and were professional from start to finish! David, my tech, was so nice, explained the process to me, and just made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was happy knowing that my car was in great hands!I hope I dont have to deal with another broken windshield, but if I do Safelite Autoglass will get my business every time! My only wish is that they provided a military discount but that will not affect my score for this review.

I had a customer that needed to get a couple chips repaired and in order to make best use of their time we decided to use Safelite. Typically we would use a couple other local vendors but with all the weather here lately nobody was willing to head out to them. For that, safelite really helped out. Other than that everything else was completely unsatisfactory. The prices are nowhere near market conditions and the work wasn’t even done to par. The chips are now even more visible and starting to crack. When I called on the customers behalf and brought up their “Guarantee” they said there was nothing they could do other than apply what we already paid “which was an absurd amount” towards a new windshield. Which is also and absurd amount. My customer and myself included are completely unsatisfied with the company and now I feel like a goof for even giving this company a chance.
Kinda depends who you get, had to get my windshield redone after the first person installed wrong at my house. No big deal to them as you devote another three hours of your life. I think overall It is a convenient service.
They replaced the windshield in the driveway for my Nissan Rogue for about $700 dollars cheaper than the dealership quoted. That included new wipers and the service fee to come out and do it too. I recommend them for windshield replacement.

Quality service, but slow. I had a 10am appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. They didnt take the vehicle back to be worked on until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.However, the workmanship was very good, they even vacuumed out the interior of the vehicle. A co-worker had a similar experience, good work, but slow service.Just dont plan anything else for a little while after your scheduled time, you might be late!

I have five kids so its very inconvenient for me to go somewhere with them and have to take them with me and wait for something like this to be done. Having the service tech come out was wonderful, as well as how nice he was! He did a great job and made sure I understood the warranty and even the procedure before he got started.
